I ordered a kale crunch side salad through door dash. It arrived completely closed not opened at all, so exactly as it should. As I was about to finish the salad I realized that there was some sort of insect in my food. I called this location and was told the only remedy is to go to DoorDash and let them know what happened. It wasn't even a DoorDash issue. It was this locations issue. Need better remedies than to contact the delivery company. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Chicken sandwiches are all the rage and Chick-fil-A tips that pack. I'm not a huge fan. Now they rate a three star for the efficiency of their operation and their friendly staff. Their food? Maybe 2 stars at best. I tried a few different items. Their fries were hot and crispy, but just average. Nothing made them stand out. Their Mac & cheese was a surprise. It has good cheese flavor and was the right amount of creamy. This was probably my favorite part of the meal. Next the two sandwiches. I ordered an original and a spicy chicken sandwich. On both sandwiches, chicken was cooked well not tough and not super juicy, but right for an on the go chicken sandwich. Flavor left me flat, just like the flavor of the sandwiches, flat. The original was just a plain chicken sandwich nothing major. I did try some of their sauces Chick-fil-A, Honey Mustard, Buffalo, and Sriracha) and that helped, but if I have to have the sauces to really make it sing, that is kind of a bummer. The spicy sandwich was d.spiced, but I wouldn't really call it spicy. It was my preferred of the two and the pepper jack cheese was a nice addition. The Sriracha was my favorite sauce by far for both sandwiches. I will admit, I was driven to try them based on the hype from others, so I probably entered thinking it would be more like my preferred fast food chicken sandwich, it wasn't. Usually never have an issue with chick-fil-a but this was my first time at this location and we were all very shocked at the poor treatment. Used the drive through to order our food for 6 people. Spent over $80 on our meals and drinks and the person taking the order was not only rude, but also made it very difficult for us to complete each meal order as she would not let us pick a side besides the waffle fries. Not sure since when you can't ask for kale salad etc as a a side when you are in the drive through. Lastly while we asked for 3 different sauces for our 6 meals, guess how many packets we got? 3. Really unimpressed with this location, lately. Chicken has at times come out wet, the drive thru is slow and they have missed food the list two visits... completely missing a kids meal the first time. I get it, check my order before I leave, but I should actually have to especially with kids in the car and the pressure placed by the drive thru design. I cannot remember the name for the life of me, but there is a lady who works refilling drinks/cleaning... she knows everyone personally and remembers their names. My wife and I love Chic-fit-A. We crave the salads, the spicy chicken sandwiches, the waffle fries, and especially the frosted lemonade for desert. We like them so much we always ordered a large frosted lemonade each. we would put them in the freezer and they would have the perfect consistency after we finished our meal. However, we have a BEEF with Chick-fil-A. They have just started selling one size of the frosted lemonades which is the small size. Bummer, right? The biggest bummer is they are selling the small size for the price of the former large size. I felt jipped when this first happened to me, so I told my wife, "Ok, we will order a large milkshake next time". Same thing, we were double jipped. Will this keep me from going to Chick-Fil-A for the delicious sandwiches and salads, no. Will I order the small desert drinks for the price of what a large one used to be? Heck no.
