I went through the drive through on Wednesday 7/6/22 at 6:25pm. I was the 2nd person in the drive thru. I ordered my meal which was a chicken sandwich, fries and a diet coke. I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes behind the guy who was at the window when I drove in. I then waited at the window once it was my turn for another 15 minutes before getting my order. A total of 30 minutes in the drive through line. The two people behind me who ordered after me both drove away. When I got my food, the fries were cold and did not have any salt on them. The diet coke was only 3/4 of the way filled up and did not have any carbonation. The chicken sandwich was ok, but it was only the outer edges that I ate because the rest had a weird taste. This is the 2nd time I have been through this particular restaurant because its on my way home, and both times I waited for extremely long times when I was the only person there. Guy working was rude when I asked for Ranch , yes ranch after I just spent 30$ on food. He said you can buy chicken strips to get ranch or pay $.27 cents . First my chicken sandwich was supposed to be no lettuce or tomato and what's inside yes . Both . Why complain he probably was going to be rude and tell me to just take it out myself . Walked into this place whilst on a road trip. The place was empty so we expected to be helped right away...wrong! They made us wait several minutes before taking our order. While we were ordering a guy came in, ordered, then got his food all before us. That's fine though, some things take longer to cook then others. So when we did get our food, I got the wrong thing! I had ordered the New Chipotle Chicken sandwich that was being promoted...what I got was a plain tendergrill chicken sandwich...so i brought it back, the girl had attitude (because she had messed up) and her manager actually had to step up and tell her just send it back and tell the cook what she needs! Finally got the correct sandwich...and they chicken tasted like it was old or something, they need to watch their freshness or how they are handling chicken storage...by then I was through with this place! My kids enjoyed their meals though, on a sidenote...the back patio was just a cement slab, no tables, no playplace...not sure what was goin on there! read more

terrible..I went to try the new Impossible burger.. It was good tasting, but there was NO lettuce, NO pickles, NO onions....just the paddy and ketchup. EXTREMELY long wait in line 19 minutes at a drive thru.!! they said they were understaffed..I said, OK why didn't u tell me there would be a delay ??? I would have left. First they had me wait in drive through before taking my order ... then I order 2 bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches ... I get to pay and she asks if I want ketchup and napkins .. I said yes ketchup .. I didn't say napkins because you would think that they would automatically give napkins like every other fast food place / restaurant does with food .. This is the cleanest Burger King I have been to in a long time. Service was okay, the food was cool. They got my order correct.

So bad! The hamburger bun was dry and the meat tasted strange. The fries tasted stale and were not hot. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Oh my oh my! This place is horrible! Ordered food and they always, I mean ALWAYS mess it up. Which sucks. I mean even on the smallest order, I've come to check my bag, but here's the thing now I clearly order and once I get to the window I check my receipt an bag and there's a lot missing, and I tell the lady and she says I didn't order that. Order 2 meal deals one with frys and other with onion rings .told managerat the window ,she took the bag and come back with 2 onion ring i tild her now u can bring me back a frys she wanted the bag back i tild her no u messed up 2 just bring me frys she said no .loser for a manager has no idea about customer service .asked for a reciept had 2 fight with her for 5 minutes finally i lost it and told her give me your managers number im done with your blank blank blank.so i talk to the distruct manager and first thing is we do take to cusing well if your dumb blank blank of a manager did her job it wouldnt have come to this .never coming here again shove it up your blank. read more

Went to Burger King in Lockeford CA ordered the Big King because it looked good in the picture. BOY WAS I WRONG, didn't look like the picture at all! The picture shows the patties to be at least the same size as the bun. They patties were SO SMALL, didn't fit the bun, looked the same size as my granddaughter Kid meal burger, sauce was terrible. I will NEVER order another one. read more
