Every table was dirty and most had trays with old food on them

One of the grossest ones i have ever been too. Workers are just hanging out not doing anything. I have been here for 30+ mins and there was only 2 other people. I can understand if there a rush a few mins ago but nope.

When I was a poor college student, Arby's was my fav fast food chain because they have nice $1 for any snack coupon like fried mozzarella stick, curly fry, potato wedge...delicious and cheap. Also because the beef in their sandwich is real beef, not patties made from bits and ends. Now I'm not a poor student anymore, but Arby's is still one of my most fav chain restaurants. I love that from time to time it has something new on the menu. Like the chicken salad sandwich a few years ago, which was yummy and healthy. Too bad Arby's discontinued it. Last weekend I tried their new smoke house special at the North Bend branch. Surprisingly delicious. The smoked brisket was really moisten and tender, which was great with the barbecue sauce. The spicy version got a nice kick in it with all the chopped up jalapeno. A really nice addition to the menu. If you haven't tried it, you got to taste it. However, the management and service there at the North Bend store was not great. The cashier there was friendly for sure. But with fully staffed, and not even a long line, the food comes up insanely slow. There are at least three people at back very busy assembling sandwiches, so busy that the manager had to ask someone else to grab the fries. However, they seems always putting in the wrong sequence so it's hard for the manager to fulfill the customer order. It took me more than 15 mins to get my food after ordering. And because of the rush hands at the back, my sandwich was poorly assembled. The brisket almost fell out of the sandwich. And to be worse, the jalapeno was very unevenly spread inside the food. A few bites into the center and I almost felt nothing, then one more bite my mouth was on fire with a pile of pepper chunks. Good food idea but poorly managed and executed. I have to give them only a three star for this one.

Just make fajitas if you don't have time Chef. Appetizers we had the Chicken wings with Franks Hot Sauce and Chunky Blue Cheese. The Baked Goat cheese was great , Delicious! The Burgers were made well and fries big wide cut, fried to a crispy perfection. My husband ordered Milk n Cookies, 2 huge cookies made well. They offer clean cuts, good variety, and staff who actually know where the meat comes from and how it was raised. Their salads and sandwiches are an easy go-to, and on weekends the smash burgers are worth planning around. Simple, well-seasoned, cooked right. No gimmicks. I'll usually grab a burger here and then walk next door for a beer at Volition Brewing, which makes for a pretty great low-effort lunch or dinner. They stock a ton of other things as well, worth stopping in when you're in town to see what they have. This place works because it's consistent. The chicken had a fantastic mesquite seasoning, paired perfectly with a pickled jalapeño aioli that added just the right balance of heat and tang. The bun was fresh and held everything together without getting soggy, which made the whole sandwich even better. I went with the mac and cheese bowl, and it was pure comfort food done right. The rich, creamy cheese sauce over large shell noodles was excellent on its own, but adding brisket took it to another level. The cornbread crumbles and potato chips added great texture, and a drizzle of Buckshot Honey BBQ sauce tied everything together. Every bite was loaded with flavor. What really stood out was the owner working behind the bar. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaged with guests, constantly checking in and making conversation. You can tell he takes real pride in his restaurant, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend Buckshot Honey. We're already looking forward to coming back and working our way through the rest of the menu. And hopefully that chicken sandwich special makes its way onto the regular menu soon.

The coolest thing about this spot seems to be their rotating specials year round! The lucky charms cold foam my book bestie described from their last year's St. Patrick's day menu sounded drool-worthy. I was super excited to try their Valentine's day offerings. The woman at the counter who took my order was so sweet. She helped me put together the perfect custom drink for me: a 16 oz oat milk dark chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup and raspberry cold foam on top! It was delicious, I loved how fluffy and sweet the cold foam was and the dark chocolate in the mocha was delectably rich. I was also super excited about their diverse pastry selection! I've never seen a raspberry cornetto before and I was super excited to order it. I loved that it was literally like having a croissant with jam which is one of my fave breakfasts! One of my pet peeves is when croissants are too flaky and hard to tear apart with your fingers, but this one was super easy to tear apart and eat, though it still was fairly messy. The cosy atmosphere made it easy for me and my book bestie to spend hours chatting over our drinks. I love the huge windows that allow for so much natural light an incredible view of Mount Sci. I'd definitely love to come back with my watercolours and paint it. Since this is my book bestie's fave coffee shop spot, I'm sure we'll be back here soon! There is a huge amount of indoor and outdoor seating; it was a place where you could both be there to read/study or to catch up with friends.
