Damn Straight I Am, but lend me an ear for just a second and I'll tell you why I'm throwing all kinds of hype at Burger King's Impossible Whopper. First of all their original beef patties that they serve here are not exactly the highest quality beef products okay. And when cooked they become these greasy floppy messy blobs, and if you disagree with this statement you can go ahead and stop reading because you must love grease and I ain't talking about the Country.    Let's continue on, when compared to the Impossible patties which remain to be firm and dense long after the flame broiled process, which also adds so much incredible flavor because they're cooked on these same grills where beef is grilled, you get an Impossibly Delicious Burger without all the grossness.    Knowing All of this I noticed that this place now serves a Southwest Bacon Impossible Whopper which consists of: Hello Bacon, American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Avocado Spread, Tortilla Strips, and Creamy Spicy Sauce with absolutely no grease rolling down your arms for the WIN!! Everyone has had Burger King before. Its when you want quick food for either lunch, dinner, or a snack. Their nuggets are pretty good, and also cheap for a 8 piece. If your gonna get a burger, go with the Bacon King or Whopper. If you get the 'cheaper' ones, they are not as good. I also really like the fries from BK. But, overall it is just average fast food. So I can't rate it that high, since so many other burger places are much better. This location is nice though. It was recently redone, and everything is nice and clean. They have a drive through and plenty of parking spaces. A convenient location as well. read more

Three mobile orders, three in a row with at least one item missing. Easy enough to log in and get a refund, but my expectation when ordering food, especially from a fast food place, is to ingest calories, not money. I am convinced now that the owner deliberately skimps or instructs staff to leave items out of an order in a vein attempt to save a few coin here and there. No other reasonable expectation for consistently getting orders with items missing. read more

Just disgusting. What boggles my mind is how, after changing management several times, this place continues to be the worst Burger King on the planet. The food is prepared well-done and it always tastes terrible. You can't understand what they're saying in the drive-thru. I only went back more than once because I was desperate. The drive through line was only 3 cars and took forever (I wonder what the employees are doing inside), I had the impossible burger and it Does NOT taste like beef like the liars on TV say, and does Not look like the picture (but that figures). Let's start this one by agreeing that nobody goes to Burger King with High expectations. That being said, when I order a "bacon burger, no cheese, no pickles," and the screen reads, "burger +bacon -cheese - pickle" I do expect to receive that. Instead I received a burger with cheese and pickle. To be fair this is my fault for giving this place so many chances to get my order wrong, but I'm finally done. Burger King is not a cafe. But I have come here from time to time when Starbucks is swamped. It's really not that bad in here. Most importantly, it is clean. The air is well-circulated and I actually really like it here. Unfortunately there are not a lot of healthy choices. But occasionally I've had a chicken sandwich or their smoothies are actually really good. I think the one I like is mango. There's also a raspberry or strawberry one. read more

Ugh. I mean, it's a Burger King. I get that, but it's not a nice Burger King which is totally unexpected given it's sandwiched (pun intended) between two upscale NJ towns. Whenever I go, there's a worker sitting out front listening to music while smoking a cigarette. Then you walk in and notice the inside looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. I've met unconscious people with more enthusiasm than the employees there. On the upside, the food usually comes out quickly. I've never found anything gross in my food (although that may change now that I've written this review). There's a play gym for kids but it has the usual problem of smelling like dirty feet. I was overcharged by the "manager" Abdul. My valid coupon was not being accepted by the computerized cash register. Clerk Glenn called Abdul for assistance. Abdul could not solve the problem, so he merely rang up my order in a manner that overcharged me, but he kept my coupon and pretended everything was fine. I thought the quoted total was too high. I intended to check and audit my receipt. But Abdul conveniently failed to give me my receipt. Hmmmm. I asked for my receipt and Abdul handed me another customer's receipt. Double hmmmm. I told Abdul that he had given me the wrong receipt. He slowly and reluctantly gave me my receipt. I checked my receipt and saw that I was overcharged. I asked for the overcharge to be refunded to me. Incredibly, Abdul wanted to fight. He claimed that he could have charged me MORE money. I replied, "No you couldn't, I would have walked out." I said, "I specifically came here with a coupon in order to save money." Abdul cited the small discount that he had given me, as a defense. But that discount was not as large as my coupon's discount. I informed him that his discount was insufficient. I provided the actual numbers demonstrating his insufficient discount (overcharge). A large crowd was listening to all of this. Abdul again claimed he had saved me money, knowing that he had actually overcharged me. He again said he could have charged me more. I again replied that I would have walked out if I had known he was not going to give me my coupon's full discount. Other workers were trying to calm Abdul down. I said, "You can have your food back and give me a full refund or refund the overcharge." ... Abdul refunded the overcharge. I can not understand why he refused to do this when I first brought the matter to his attention. I mean, he knew he did not ring up my coupon. I was perfectly polite when I approached him, but he chose to argue with a disturbing alacrity. A sign was hanging behind the counter with the regional manager's name and phone number. I told Abdul I would call the regional manager. Abdul laughed loudly and mockingly replied, "Yeah, you do that!" Needless to say, I'll avoid this restaurant as long as Abdul is employed. read more

We just came from one of the worst most aggravating situations imaginable.. We pulled in to the Burger King on main in Madison, with several cars idling in front of us, ( a bad omen given the off hour ) When we finally got to the ordering speaker, it was a nightmare! I felt like I was in another country!! This person was so rude and so wrong! When we finally edged up to the window, they once again failed our order and were very rude and abrupt.. After the Manager came and was especially offensive, the order was STILL wrong!?! At that point we just drove off... A complete exercise in futility! Stay away from this dreadful place!!!!!! I visited Burger King regularly because they're among the few fast food restaurants that have veggie burgers, although now that they've switched to the Impossible Burger, I will rarely go. Impossible Burgers taste too much like real beef for my liking. (If I wanted the taste of beef, I'd eat a real beef burger.) This BK seems to be seriously challenged in the management department. On too many occasions, the Drive-Thru line is very long, i.e., it wraps around the restaurant practically onto the street. And it moves as slowly as molasses. I know they've lost business because people (myself included) get tired of sitting still in our cars so we simply leave. (Some ppl leave *after* they've placed their orders.) What I've learned from going inside (instead of leaving) is that sometimes they have one person working in the kitchen. One!!! Unbelievable. The young employees look as unhappy and frustrated as the customers, probably because they get an earful from angry patrons. No wonder BK is perpetually hiring. This company needs to get its act together and hire better onsite managers. And maybe the management in their Miami HQ needs to change. read more

Not only did it take about 5 minutes for them to take my order, despite no one else being in line, but the shady short manager charged me the wrong amount! I bought something for $3, but when I checked my credit card later, I found that he charged me $8.65! I assume he thinks that most people don't check on their charges afterwards, and it is also convenient that he didn't give me a receipt. I guess this is a way for him to tip himself?! We had an awful experience. We feel like we were victimized by bait-and-switch, and management couldn't care less! We went in the restaurant and SPECIFICALLY asked the cashier what items were included on the "Two For Five" promotion whose advertising was splashed all over the building. He told us what items were included and we chose two of them. We also bought an order of chicken rings and a drink, and ate inside the restaurant. The chicken rings were burned black. They replaced them with rings that were burned ALMOST black. I remarked to my boyfriend that despite the overcooked "rings" this was still a pretty decent deal. He pulled out the change and receipt and said it either wasn't so great - or we had gotten "ripped off". We looked at the receipt and saw we indeed had been overcharged - the "two for five" items were charged at full price for a total of $ 7.88 - a 58% overcharge! We brought it to the manager's attention. "Giovanni" made it obvious he couldn't care less. His stance was basically "Hey, too bad, you already ate the sandwiches". It was hard to avoid the feeling that overcharging was the norm here. Pass this place by. read more
