Today I ordered 4 Jumbo Jacks, a Sourdough Jack, and an Ultimate Cheeseburger. When I order burgers I always have 6 packets of Secret Sauce added so I can put a generous portion on the burgers. I've been eating Jack in the Box hamburgers since they cost 22 and I've always liked the secret sauce on my hamburgers. This is my first even commenting about a fast food place on yelp and the only reason I'm doing it is to inform people not to come to this Jack in box, at least for sure during the nighttime hours. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and when I got home I noticed the meat did seem really dry but I didn't think anything of it since I was really hungry from a long day of work. So I ate it went to sleep a bit after and then the next morning i noticed my stomach starting hurting, soon enough I started having diarrhea then shortly after I threw everything up including bile so I came to the conclusion that it was the burger since the only other thing I had before that meal was about 1.5 liters of water. I had a late lunch here with my mom and dad. The inside was clean . Bathroom clean. The young mad who took my order was professional and polite. He took my order no problems. We order the new Jr. jack meal deal. Comes with a drink fires and a taco and a Jr. jack. For $5.00 When the food was done her brought it to our table. I had a horrible experience this evening. I'm assuming the interaction had come from a member of managerial staff due to her red shirt. I sent my Girlfriend in to order our food and the total came out to $15 and some change, however there was some confusion and the actual total was $14 exact. My girlfriend was confused and proceeded to pay 14 on my card and then give two dollars cash due to the other amount given and the confusion. The manager proceeded to hide the money behind the counter and not give it back. When confront with this by myself she proceeded to be snarky and just rude, and ordered one of the employees to "just give him his two damn dollars" in Spanish. Some people shouldn't act like others don't speak more than one language; especially saying rude things. We also witnessed her touching people tacos without gloves. The 1 1/2 star rating on this place is very understandable. The service is absolutely horrible and just unacceptable. Also due to me only paying partially on card we had to give cash, and my girlfriend was in there around 20 minutes just waiting for service. And when she was waiting got service to pay cash the manager told her to "There is a kiosk you can use right there. Thank you." Very rudely and raised her voice at me. When I arrived at the screw. I was told to hold on where I sat for 25 minutes I went up to the window and knocked on the window there was a door dasher who tried to go inside to get an order and the doors were locked and couldn't get in! I had to come to try the new Buttery Jack didn't I? So I did, with an order of onion rings and a cup of coffee. I ordered the Bacon and Swiss and for free, added lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. The Buttery Bacon and Swiss was pretty. It did not have that right off the griddle flavor, but the melted herb butter was pretty good and the beef patty along with flavor and keeping it moist. The bacon infused creamy mayo was light that I thought it was going to be a tasted good. The bacon with thin but crispy and had good flavor. I wish it were a little thicker though. The gourmet bun was very good with its glistening top and moist center. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and crisp and the Swiss cheese only partially melted. The onions were pretty good, but for some reason, about four of the larger ones were stuck together, which cause them to be unevenly cooked. I think they stuck them in the frier stuck together and so they remained this way. Also, they were not seasoned. The coffee was actually pretty good for being later in the day. Glad to learn they keep the coffee fresh. Service was good. The initially made my Bacon and Swiss without bacon, the shift manager had them quickly make me a new one. I would go and throw the food back at their face if I didn't have to drive 10 minutes to get back to the store. I ordered their southwest breakfast or whatever it's called for my kids, I asked the lady on the drive through if it has peppers and you could tell she was asking people in the back. She said no. I asked her, are you sure? Because on the picture it looks like it does, again she said "no, there's no peppers" We get our food and leave.
