Service is horrible and they can't schedule help and I'm not sitting 30 minutes in drive thru for just a sandwich and half the time won't answer their head set anyway! I'm not sure why this one has such negative reviews, except they're all older reviews? Maybe it was under different management then. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this B.K.! If you're in the mood for Burger King, I've never been inside of here, but I've hit up their drive thru multiple times, both for breakfast and for their impossible burgers, and had zero problems! Food is always fresh, warm, I have never had a problem with my order, they've never told me they're out of anything. One time the coffee was a bit burnt, but that's literally the worst thing I can say about it? And it's Burger King in Wisconsin, where the prices are higher than they should be for what you're getting, but that has zero to do with this location. The staff is nice, the food is good. If you haven't been to this one in a bit, and you typically dig Burger King food, you should absolutely stop here! I've never been craving French toast sticks or an impossible burgie and regretted going here, and I don't think you will either, for whatever you're getting! read more

Gave them a second chance after the remodel. Bad attitude, slow service, and they messed up the order. I watched this girl fill a cup with diet, corrected her, she filled another cup with regular, and still gave me the wrong coke. All sides were cold and the food is bland as ever. Consistently messes up orders and slow. My last time there I got stuck in the drive through for over a half an hour. Could not leave because they have that stupid raised curb single lane (which didn't stop at least one person in a truck from driving up and over it and left without his food). ****DO NOT EAT HERE**** My trip to this location started out with the person at the drive through window not being able to get our order right in their system. Who knows, maybe he's new. My better half and I laughed it off and told him to go ahead and start over, he did and still did not get our order right. We did not want him to have to start switching things around again and mess things up so we just went with the order being missing a few items. We pull up to the window, pay for our nearly $50.00 order (don't judge, we have 7 people in our family ), and get handed two drinks, neither of which have ice. I ask the guy at the window if the ice maker is broken. He responds to me with "I would have had to walk over there and get some, would you like me to get you a cup of ice?" I had no idea what to say to him at this point so I told him to just forget about it... I am completely blown away at how lazy this guy was. We double checked the bag and much to our surprise the order was filled in its entirety. We got home, brought the food inside and started unloading it. The "specialty burgers" that we asked for were in the right wrapper but the wrong burgers. The fries were hard and room temperature, the chicken nuggets were hard and dried out, and the Whoppers were so cold the cheese didn't even begin to melt. I have driven back to a fast food restaurant two time in my 37 years on this earth and this was one of them. We walked in with our bag, and were greeted by the asshole at the register asking "what do you need?" We said we needed to speak to a manager. He then completely ignored our request and began to help somebody else. Ok, fine, I can wait my turn in line. That's only fair I thought. We were then next in line and he asked if he could help us. We said we would like to speak to a manager. He responded with "we are busy right now." I then told him that I wanted him to walk over there and tell his manager that I would like to speak with her and that I didn't give a shit if they were busy or not. He goes and gets her, and we try to tell her our story. The guy at the register, who wasn't even involved in the initial order, proceeded to talk over me at least a half a dozen times. The manager the tells us she would remake our order. We just wanted our money back. This pisses her off and she goes around to the prep area and curses all of the workers in the back. The guy at the front starts running his mouth to me. I am completely taken back at what was going on at this point and finally begin to loose my cool. Luckily my fiancé was there and shifted my focus to her. We then waited 15 minutes for the manager on duty to come back to the front, she takes my card and leaves again for another 5 minutes. While we were waiting, all 6 customers who had their orders taken while we were there received their orders with errors. Just amazing... The manager comes back up front, has me sign a credit receipt, then tells us to have a good night as we leave. We respond back, telling her to do the same and the same front register asshole yells back "we will" in a sarcastic tone. We have been to this location probably a half a dozen times since moving here. Every time we have been dissatisfied. From employees standing right by the entrance smoking, constantly getting the wrong order, and there is usually somebody loitering in the back of the restaurant. I will never come back here again and I warn anybody who is thinking about going here to go across the street to the Chinese place or hell even the McDonalds. read more

Center Ave in Janesville is the absolute worst Burger King. I have tried them three times and they have struck out because every single time there is an issue. This morning I sat there for ten minutes waiting for my order, and I thought, "Yay, Fresh Hash Rounds!" Um, no. The hash rounds were overdone and had obviously been sitting in the bin for far too long. And the bonus crispy and gross looking fries that were mixed in were the icing on the crap cake. The breakfast sandwich was no better...hard croissants are not enjoyable, fyi. And, I had to remind the cashier to give me my drinks. Horrid place that really should just close down. read more
