Anyone that frequents this location knows that they are barely ever busy, maybe around lunchtime is about their only peak in the day, this should have been my first indicator of what I was going to experience with this company. I placed an app order for dinner (hoping this would help the order from being wrong, but boy was I wrong!) We placed over a $60 order and every item that we actually received was wrong and items that we asked to be removed, ended up actually having double of what their normal servings would have been (Like someone was being spiteful, seriously I wish I would have taken pictures). Not to mention we were missing like 3 other items from our order. When I called the store to speak to a manager, a lady named Erica answered stating she was the manager. I barely even got 1 concern out before she started laughing at me and then hung up on me! I called back to the store again where Erica, again laughed and hung up on me. Mind you, as I stated they were not busy when we went to pick up, no one in the drive thru, no one in the actual building, parking lot was bare, we were the only customers at that time. I emailed BK's customer service, where I was told that I could not be in contact with an actual person and my concerns would be passed on to the franchise owner and they would handle the situation within. Nothing for the customer who lost out of their own money. No apology, no respect, no let us make up for that, nothing in return, just basically stating it is ok for this to happen at their businesses and they will continue to do it their way, regardless of the customer losing out. At this point, I have yet to be contacted by anyone other than a robotic email. To me, a business that cares about their customers and their hard earned money, is where I want to spend mine at. I will no longer purchase from any chain of Burger King's or their associates (Tim Horton's, Popeye's, Firehouse subs, etc ) because obviously this company and their CEO, Joshua Kobza, is more worried about feeding their pockets than correcting errors made on purpose by their employees and wasting their customers time and hard earned money. Id prefer to use my hard earned money at places that respect their customers and want them to keep coming back. read more

I needed a quick breakfast on my way to a meeting because I didn't take time to eat before I left home.  So checking along the route I used to take for so many years there were a few McDonald's and a couple of Burger Kings.  I decided on Burger King because I've had too many McDonald's lately and...I had a coupon! I pulled in and found plenty of parking with a short line at the drive thru so I parked and went inside.  I saw two people at separate tables finishing their coffee and no line at the counter.  The staff noticed me but continued doing whatever they were doing to take care of the drive thru orders.  After about a minute or so one of them came to the register to take my order, not a huge wait in the big scheme of things. I placed my order with the coupon for two Croissan'wiches, a small hash browns, and small coffee.  The order came up very quickly and I got napkins and ketchup and sat down to unfold my morning feast.  Everything was as expected and was served up hot.  They even put in the requested cream and sugar for the coffee. Overall this was a pretty good Burger King experience: hot food, familiar taste, clean dining area, polite staff even if a little slow to initially take my order. read more

Horrible experience and will not visit again. Their management is rude and deceitful. I took my daughter for a weekly dinner out. I ordered her meal as a combo, was given my total and paid at the window. I inspected my food snd found that her fry was missing and asked the employee for the missing fry. She said it wasn't rung up. I explained I wouldn't know because I had not received a receipt. I advised her I just needed a order of fries to complete my meal. She asked her manager to come over who asked "what's the problem". I explained our order and she said that we hadn't paid for it. I told her I understand what she is saying and tried to explain I didn't have a receipt. She stared at me for several seconds until I calmly said, "why are you staring at me, I'm asking you for an order of fries." The lady gave me attitude and told me I had to pay for the fries if I wanted them. I told her I no longer needed them and would take it up with the store's manager. After finishing our meal, I called the restaurant. The man said he was a manager, but wouldn't give a name, which I suspect was one of the crew, not really a manager. He refused to listen, was argumentative and spoke over me. I and asked for the names and contact information for the stores management and district manager or when they would be available to speak with. The man on the phone said, "I can't give you that information, it's against the law." And hung up the phone. My daughter said after the call, "they were rude". After giving up on the store, I called the BK customer service line and explained my problem. I told her, I'm not looking for a refund, free food or any coupons. I really just wanted someone to address, in my opinion, is a huge problem. I have no interest in ever going back. For cheap food, there's 5 other restaurants in the same locale. She apologized said that she would have the franchisee contact me. Having given them fair opportunity to reach me, and not receiving contact, I can only surmise that this is the company culture, that starts at the top. Apparently, they don't need business. I don't recommend and encourage you to visit other Madison Heights businesses. read more

at first i didn't want to come here but it was the only thing opened on a tuesday night at 12am. idk what all the bad reviews are or why they have so many but i got just home from ordering at this location at 12am. The staff were super nice, very patient and we're actually kind. i did have to wait but i was annoyed or irritated because it was for fresh food. She let me know the fries were SUPER hot because they just came out the fryer and she was right. Stop reading all these reviews and try them out. Lady with the pink hair is super sweet. read more

What i am mad about is being treated like a POS when going to this 12 mile BK. These employees are the worst. This Burger King has excellent service. Over the last few weeks I have visited this location at different times throughout the day. You always get fresh food that is cooked just the way it should be. Service is fast and they always are polite. I have used the drive thru and also ate inside in the dining room. The place is very clean and the staff welcomes you with a smile. read more

The wait in the drive thru was long but I can deal with that if the food is worth it. I ordered 2 large value meals and instead of a regular drink, I ordered a frozen Coke. Came to almost $20 which I can deal with IF it is worth it. Paid for my food at the 1st window, things were fine. 2nd window I waited at least 2 minutes before being greeted. Man comes up to window asks if I ordered a Mango smoothie. Said no, I did not. Woman says we don't have frozen Coke or Surge want do you want? No apology. Almost like it was my fault for ordering something they don't have. Didn't give me a reason why they didn't have it available (it was on the menu). I got a regular Coke instead even though I paid $0.20 extra for frozen Coke. Never offered a refund or apology. Not the money, it's the principle! Didn't even have my other regular Coke ready. Fries were ok at best - maybe a little overcooked, burgers were dry. It takes a lot to upset me but this was a waste of $20 and I cannot believe these people want $20/hr. They should pay me for taking their abuse. read more
