Worst customer service from the drive thru, we placed our order on April 24 216 at 3:20pm T=12L I= 3 C=299 our order consisted of plain hot dogs and we got the hotdogs it had ketchup, mustard and relish. I quickly told the young man that I wanted a plain hotdog without anything on it and very angry he took them from my hand and didn't say anything, after a few minutes later he gave us plain hot dogs, and Then I ask him if I can also get ketchup. He got the ketchup and threw it inside my bag and then gave it to me. He had a very bad attitude. Bad customer service, I will never come to this location again. read more

good grief.. I don't even know why I'm bothering.. It's a fast food joint..but I was starving, had to pee and the McDonald's parking lot was full.. it should average around a 2 or 3.5 .. First, I ordered a cheeseburger fries and a drink, which they ended up billing me 10 bucks for.. That seemed a bit excessive.. Second, it took like 15 minutes to get my order, which they managed to mess up in spite of the pretty buttons... how do you mess up a cheeseburger and fries? Third, the soda machine was one of the Coke fancy things with all the buttons, a number of which were 'greyed' out.. including the water.. how do you run out of water??!!? All in all the area of North Bend is fast food hell anyway.. mcdonalds, starbucks, taco time, the rare and delightful Arby's, are all within 50 yards.. We have lived in NB for 14 years. Off and on we give this location another try. So much about the Chaking chicken sand.. give it another try. The fries were hot and great. I used the mobile app because I thought it would make ordering and picking up the order faster and easier. While it was easy to place and pay for the order using the app, it did not make picking up the order quick or easy. I was instructed to go through the drive thru and let them know I had a mobile order. When I arrived, there were 4 cars ahead of me. I waited about 15 minutes just to get to the ordering speaker to let them know my mobile order number. It was another 10 minutes to get to the window where I waited an additional 5 minutes for my order. To make matters worse, when I got home I noticed they hadn't given me any dipping sauce and had forgotten the free whopper I was supposed to get with my order by using the app for the first time. It was a free sandwich, so I can't be too upset about it, but it was still disappointing considering how much I had spent waiting for my order. The food itself was decent, the fries were fresh. I don't like Burger King as a general rule but when McDonald's jilts ya one too many times and the line at McDonald's is out through the parking lot and there's nooo line at Burger King...I'm in. I usually am pleased by the nice boys at drive thru and it doesn't seem to take too long. And I'm usually less angry with the outcome than I am across the street. The A1 bacon burger is tastey and the mocha freeze thing is delicious. The fries are never great...but I don't like fastfood fries anywhere. Though today i was considering eating them if I could get some BBQ sauce....well I got one if those lidded 1&1/2 oz tubs thinking NICE, that works, only to be wishing I'd gotten the pre packaged foil covered white box. I was at the North Bend WA Burger King at 7:30pm. Worst experience of my life. I was there and an old man working there in his 50's was being extremely and unnecessarily rude to a customer due to a language barrier. He was screaming at the man and I stepped in to translate and help the customer when this old man the employee (obviously under the influence of drugs) was being so rude and aggressive. He got frustrated at the language barrier and threw the customers food away. I helped translate and told him the customer did want the order even though it was wrong and he responded back "too bad I already threw it in the garbage." What kind of customer service is this? This was descrimination. No one should be humiliated due to a language barrier or racist ignorant employees. I left so mad due to the treatment of this customer. None of the employees stepped in to help it try to calm down the employee. He was causing a scene making everybody feel uncomfortable as he was screaming. read more

We went here the other night and never again!! The woman at the drive thru window was rude and to top it off our order was completely wrong!! I ordered a whopper Jr. Meal with no cheese, no tomatoes. Well they put cheese and extra tomatoes and nothing else; my onion rings were not cooked through because when I bit into it, it was still cold. The plus is that they mixed my onion rings with some fries and I ate some of those instead! TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE! My boyfriend and I ordered some food from Burger King's app. My boyfriend walked up to the door to pick up the order. He is a truck driver and obviously can't drive a big semi truck through the drive thru. The lady working there on 2/18/21 at approximately 10:20 pm opened the door and told my boyfriend to WALK through the drive thru even though the situation had already been explained. In top of that it was snowing out and roads were icy. She proceeded to YELL at him and tell him she was the only person there and would not bring him the food he has ordered. He then calmly asked for her name and she lost it. She continued yelling and shut the door in his face while he was talking to her. He then walked over to McDonald's where he proceeded to place his order online. He was immediately greeted by an employee and when he asked if they would bring his order to the door they had no problem doing so. Usually stopping here is like getting teeth pulled, I usually stop by NB during the lunch rush after an early morning hike up mason or mt. Wash to snag gas and a ritualistic order of fries, the staff always seems agitated it's busy and many times my order has been screwed up . I just stopped by here for a quick bite right before the dinner rush and when I say rush I mean a massive onslaught of 15-20 people at once and had a great experience thanks to the assistant manager Genaro :) "Oh lots of people, that's good that's great, business is good" what a great attitude. Oh boy - where to start....So we stopped through for a "fast" burger and a pit stop. When I came inside, there was a line of 5-6 people - which I figured couldn't take too long.....wrong! While the young guy working appeared to be relatively new (and it's never fun to be new), he had to flag down the manager a few times to help with orders. The manager was pretty busy and obviously flustered.... After about 10 minutes, I got up to order. I ordered a couple fish sandwiches and a chicken burger to go. I hit the bathroom - which was out of paper towels. I mistakenly assumed that things had to go up from here. Nope.....10 minutes after ordering, people after me were getting there food. I was told my food was coming. After another 10 minutes, it was pretty obvious they forgot about my order. I flagged the guys down and it was confirmed - burgers were ready, but they forgot! So, after about 35 minutes - we were able to take off from the "fast food" restaurant. They didn't throw in any napkins, but at least they got my order right! Food was standard, as expected, but the whole experience as pretty bad! I won't be coming back to this burger king any time soon....and I suggest you look elsewhere for your "fast" food - this place takes forever! read more

This is the most disgusting and dirty "restaurant" I have been to in my life. Ketchup, straw wrappers, garbage and dirty cups littered the condiment station. There wasn't a clean table to be found in the house. The floor hadn't been swept in hours and the bathroom.......I can't even go there. Garbage cans were full and the floor was sticky. This place is an absolute joke! I have tried this place a few times, hoping that the experience would be better than the previous. The wait times at the drive-thru can be 10 minutes plus. Last time I actually back out of the drive thru when I hit 12 minutes of waiting in the same spot. If you do make it far enough forward to order, they will tell you they are out of at least one item that you want. Minutes later you finally get to the window and have a nice view of all of the trash on the floor behind the counter. How can Burger King corporate not have visibility of how poorly managed this place is? All they would have to do is look at all of the Yelp reviews to get an idea that they need to replace management at this location. read more

Let me start with after we placed or order the cashier was putting trays together with food touching the food after handling money. In the drive thru the manager was handling money and touching the food too, last I checked you can make someone very sick!!! It was a bit busy I ordered a double cheese burger which was cold, and a strawberry banana smoothie which tasted like water and strawberry juice. You would think being busy the food would at least be warm. I won't go there or to any other Burger Kings again. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. Save your money and maybe go next door to Taco Time. All of the food was cold and the staff did not seem concerned about the customers.
