I took advantage of the 2 whoppers for $6.00 for my son & I. Those were great. I also ordered mozzarella sticks they were Horrible, seems as if the were re heated for sure over cooked. You could not even pull the cheese as it usually would strwch ect. The cheese was hard and dried out due to being over cooked or reheated. Wasted nearly 3 dollars and horrible food. Did not go back because I was in the drive thru due to not feeling well, we didn't go inside. Honestly one star is to much. my hubby and I went there the other nite. we ordered our food and when it came time to get it back I told him to wait so I could make sure everything was there. it wasn't all there so he asked for the missing items. it wasnt one item...it was three! they acted like they didn't know what he was talking about. then when it came time they only gave him to give it to him they were only giving him one item at a time. the fries weren't bn fully cooked. they were mixed fries. he couldn't eat all his food cause it was cold and nasty. that's it for them!!! read more

We went through the drive thru recently. When we got home, more than 20 miles away, we realized they had kept our credit card. We called and then had to drive all the way back to pick it up. No apologies, no extras, just a confused group of fools trying to figure out what they are doing. When we finally got to eat, we realized that the food was horrible. This location has gone down hill really fast. The place is a mess. The game consoles on the tables are so filthy it's so gross. The place hasn't been cleaned since it was remodled. The table were all gross and had dried katsup on them and dried food like they haven't been wiped down in days. I watched an employee sweep under a table between the chairs about 12 iches in deep of the chairs. She didn't even pull out the chairs to get the crap under the table. We asked two different employees if they could refill the napkin despenser 3 different times. They never did refill the napkins. The soda machine tray was filled up with ice like someone just let the ice fall. Plus, there was water dripping from the soda machine. Ready for a lawsuit. I wish I had fallen, I'd be rolling in the money by now. Kids were running wild in there like it was a Chuck E. Cheese. Parents don't give a shit. The food here is okay for a fast food place but I am pretty mad about the part where they have to charge extra for sauce. I bought certain food items that should have sauce with it but when I asked for it, I only got one and they said that I would have to pay extra for more. Typical BK chain, but their location is somewhat cramped, and trying to get into the parking lot can be a pain. Because they are located on the main road through town, traffic always seems to back up right in front of their location, making it difficult to approach/leave. read more

Impossible Whopper???? Are you kidding me? Today, I stopped by this Burger King to try the new Impossible Whopper (since I'm vegan and it's hard finding vegan restaurants here in town) and boy are they misleading!!! The "veggie patty" tasted like a regular beef patty which is very disappointing resulting in me getting sick and feeling nauseous and now ended up in the bathroom puking it out!!!! The thing that also pisses me off is that they ask me with cheese or without and I said without....and guess what???? It had cheese in it! That shows lack of customer service skills!!!! This is the worst Burger King ever!! The drive thru is slow as hell! Like really? 45 minutes?! I only have a 30 minute lunch. What's wrong with them. Can't even back up from the drive thru because there was cars behind me. They are so rude! Yeah they remodeled but they still suck like before! The only one in town and i WONT go to it. Every time i give them another chance SAME THING HAPPENEs or WORSE. Oh and they ALWAYS forget something. Never fails. It's been like this for yearsss i can't believe they are still in business and people still go there! The manager doesn't even help, they're just basically throwing the money away( by paying the manager) to run a shitty restaurant. The food here is never very good, the wait is always really long, and a couple of the employees have attitude. I will still come here for icees. Their icees are good unless you have to wait too long, then they melt. I've previously had to ask them to replace my slushy since it was halfway melted when I receive it and they did with no problem. I recommend that no one goes to this burger king at all. The workers there are very rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. When I went there this morning to help a coworker out, because he couldn't go since his break was over to get his refund. When I got there the girl(I think her name was maria. But she is medium height, with dark black hair, heavier in weight, and looks to be in the age range of 40-50) in the front asked how can she help me. I told her the situation and handed the food she requested to be given to her and to have it be brought out of the trash can to her. She also was the one talking on the phone with him. (Mind you the one who kept saying she was the manager when she wasn't. Also the one who hanged up the phone multiple times on him to.) She then began to pull out the food in front of me and show me everything and say what is this? I said this is the food you gave him that he didn't like; so hence the reason I was there for a refund. She then said there are barely any tots, half a sandwich, and you didn't bring the soda back. I can only give you a refund for the sandwich. I told her no that is not what he was told on the phone and that she needs to refund him(The customer) for the food that was not up to par. She then kept arguing with me and told me no. I said go get the manager. I don't want to talk with you anymore go get the manager. The manager came out I told the manager she is very rude and shouldn't be working up front. The way she handled this situation was completely WRONG! The manager went in the back and she followed. She came with the money. Told me I shouldn't be rude and that my co worker was NOT allowed to go back there. This situation was not okay. My co worker contacted corporate and as I will be doing the same thing. ok so seriously our Burger King used to sell bags (10lbs) of ice for like a dollar. In fact I drove through Greenfield's BK and they still sell bags of ice. So here I am in a hurry to get to the lake and go through Los Banos' BK drive thru and they ask for my order and I ask if they still sell bags of ice, Well the young kid who was working laughed at me and said "we don't sell ice, that is illegal" and he laughed. Ok. So that took me a second to understand his comment. However my 9 yr old stepson didn't get it and was very curious why the drive thru kid would say it was illegal. I don't think that was very professional (but what can I expect from a kid who could care less about his job) and tried to call and complain (I waited until the next day assuming there would be a general manager around) but no one ever answered the phone! Well my stepson declared that Burger Kind was stupid and he was never going there again.
