When you place an asap mobile order that says it'll be ready at the time you place it, you should not need to go inside..people place drive through orders for a reason, when you give attitude before we even go inside..you get attitude right back especially after seeing lemonade on the order and proceed to not warn anyone that the lemonade dispenser doesn't even have a nozzle because yall lost it..if you don't want your window times up then get your food service in order instead of giving the opposite of what we pay for and expect. The service has gone exponentially downhill and the manager, when asked if they were the manager, gave nothing but excuses instead of handling the situation and her employees talking about the attitude they were given that would make any person more upset then they originally where..Eli needs to get back or they just need to rehire their workers once again. read more

Every time I come here I end up waiting at the screen for them to take my order for at least 10-15 minutes even with nobody in line , then when you finally get your order taken they make you wait even longer at the window then make you pull up and they still end up forgetting something so you got to park then go beg them for what you had already paid for,This is the worst Burger King to ever go to. read more

Went to the drive thru this afternoon with one car ahead of us. The girl stated she would be with us in a minute as she organized something. This brand new Burger King is just off I95 at the growing Midway exit. Their sign says dining room open, however, I found it closed with only drive thru service only (assuming Covid19 closure). Download their BK app for their services and delivery. Their flame grilled burger is my favorite of fast food burger joints. Tonight the Whopper JR was hot and tasty! The line was long with one drive thru lane, of two, open. Service was sooooo slow. A steady stream of cars coming and going so during Covid you might have to wait a bit. read more

Service was great and they were very accommodating when the app didn't match what they actually had in the restaurant. Their milkshake machine wasn't in service and they didn't have any cookies either. My burger had a sweet sauce on it that wasn't good and the burger wasn't that great (compared to other Burger King burgers I've had in the past). The French fries were very good though. I ordered on the app then picked up in drive thru but had to wait extra time for my food, which still was missing the toy from the kids meal and one of the fries. Then I went inside because I didn't want to have them have to walk outside again and when I grabbed ketchup packets that were on the counter they were covered in sticky stuff and I had to go wash my hands making what was supposed to be a quick drive thru stop a 10-15min ordeal. read more

Honestly, I haven't even opened my meal, I'm 100% here to comment about Miss Tanita (aka Mama T) at the front counter at the Midway, GA location. Honestly with how amazing she was and friendly I wouldn't even be mad if I got the wrong order she was just the friendliest person I've ever dealt with at any food chain. I mentioned the soda machines were dispensing flat soda, she checked the one behind the counter and gave me a drink from back there just so it wasn't flat, I didn't even mind the flat drink so much but she went out of her way 100% to make sure we were absolutely happy with our orders. wish I could select a zero. The owner of this location needs to open their eyes! Only two people working having to work the counter, the drive up plus make the food. The poor young man took 5 orders at the counter before us and then had to wait on the DU and prep orders for both DU & the counter. We had to wait 15 minutes to place our order! When we first went in there was a sign Cash Only but the card reader did indeed take cards. There were no napkins, no forks, no toilet paper in one of the women's bathroom stalls and just a quarter of a roll of paper towels. Also the restaurant was dirty. Drink & food on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. luckily we were only passing through so we never have to go there again. If there was zero stars I would rate this place zero. No wonder you are having to close your restaurants. If you had better service then you would have more customers. We ordered a bacon cheeseBURGER and received buns (not toasted) with ONLY cheese and bacon. When asked how that was possible, the manager said "well sometimes people make mistakes." There were no other customers in the store. It was 10:30 am. When the new sandwich was ready he made me get up and to go get it. No apology. In my opinion he should have quickly ran it over to me with an apology. Poor customer service. After we ate, my boyfriend got up to order dessert. He ordered an ice cream. By far one of the worst places where no customer service is given, even before ordering food. Today, 26 May 2022 @3:35PM, we pulled up to the drive thru screen; they have two of them at this location. There was already one car at the screen closest to the building, another truck pulled behind that car, so we pulled up to the screen (#2). We waited about 5 minutes; understand the whole employee shortage/under staffed deals going on these days. So finally after 5 to 6 minutes a female voice comes over the intercom in a rude and sarcastic manner "Our number 2 lane is closed." There were no signs posted, nothing blocking the number 2 lane to indicate that the lane was closed; for the normal person it appeared both lanes were open for business...... but I guess I'm todays age of the majority of people doing half-ass work and being proud of it, what can one expect. The manager should be all on top of this, if you want to close a lane due to being under staffed and have a line of cars starting to wrap around your store, put something out there to let your customers know that there is only one lane operating. Guess piss poor management breeds piss poor employees which equals shitty customer service. read more

Arrived at 4:15 and finally got our food at 4:50 with only one other order in front of us in the dining room. Two of our burgers had the wrong toppings-took them back and both still came back wrong. Yes, the food was good and hot, however, the bathrooms were disgusting. This is a huge Inconvenience and extremely disappointing, as we had no where to change our 1.5 year old sons diaper. This place is the worst in delivering customer service. I just spent 10 minutes in the drive through. As soon as they heard the phone ringing, someone is on the speaker asking for my order. I pulled around to the first window to pay. The female was clueless. I asked her what was the delay. She replied, "I don't know". I then told her I waited ten minutes for someone to take my order. She said it's been back and forth. A Caucasian male shows up, resting his head against the wall. I asked was he the manager. He had a blank stare. I asked again was he the manager and reluctantly said yes. I asked him why was the drive through a ten minutes wait without giving the customer the courtesy of an explanation. He said he didn't know because he was unloading the truck. I looked around for the truck and have yet to see it. I would advise hungry travelers to avoid this place.
