I told her I ordered through the app and she just shook her head and walked off with the garbage. I proceeded to stand at the counter while I talked with support (a robot of course) via chat. They provided me with a refund, but honestly, that's not enough. I want this behavior corrected, or the hours changed, if they would prefer to close at 11:30. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but the disrespect shown tonight deserves a bad review. The store closes at 12:30, I ordered at 11:33. There's no excuse for closing up an hour early, especially when you know online orders are still able to be placed and people are expecting you to be open. I enjoyed this location as it's closest to my home and I've never had any issues previously, but this has caused me to never want to come back. I've worked in fast food, I understand wanting to close up early and go home. But we never closed up earlier than 10 minutes prior to the listed closing time, and even then, we got in trouble. Closing over an hour earlier than the time listed is insane. If you don't want to properly do the job you're getting paid for, go find another one. Or don't work closing shifts. Management, do better. This probably isn't the first time, it's just the first time someone got caught.
