Came here the day before yesterday and they didn't have any type of burgers or even cheese was also out of soda. All they had was orange juice and apple juice in the small cartons. Today, I was able to get a whopper so I order 2 # 1's and a 9 piece chicken nugget. Well they put chicken fries in the bag and charged me $2 more. I told him I asked for nuggets and he said oh... Gave me the nuggets and told me he put extra for the inconvenience and then proceeded to shut the window very quickly. I asked him for ranch and then asked he if was gonna give me my change back, he closed the window again while saying, "wait". He came back and said well it's only 25 cent. I told him it was $2 and change but even if it was 25 cent, where is my quarter. In these times, I don't think anyone should assume a customer doesn't want their change. And btw, he put ONE extra nugget in the bag for my inconvenience smh. Once I arrived home (I live 2 minutes away) and dispersed the food, every single item was super cold like they had it sitting there for hours. I came in through the drive through at 9:00 pm; a was the only person and asked to wait. I waited about five minutes before the microphone crackled a few times. I told the girl working the headphone I couldn't hear her, and she suddenly came online very clear. When I ordered the sandwich, she said, "First window" without even confirming anything. At the window, the order was confirmed, but she didn't greet me. She took the card, handed it to me with the receipt, and closed the window. I waited another five minutes, a different woman came to it, asked if I had the Whopper, and shoved the bag at me without another word. The Whopper was good but it wasn't very warm, which leaves me to wonder why they had me wait so long. There weren't many cars in the parking lot, and if they were warming the food, you'd think my food would come out reasonably warm. Not a good experience, especially during slow hours. As I was already in disbelief on how he was continuously touching his pants and food. The other kid on the line sneezed by an open bag. It was truly disgusting. She then opens the drive through window and I said, "the drink."She then looks with an attitude shaking her head (like "what") as if it was a problem I asked for the drink I purchased. After staring at each other, I asked if there was anyone else that could help me with my request. And a sweet friendly girl (with glasses) came asking me professionally what type of drink it was. This location never, never ever gets our order right. Very simple requests as no cheese...they put cheese. Extra onions and of course no onions. Today was no different. Over $35 for a door dash delivery and both burgers were completely wrong. When I go to Whataburger or In N Out, I rarely if ever have to send the food back. We had to order ourselves on the kiosk (which I know is the new trend but I am not an employee and shouldn't have to order myself) with no one taking orders while multiple employees were standing around not doing anything. Every table in the restaurant was dirty - several with trays of food where people didn't take them to the trash bin themselves. The girl who gave me my tray of food was very annoyed that I asked for my soda cups. We didn't receive any sauces we ordered. The Impossible whopper had no ketchup, pickles, or tomatoes. The chicken fries were not fresh - likely way past expiration time. The young man after he finished his break returned to the kitchen and was playing with his hair and scratching his head around the food (for the sake of my sanity I'm just going to pretend this only happened after I got my food). Our experience is usually better than this - although the restaurant is always less than clean the food has always been fresh and staff have generally been pleasant. I also couldn't complete this on a BK survey because it won't accept the information from my receipt which I guess is a great way for BK not to get bad reviews is just kit to get any at all. read more

Atmosphere - Not rating this as it was a drive thru.  Strange they just closed the second lane just prior to my arrival at 6 PM.  Cars were in the lane but buckets set up to block traffic. Food My Side - I love onion rings and I have to say these were a let down.  Cold, okay room temp., which makes them lose a lot of their appeal.  I ordered a larger, I would hate to see how small those other sizes are. Dinner - I had to try their Impossible burger, okay fine I tried two.  A close look at the patty tells you that you are not eating a beef burger, but boy does it taste like one.  The second burger was sloppier than the first, again the burgers were cold like the onion rings.  I do not live far enough for the food to get cold. Service - Comes down to cold food.  I think my onion rings were bagged immediately.  Probably my two Impossible Burgers were freshly prepared.  I sat at the drive window, which you are unable to look in because of all their store information plastered on the windows.  I turned my car off while waiting after my hybrid car's gas engine turned on.  The car was turned off for more than 5 minutes, so probably close to 10 minutes without a word from anyway within the store.  Not even a sorry for the delay in getting to the window.  At least take the payment immediately and let me know the status.  Instead my payment was and then food was handed to me within seconds of each other. I've been coming to this location for years now and i always ended up getting sick, i've just recently became friends with some of the employees and it's absolutely no wonder i get sick every time i eat here. The place is absolutely disgusting, looks like it never gets clean. I'm severely disappointed and disgusted that the FDA is allowing this place to still be open. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I went to get a coupon online which the website said to use in restaurant. For some reason this location also doesn't allow online ordering. When we went to the register the cashier looked at us like we were from Mars because we showed them the coupon from their website. She proceeded to call the manager over who without trying, said we can't do this! Just laziness. I get not honoring coupons I guess, but to have a crappy attitude was worse. I'll certainly never go back or give them any money at that location. No wonder this place is so poorly rated. It's ran terrible with clueless staff. Clearly a General Manager issue. Another car drives up to the other speaker and there order was taken immediately. as I was just ordering a drink, I went directly to the window without speaking with anyone to take my order. Told the cashier of the experience. No apology or even looked like she cared until I asked for the manager. Spoke to the assistant manager who just acted like she could care less. We're vegan, and there's a impossible burger but they still don't understand there market. Non vegan mayo is all that they offer, when they could keep vegan mayo in packets for one of the burger options... They don't have many options you'd think they want to get to get one of the 6 options correct. Went through drive thru today after getting a pedicure since I was just right next door. I hadn't had a lunch today because Culver's screwed up and gave me someone else's lunch so I was starving but didn't want anything too big because it's almost dinner time. I brought one home, threw away the bun and looked at the burger. It sure wasn't an "all meat" patty. I'm so disappointed. I just flew in last night, was hungry for something quick and easy since it was pretty late. All I ordered was an impossible whopper. It took about 15-20 min just to get my food. There was no one else in line. After traveling the last thing I wanted to do was wait so long. I tried to be understanding, I wouldn't even have left a bad review, except for I woke up with the absolute worst food poisoning! My first day in town and I've spent it curled up to a toilet puking all day while trying to figure out how to care for my 5 month old in between hugging a toilet.
