Fantastic location. I rolled up with an online order pickup 6 minutes till close. (Made sure I saw other cars in line so I knew they wouldn't have to restart the grill for my $1 burger). Frankly, I don't expect the best from anyone within an hour of closing. Some robotic greeting and drone literally counting the seconds would have been understandable. But. Faith, the lady at the drive through was amazing. She was vibrant and friendly like she just walked onto the floor that minute and was having the best day of her life. Was completely a surprise and made me feel good about choosing to go to this location. Plus, BK in general I feel like deserves a second look. Have you seen their prices and what McDonald's is doing with theirs lately? They're just as good (or better, looking at you Ch'King!), and they're still at the prices you'd expect for fast food. He could not ring up anyone correctly and have to wait for someone to come correct his mistakes which wasn't fast. My fiancé gave the cashier the wrong card to use for payment which is not a terrible mistake. As the cashier handed the card back my fiancé simultaneously handed him the right card for payment. Simple fix right ? Well the cashier just dropped the wrong card on the ground before my fiancé could grab it. We were in the drive through when this happened and my fiancé had to open his car door to pick up his wet card. Then we get back home after purchasing a bunch of food which one was a fish sandwich. Ummmm, its a Burger King. They are all a-okay. You've been to one, you've been to 'em all. Yeah, sometimes the service is slow, because a bunch of people called out on the same shift. Sometimes they get your order wrong, because there is a giant line inside and in the drive thru. But, 9 times out of 10 this place is exactly what you want when you need it. I believe that I can be a sophisticated wanna be Food Network Star, and be a fast food eating trash monster. I'm a complicated person. I just want to be my true self and have it all! I stopped by their drive through to pick up a Whopper Jr. and a coffee on the way back from a teeth cleaning. I was in and out in about 30 seconds. Me: Wow, you guys were fast! Her: We try, it's what keeps our customers happy. :D No other fast food joint builds burgers like BK - charbroiled taste and generous with the toppings. I went to McD's once and asked for extra lettuce - they charged me $0.25. Do you know what $0.25 will get you at BK? A small coffee*. Their hot drinks come with lids that let you seal the opening so if you're on a bumpy road you won't get coffee all over your dash. Also, free WiFi and half price on the flavor of the month shake, this friendly BK location is on my short list. *25-cent coffee was a special for the month of March. read more

I stopped by on a Friday night at 11:43. I ask for a shake and get sworn at by the manager in charge because I had the nerve to complain that they again shut down the shake machine before closing. For heavens sake, I know it isn't that hard to clean that it takes 3 hours to do. Then I'm told that if I don't like it, I can leave and I don't need to come back. I waited patiently for over five minutes for the single car ahead of me to receive its order. I then received my order and headed out on my way home. I reached into the bag and pulled out a burger, and took a bite. I hot a mouthful of saliva sucking bun, burger, pickle and cheese; nothing else. This was a dry burger. We stopped in at a Burger King on Park St. In Madison, Wi for a cup of coffee while we being served at the counter one of the managers I believe to Mexican said to the other Manager I don't like him and turned to the other manager to wait on us, this was rude and there is know place in this business for that king of attitude, we should not be treated on a dislike especially from a manager he needs to find another job. read more

They renovated the place and it looks really nice inside and out. There are new faces as well. Although I like what they did with the place, I must say I miss the old manager. He was so kind! I once forgot I had switched my debt cards and when my card got declined at the register, he wrote down the amount I owed and let me take the food! I came back the next morning and paid my debt. No amount of renovations or new employees can replace that kind of priceless service. Not to mention how he always had a smile on his face and recognized regular customers immediately. Greeting them with a "how ya doing?" and a "glad to see ya back! Have a great rest of your day!" Not many managers (at ANY fast food business) care enough to show appreciation towards regular customers. Psh, have you ever gone to that S. Park Street McDonalds? lol.
