Super disappointed this morning with the croissant sandwich I ordered. The bacon was barely present and the egg was literally paper thin! It was crushed at the bottom of my order. Update on my previous review. I went back the next morning, i missed the manager by like 15 min so i waited and came back. She was back from lunch and i explained my issue. They could not offer me a refund because it was considered the previous day transaction and could not give me a gift card but they did offer to post the receipt in the office for a later IOU to remake the order. I asked if i could just do it now and be done with it and the food was great. Order was hot and made right and i got a few extra goodies for the inconvenience and the commute. One of the worst experiences just now 2/20/25 with everything worker. Went through drive thru and asked if they still had the $5 value meal they said no but we can make an exception and do it. They told me to drive to the 2nd window to pay, I get there and they say our register isn't working can you back up to the 1st window... okay?? Can't you just take my card and swipe it or tap it?? Why make me back up?? I did anyways. I asked why don't you have the $5 value meal? They said that's Mcdonalds...umm no. You guys had it last week. And then I get my drink and food...I look and it's just a burger... no fries or chicken nuggets. I drive and park and ask where's my fries. I went through the drive-thru at around 10:57pm on 6/20/22 and I was rushed to place my order and when I made it up to the window to pick up my food, it was just handed to me with no verbal interaction and when I wished him a good evening, I just got the window slammed on my face. The food is always good and the inside is always clean. I literally just watched an employee sprint after an SUV that just left the drive-thru because they forgot to take their ice cream sundae. Well.... let's do a taste test today... On the menu... $1 1/4 Double Cheeseburger (*** $1.00 x 3) I've got to admit... the King is right! There is more Beef... but there's also more American Cheese! The King ought to create a jingle out of the ingredients: two Flame-Broiled Burger Patties of Fresh Beef, Crunchy Dill Pickles, Ketchup, Mustard and two Slices of American Cheese on a Sesame Seed Bun. Large Fries (** 1/2 $2.09) Over-Salted. And... when did Burger King switch how it made it's Fries? The current variety of Fries are like McDonald's old Fries... crispy outside, soft inside. Please... go back to the Old-Style Fries! From a pretty big eater... for $5.00, I can get pretty satisfied from the $1 menu... Another thing BK has changed is the dispensing of Napkins... Other than the Napkins you'll get with your meal, there aren't any other Napkins to be found anywhere in the restaurant... unless you go back up to the counter.
