I'm sorry. I don't usually complain but I can't bite my tongue about this. I went today through the drive thru and ordered 2 large onion rings and a large fry. I waited at the window for the order. The lady came back to the window about 6 minutes into waiting and said "we're just waiting for the onion rings to finish" which was fine. I understand that it was about 30 minutes after you finished breakfast. But then she came back almost 8 minutes after to tell me that they were out of onion rings. I waited almost 15 minutes for you to just tell me you did not have onion rings? After you had already came and told me that we were just waiting for onion rings to finish? Had I not already paid for my order I would have driven off. And I really did not wait to wait for them to do a refund on my card. The whole situation was ridiculous and a waste of everyone's time. The app says burger for breakfast. We get to the window and they (the manager standing at the window) don't want to do it. They said we don't do lunch till 10:15. The app we ordered from said it was available! Told us it would literally be up to 30 mins to make one burger. We told them to cancel the order. I took the kids for burgers today at Burger King in Loxahatchee (the Acreage.) Oh boy...what a real joke that was!! From the time I got there (only 2 cars were ahead of me in the drive thru,) until the time that I got to the pick up window, 25 minutes (YES 25 MINUTES!!) had passed. Since I've had issues with this location before, I decided to check my burgers before leaving and thank God I did because the meat was cold!! Not even lukewarm, but COLD!! I checked all 6 of the burgers and they all had cold meat. I showed the drive thru employee and kindly asked her if she could at least warm them up so we could eat them. She seemed to not understand what I was asking. So I asked if the meat had been just sitting there and she told me "yes" and went on to say that it's cold because its a busy time for them right now." She then snatched them from me in a very ugly manner. After witnessing how she was acting, I then asked her to just refund my debit card because I did not want to risk her possibly doing something gross to our food. (Her behavior spoke volumes about her character.) She grabbed the card from me and took about another 5 minutes (she stepped away from the drive thru register where I could not see her) then finally gave me the receipt showing the credit. This lady was rude with a very nasty demeanor. Definitely not the kind of employee I would allow to work for me if I owned a restaurant. Never again will we frequent this location. There's way too many good fast food locations nearby to have to tolerate this irate behavior from a fast food restaurant. read more

Theres a lot to be said about this BK. First they rarely get your order right. Second don't ever order online. If they don't give you everything you order well they get you good cause there's never a receipt to be found so you can't go back and get your food. it's terribl! There should be 1/2 or 1/4 stars cause that's what they deserve. corporate needs to get involved cause this establishment is giving BK a bad name. read more

Do not go here! So my husband took my son to get a Spider-Man burger... we don't have it. Ok. A kids meal. We don't have that either. Ok a shake. We don't have that either. Go literally anywhere else. This is the worst fast food restaurant, I've ever been to. I hate that it's one of 2 options in the area, which is the only reason I've been back. Taking more than one order at a time, seems to be beyond their training. As an experiment, I've timed my drive-thru visits, and their getting slower (last visit being just shy of 10 minutes) and it's a crap-shoot as to whether or not your order will be correct. I'm not sure where they are hiring from, but they seem to be shipping in the slowest (not referring to speed) employees. This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever gone to. It is right by my house so naturally when I want to get Burger King I go here, but every time they disappoint me. Every time I go here the wait is usually no less then 25 minutes no matter what. For fast food, this is the slowest and worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. Even after the wait you would expect a nice hot meal but, then the food is cold half of the time. I know though that this is not the staffs fault, as they are obviously overwhelmed and understaffed on a daily basis. If they improve this, I'll be happy to return but until then, I'd try to stay away from this location. read more

The lady Jaime(manager on duty gave me a stressful ordering process she closes the store at 1030 not 11 as advertised, I've been coming to this location for almost 17 years and I've never had an extremely rude experience my name is David and willing to meet with general manager to deal with her issues, however I do not think this job suits her, I overheard her talking trash behind the counter about me and my companion(I don't think she knows we heard) I'm not trying to fire anyone but leave your personal life at home and come do your job. She runs her crew chaotic and they had even mentioned some issues with her I'd prefer not to say. This being said I will never be coming back to this place unless pascal is working he's the nicest guy takes care of any issues and keeps the place clean and in order. I do not know pascal outside of Burger King long story short I'll only come if he's on duty. Absolutely the worst managed BK I have ever been to. Placed my drive thru order at 9:05 and was told to pull forward so they can bring it out. By 9:25 I gave up and walked in. Realized there was an employee sitting on her phone at a table. No one else was in the dining area. I asked the cashier about my order and the employee (Shaniece) stood up and proceeded to tell me how they only have one person in the back cooking. I explained that I had zero idea and thought my order was forgotten.
