I ordered here a few nights ago, late. Plusses: They definitely wanted to serve all customers well. We ordered veggie burgers, which had to cook and weren't ready by the time we got to the single drive-through window. They passed me the shake and fries we ordered, and told us to park right out front as they'd be delivering the food soon. Minuses: I almost finished my shake before they delivered my meal. But maybe a milkshake is NOT an ideal stopwatch. :) The food was cooked well, delicious, and the staff courteous. I felt like they were interested in doing more than "their jobs", they wanted to do their jobs well and have a cordial place for people to eat. Also, I did not feel marginalized by the wait staff like I had at other BKs or fast food restaurants--I was even paid a compliment. :D read more

I very really eat fast food because I think it's horrible all of them. But recently I went to a Burger King on the Salisbury Merrimac mass line and I just got a cheeseburger no pickles and fries . I could not believe how good it was . It reminded me of back when the fast food first came in and it was very good back in those days . The small value fry had a lot of fries and they were larger than I remember them being. And the hamburger was fresh and hot and the bun was not disgusting in one of them anyways they often are stale partially frozen etc. it was so good I actually went back there about a week later and it was very good that was on the Merrimac ma very much Salisbury mass line I believe it's route 110 . Now onto this dumpy burger king in North Andover. I don't even wanna waste words on them let's just say it was the opposite experience of the one in Salisbury Massachusetts. The food sucked and what's made it worse since they gave him a dollar tip on a five dollar order which is no great shake but it's probably more than they get normally. I think there are about five fries in the small fry. The place in Merrimac was at least double that And the hamburger was cold borderline frozen. I would love to have the opportunity to talk to the rich bastard who probably owns this place and just takes no pride and what they produce there. Comes to count the money I would think and nothing else. God bless America. Reading the terrible reviews of this place I can't believe that corporate doesn't step in and put their foot down. So if there are any people who really like fast food I would suggest you try that Burger King on the Salisbury Merrimac mass line on Route 110 right off of 495. There was a giant Starbucks right near it. I hold no grudge against the Burger King himself I hear he's a nice guy who has been wounded to his soul by the incompetence which surrounds him. read more

Oh my god, these cheeseburgers are so bad, Burger King should be paying us to eat them. My friend and I saw a deal for a 1¢ burger--of course we went for it. One bite in, and we realized why it was practically free. That thing did damage. I spent the next 2-3 hours getting very familiar with my bathroom. The only reason this isn't a total disaster review is because the staff were actually really nice. Props to them for being friendly, even if the food was fighting for its life. read more

Food was hot but I asked for no lettuce and I got lettuce but everything else was good.

Bad. Ordered two meals. I heard someone say, "park somewhere else, I'm making fries," So, I guess she didn't have enough fries which is why the second meal order didn't have any. I asked for a milk rather than soda and had to spell M-I-L-K after she didn't understand twice. Burgers were cold. You don't rule at this Burger King. read more

I went to the Burger King on Route 114 in North Andover yesterday to get breakfast. There were no other customers there when I went up the the inside ordering window to order. Two employees were in the kitchen talking. They looked over to me then continued talking. Another employee with the communication headphones on was in the back near the sink. She wasn't talking to anyone when she turned around and saw me waiting. She didn't acknowledge me and turned back around so that her back was to me. I waited a few minutes more to see if she would take my order and when it became obvious that she was not going to take my order, I left. I worked in retail for 8 years and this has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. These employees don't want to work and they are collecting a paycheck for deliberately refusing to work. They are stealing from the owner of the restaurant. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers only ketchup, the mix of fries and onion rings, and a coke. They only got the coke right. How do adults manage a 40 hour week like this? I got one cheeseburger with everything except ketchup. And then just onion rings. Horrible service at this place they don't listen just try to rush your order out. Wow. Stopped for a quick lunch today and ordered a burger, small fries and a small strawberry shake. $9,68 !! What the heck? The burger was ok, the fries were tasteless , I couldn't even finish them. And I had to go inside to get a straw for my shake! I should have gone to Panera, at least I would have had a decent meal or my 10 bucks. This place is off my list! read more

Okay.... So it's fast food. You know what you're getting - the sandwiches are over-salted and very peppery. The meat is really low quality. The drinks always taste a bit like cleaner from the soda fountain and the smoothies are too sweet to be made of real fruit. This place actually gets 2 stars for the food though because they make it fast and accurately. There are no slopped-on condiments, no lopsided cheese, no wayward onions. All the sandwiches are made well, the cups have locking lids, and the place is generally clean. What sucks about this place is the employees, especially the women. They're always gossiping, even while dealing with customers, taking orders, serving food.... They never stop talking trash about people. Whether it's previous customers or fellow coworkers, they never shut up. It's so unprofessional. I know this is a fast food joint, but these girls are too old to be in high school or college anymore, unless they're taking night classes. They just have no customer service skills. So come for the blah food. But avoid the snippy, trashy employees. read more

The service is okay but the people are really friendly. I am a huge fan of the BK Mocha Joe. The food for what it is is a bit expensive but still quicker than paying the same price at a higher end take out restaurant. The food was okay and as always there was a large crowd here. This is a very accessible fast food restaraunt to both RT 495 & Rt 114 making it always busy. In the past we have gone through the drive thru and it can be longer than the sit down area. It's convenient but not the best food and the people being so nice is what warrants this second star. read more

I'll start off by saying that 95% of the time i receive poor customer service from all fast food locations but today was different. The cashier Sianni provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a burger king in my whole life. She acknowledged my children, took our order with a smile, she was patient, polite and courteous. She got everything in our order correct and over all created a positive/happy atmosphere for me and my family. She is truly an asset to this location and an employee with such a positive attitude is rare. I'd make sure to keep her around. read more

# 1 I can't believe I went here, # 2 I can't believe I writing a review (but it needs to be done) Burger King is the bottom feeder of what I consider the big three fast food joints. (I don't like fast food). This N. Andover location as been polluting the air here for quite some time. I'm not sure why there have not been any other reviews. This location likely survives because it is just off of rt 495 on busy Rt 114. The overall area would be much improved without this restaurant as there is not enough parking for the better business's in the small strip mall. As for the food. Its just plain terrible. Reheated burgers, (is that real cheese or cheese whiz? weird fries & flat soda. Tired, run down & dirty. BK do the right thing & tear it down. In this case we do need more parking lots. read more

Anyone remember those "Where's the Beef?" commercials from the 1980's? Well, you'll be asking the same thing if you order from here. We got a Bacon Double Cheeseburger meal, and for almost $7 we got this horrible mess of an excuse for a sandwich. Got out the food scale, and yep, the total weight was 2.5 ounces and that included the cheese! When the kids are saying "let's just be done with Burger King" you know it's bad. We spent $30 here for lunch and we're all still hungry. I remember the days when ordering a meal at Burger King didn't leave you feeling like you just ordered a snack off the dollar value menu. read more
