Worst McDonalds around unfortunately it's the closest one to my house and sometimes I don't want to drive into town just to get my order correct. For some reason they think extra means none.. every time. Order Dr. Pepper and you'll be given Diet Coke. If they tell you the sauce is in the bag it is most definitely not in the bag. It's a McDonald's so I'm not expecting anything great, but this was ridiculously bad. First, they redid the inside so now it resembles a prison cafeteria and less like a restaurant. A huge wall was built that completely removed the large counter that used to be there. Now it's a small little counter on the end that wasn't even manned. Waiting and waiting for someone to take my order. Employees walking around the kitchen and they see me but I'm invisible. Finally somone comes over and now we have a language barrier. I am not multilingual and although I appreciate peoples rite to speak other languages, I'm a firm believer that in an american restuarant, the person helping me should be at least literate in English. Anyway I was finally able to order my egg mcmuffin meal with a hash brown and coffee. The sandwich was ok, but the hashbrown was the star of the show; hot and crispy. The coffee I never got to taste. Was served to me black, with no sugar or sweetener of any kind. No salt and pepper for my Sandwich and a bag with no napkins in it. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, even for McDonald's. I haven't been to a McDonald's in almost a year and I don't see myself going back again anytime soon. Just awful. My childhood memories of McDonald's are ruined. read more

Ok, I honestly never thought I would be submitting a review for McDonald's. We've all eaten there, we know it's hit or miss. This is more of a PSA to "check your bag before driving away". The last 3 times I have been there my order has included nuggets. Coincidentally the last 3 times I have been there they have failed to include the sauces I have requested. Doesn't seem like a big deal but who wants to chomp on dry nuggs with no sauce!? Partially on me, after the 1st (or 2nd time) I should've checked the bag and not just taken their word for it. Did you know that even though you are waiting in the drive-thur before 10:30am and of no fault of your own because the line is moving slow that by the time you get to the speaker to order at exactly 10:30am that they won't serve you breakfast! They even had the nerve to take my order then say it is 10:31am so breakfast is over and change the menu broad that I was just ordering from turn to the lunch menu! How rude They tried to offer a discount for lunch but I came for breakfast. Didn't want to give them my money after that anyway so I drove across the street to Burger King and they saved the day! I rarely eat McDonald's but after cleaning the house I didn't feel like cooking in my spotless kitchen. Big mistake! If you want to wait over 40 mins for 2 combo meals come to this location. Stopped by for a quick bite as I drove through the area. Top notch customer service! The two girls upfront were very polite and friendly, better than non fast-food places I've been to in the past. This location closed at 10:30pm tonight (3/17/2022) which may be the case for a Thursday night but I've ordered from here at midnight on a weekday before. At times I have walked inside to skip the long drive-through line at 10pm before. One of the worst fast food experiences ever....and mind you we don't expect much from fast food! It's clear the young man taking the order was somewhat mentally incapacitated this morning, as the order that popped up on the screen was nothing like what we actually ordered. And he did question us, for example my husband asked for a "large hot coffee", and he asked us he wanted small medium or large. And the. He still put it up as Ice coffee on the screen. So once we get him straightened out and the girls at the window still have him ice coffee. He got that straightened out but then they had no clue what a "hot coffee regular" was and had a lengthy discussion about how many creams. The "unsweetened ice tea" came out loaded with sugar.they tried to tell me it wasn't? At that point we were done "being told" and left, but both sandwiches were wrong too...not having cheese was not a big issue but kinda hard to get the cheese off once it melts. Currently 6 am. I went to the drive thru and was greeted very rudely to a lady snapping at me that they are closed. According to your hours you open at 5:30 AM. It is now 6 Am and the lady says whenever "her system is ready" she will open. Complety misleading hours and even worse customer service. read more

As far as fast food goes, this McDonald's does a fairly good job. Driver thru a orders are always busy but as efficient as can be. Recently ordered through third party delivery and made the mistake of substituting mayo. This thing is in a mayo bath. Over all a good location with hard working employees. read more

Now really I'd give it 0 stars if I could but that's not an option. Went here last night to get a pretty simple order, double quarter pounder add bacon. Simple enough right? Now I'm no rhode scholar or anything but I think the most important part of a burger is the meat, but I could be wrong. On August 11th I ordered a triple cheeseburger with onions I ordered that about once every 3 days in a small fry the black lady or the manager that was on duty handed me my food about 10 minutes later. When I took a few bites I noticed they were pickles in it ketchup and mustard and I am highly allergic to pickles. It could kill me. The gentleman took my order and her told me that I said that I wanted pickles and onions and that it was all my fault and that I'm a liar. I told the lady that why would I logically order pickles if I knew it could potentially give me an allergic reaction and kill me. She had no reply catch up and mustard and I am highly allergic to pickles. We can kill me.
