I asked for a large unsweet tea. You repeated sweet tea. I corrected you and said no, a large unsweet tea. You repeated the correction. You gave me an sweet tea anyway. After I corrected you and you verified my correction. I should have checked there. I shouldn't have to check. You do understand people don't want added sugar? You do know that some folks have diabetes or other diseases that preclude them from taking on additional sugars? It wasn't super busy. Why couldn't you pay attention and get this simple order correct? Do you want to visit a business and have them give you whatever you want instead of what you ordered and paid for? I couldn't come back. I live 20 miles away and I'm not making a trip back for your mistake. You need to be more considerate and pay attention to what you're doing. Placed a drive thru order, got home fish sandwich looks like it was cooked a month ago, fries were lukewarm and Bacon King Sandwich tasted like goat meat. You can call because their phone rings directly to voicemail. No receipt. Food just seemed very old and I wouldn't even feed a stray dog. But I did pay $28.28 for something I can't eat. This review is primarily to give a shout out to whoever the young man was working the drivethrough late at night on 6-15 (actually was 6-16 at 12:40am). I got off work and was hungry and this was the only place open. I haven't been to BK in many years as it's never been my favorite. I have gone to a few of the fast food restaurants over the years in this area and honestly it is always unfortunate that the service is so bad. Workers are rude and have zero customer service value. So I was so pleasantly surprised by this young man at BK. He was working by himself but still kept the line moving. He said "thank you" and "yes ma'am" which I never would expect. It's just those little things that make a big difference. I wish I knew his name but I hope he continues to do well. The food was fine by the way! As expected. read more

We were probably the first ones in the door early in the morning. I had to use the bathroom. It was a disgusting mess!!Looked like someone threw up all over the seat. There was paper all over the floor. The dining room was also disgusting. Tables were NOT clean, the floors were dirty, the soda machine had NO ice, the Coke was empty. It was like they didn't care at all about appearances at all! Like I said we were probably the first in after being closed all night. You would think that they likely were not busy ALL night and could have swept the dining room floor, thrown a mop around, maybe wiped down the tables, iced the machine, checked to make sure all the sodas were stocked, AND CLEANED THE DAMNED BATHROOM! You're better off going to a sit down restaurant. You'll get your food faster, I guarantee it. Waited over 20 minutes for two 10 nugget orders, a whopper, grilled chicken sandwich, and a large fry. I was in the drive thru waiting to give my order, and this employee starts cussing at someone in a car that is driving away, yelling "come here b@#ch" and "I'll kick your a@@!" I was so tired of hearing it that I drove away, but before I did I told the other person who was outside that I would never come there again. I thought about it, and called a few minutes later to tell the manager, and the person on the phone said, "well you don't have to eat at this f***ing location if you don't want to." Don't even bother going at night. I drove in about an hour before closing on a Saturday night and as soon as I got to the drive thru I was greeted with "Sorry but we're currently closed due to short staff." Mind you that I was the only one both outside and inside of the restaurant and this one kid takes it upon himself to "close" the establishment down for the night while he's just standing there at the counter with the lights on and chairs up. I guess for a fast food chain the location is very average, if not below average. I think they hire anyone who has a pulse or breathing. It is sub standard Burger King and by far the slowest "fast food" restaurant I had been to.

No stars. This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever been to. And I don't have high expectations for fast food restaurants. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Every single person who wrote about how slow they are and how disgusting their food is isn't exaggerating! We spent 20 minutes AT THE WINDOW waiting for them to give us our food. We get it, examine the contents and as we drive away realize there are fries missing and our $5 sandwiches are also made incorrectly. Fast forward 30 minutes and we are finally at the window again. Hubs asks to speak to the cook, and a young kid (appearing baked out of his gourd) comes to the window and tries to explain to us what goes on our "triangle" shaped fish sandwiches. (he wasn't just wrong about the shape). The "satisfries" literally tasted like someone farted on them. Methinks they don't drug test here. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. They really should shut down this BK. The only redeeming thing about this experience is they refunded all our money and gave us delicious free pies (at least they managed not to mess up the sealed, prepackaged goodies). read more
