They totally ignored what should have been there and when I asked for. When I bit into something in the burger... I swallowed most.. manage to keep a piece of a piece of plastic that looked like a hair decoration. I have called Burger King over 16 times and tried Instacart who delivered it. My hubby is playing some game where he gets points for eating at Burger King. OK, I can eat at Burger King. I do like their fries better than any other fast food place! I usually like a Whopper too. So, we ate here going heading into Seattle for some work, and then once again leaving Seattle, a couple of days later. North Bend is rather convenient, a quick on and off the freeway. The first time going in, my whopper was a little dry (this was at 11 a.m.), but on the way back at about 2 p.m., my whopper was PERFECT. Fries: good and warm. Service was good. We gave the order three time because HE couldn't understand and when we asked to make sure an allergy item wasn't included he went off on us. Should have looked at reviews prior to selecting where to eat. First off they did not have any AC. Would not recommend going when it's 94° outside. Choose McDonald's across the street. We stopped in for a quick bite to eat on the way to Cle Elum. We got two whopper juniors, some fries and my daughter got a chicken nugget kids meal. The chicken nuggets were so weird and soggy. Reminds me of some bad cafeteria chicken nuggets. The best part of the meal was probably the fries because they tasted fresh. February 23, 2025 I stopped at the Burger King in North Bend, WA after a hike. I ordered a whopper meal. I had only eaten toast from home that morning. A few hours after eating the whopper I began to have sharp stomach cramps that developed into nausea. I had to miss work today because I had been up all night in pain, and vomiting. I have continued to try this Burger king in NB time and time again. Each time it has completely disappointed me. Tonight was no difference. I ordered a double Whopper (not meal) with cheese and 2-8pc nuggets. Total was $13.27. I thought that was way too expensive being that the nuggets totaled $3.98. Never again. The lobby was closed at dinner time, and there was actually a guy walking through the drive thru. Ha! What is the deal with the prices at this location? Our fault for not scrutinizing the menu board. We pulled up and ordered. Our order did not appear on the screen but the guy said to move forward to the second window. After waiting for two cars in front of us the gave gave me the total and I was incredulous. When I questioned it, he got defensive. I mentioned that was a ridiculous total and another guy came to the window where they both raised their voices at me and said I could take it or leave it. I said it was robbery but that I was there, we were on the road, and just wanted to keep going. I paid and we left. Burgers were lukewarm, soda was all ice, but I will say the fries were good. We we're driving a vehicle that was to tall for the drive through. When we saw the lobby was closed, the manager opened it up for us so we can eat it there in there as a family. He did not have to. I wish there was a negative category because this particular BK deserves less than one star. I should have checked the yelp reviews before ordering. Pulled off I-90 to grab something to eat and get back on the road --- as I'm sure many customers do. Ordered the new chicken sandwich combo which looked good on the menu board (never trust a photo). My first indicator that something was wrong was when the employee at the window took my card, pushed the grease stained bag into my hands and then disappeared without giving me a receipt. Don't know where he went but he never came back. So I got back on the road. reached into the bag to find something that sort of resembled a chicken sandwich --- but was burnt to a crisp. It was literally a piece of fried (burnt) chicken between two buns NOTHING else. no sauce, no pickle, nothing. By this time I'm already 10 miles down the road so I call the store. Hello, may I speak to the manager please? F--- you. and they hang up. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BK. there's an MCD across the street and a Taco Time next door. Even the gas/station convenience store hot dogs would have been better than what I received. UPDATE. Finally got the district manager on the phone to voice my complaint. She tell me that they're understaffed and only had two people working ---- Im sorry businesses can't find employees these days, but its not an excuse, especially where food is concerned. I said to her, if you can't staff the business so that customers get proper service then you need to close the doors until you can. the response was, "corporate wouldn't let us do that." Quite possibly the saddest fast food restaurant I've been in. Every single table in here right now is filthy. The drink machine doesn't work. The workers are explaining to eachothers how they only got x breaks today and how they've all been offered other jobs. I even heard a worker talking about killing themselves. This place is dirty, the drive through menus are busted, paper signs that have "no exceptions" written all over them, overgrown trees that hit vehicles in the drive through, and broken down cars with busted windows in the parking lot that haven't moved for months. read more

9/10 times I visit this location it takes FOREVER to get my food. Does not matter if you go in or if you drive through. On top of that, I've had several incidents where I'm missing things from my drive through order including ordered food or straws and napkins. The food itself has always been the typical BK, so I bump it up a star. I think everyone knows what that tastes like. Inside is getting older. Definitely not a newly remodeled one or anything.
