Just stopped for a Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich at the drive through window in North Bend. Defiantly they got DA BEEF! The double roast beef sandwich does the trick. Its mound of moist flesh on a sesame seed bun keeps me full all day long. Plus they offer Dr Pepper so I could wash it all down with... As for drive through line, it went smooth and I didn't have to yell or repeat my order. They got it correct to my satisfaction. Anyways if you're an Arby's fan boy or girl you'll be happy. Are you expecting a five star dine in restaurant or something? I ordered the Arby's sandwich meal and it came out as I expected. The season curly fries met my expectations and the sandwich filled me up as it should have. The staff were kind enough to give me a few extra packets of Arby's sauce as I asked. Rarely do I give a 1- or 2-star review but ... After waiting for our order maybe 10 minutes, the kid called our name. We'd ordered a beef thing and a jamocha shake. He made an orange creme one. We told him and he said he didn't know the difference. Opening the bag, the contents were not what we ordered for that either. This place needs some help - desperately!! 20 mins for a roast beef sandwich, come on. Everybody seemed to be on the job for the first day, manager was around to answer a few of the cashier kid's question but then vanished. Then they ran out of roast beef. Say what?? Arby's running out of roast beef? That's like 45 running out of BS - unheard of! Anyway, after 20 mins they finally finished the sandwich and just handed it to me. No bag, no napkins, no sauce. The dining room has that nice early 90s decor and is clean but there are lots of well-fed flies buzzing around, hmmm... not good. I'm sure with the right supervision this place could be an above average location but avoid for now until management gets it together. read more

The worst Arby's I have ever been to. This was around 11am, they open at 10am, so not sure if I was actually the first customer or not. I went inside and couldn't believe how dirty it was!! Food still all over the floor, chairs just sitting in random spots not even by a table. There was even a vacuum attachment just left in the dining area out in the open. Which is funny because I don't see any signs I of anything being vacuumed. I barely touched my food at all. Just sitting there made grossed out. The roast beef was even a weird color to me. Save your time and skip it. Seemed overstaffed even but no one was on the same page. Yelling at each other and complaining about an order they screwed up while the rest of us wait for our orders. Took about 30 minutes for a kids meal and two sandwiches. (The slider in the kids meal was slightly bigger than an Oreo). The "cooks" in the back seemed to be making stuff they didn't need and the genius who refilled the paper towels in the bathroom somehow screwed that up because they wouldn't come out anyway. I don't even know what was happening here. The dining room is closed unnecessarily. At least 4 children were running around the parking lot. I could tell if they were an employee's children or possible from one of the other cars in the drive through. It took us over 15 minutes to place the order and I've been waiting another 10 to pay and get food. I'm not even confident we'll get it before I just give up. I would give this place a four star rating for sure if I only knew that they would stay open for more than four hours a day. every time I've stopped by there in the last couple of months it was after 3 PM and I thought oh I need this for dinner, but then I pull into the parking lot and see the signs on the door and on the speaker word says that they closed at 3 PM or earlier sometimes. I frankly don't know why it's even still there if they don't think they can survive past 3 PM every day somebody's doing something wrong. maybe sell the franchise and give it to somebody who wants to really make it into something. might be a good idea to do that, because without reliable service that you know it's going to be there when you're hungry there's no real point to it. read more

Drive thru review. The poor reviews made me hesitant to try this particular store but the next closest Arby's is quite a ways away. The wait was a little long for only 2 cars being in front of me but who knows what they ordered. My roast beef sandwich and fries were as good as any other Arby's I've been to and that's really all I was looking for. When I was a poor college student, Arby's was my fav fast food chain because they have nice $1 for any snack coupon like fried mozzarella stick, curly fry, potato wedge...delicious and cheap. Also because the beef in their sandwich is real beef, not patties made from bits and ends. Now I'm not a poor student anymore, but Arby's is still one of my most fav chain restaurants. I love that from time to time it has something new on the menu. Like the chicken salad sandwich a few years ago, which was yummy and healthy. Too bad Arby's discontinued it. Last weekend I tried their new smoke house special at the North Bend branch. Surprisingly delicious. The smoked brisket was really moisten and tender, which was great with the barbecue sauce. The spicy version got a nice kick in it with all the chopped up jalapeno. A really nice addition to the menu. If you haven't tried it, you got to taste it. However, the management and service there at the North Bend store was not great. The cashier there was friendly for sure. But with fully staffed, and not even a long line, the food comes up insanely slow. There are at least three people at back very busy assembling sandwiches, so busy that the manager had to ask someone else to grab the fries. However, they seems always putting in the wrong sequence so it's hard for the manager to fulfill the customer order. It took me more than 15 mins to get my food after ordering. And because of the rush hands at the back, my sandwich was poorly assembled. The brisket almost fell out of the sandwich. And to be worse, the jalapeno was very unevenly spread inside the food. A few bites into the center and I almost felt nothing, then one more bite my mouth was on fire with a pile of pepper chunks. Good food idea but poorly managed and executed. The guy working the drive thru paid attention, heard me correctly, and got my order right. He was bored out of his mind and didn't want to be at work, but that's understandable. We waited in the drive through for probably 35 min.. then the guy had to ask us what our order was, and re do everything..: Well apparently he had ran MY card for the wrong order... $50 bucks.. told me it should reverse and go back into my account later that eve... 1. Drive thru: The Arby's employee took my Visa card (upon paying) and left the window for about a minute... where is she going with my card? I ask myself. Came back and then charged my order. She's not new, she knew what she was doing. Making an imprint... great. Now I have to check my account every 5 minutes to make sure someone from Arby's isn't charging on my card. My CC should NEVER leave the customer's sight. 2. I have never been around a group (or should I say manager) as unprofessional as this group. Everyone behind the counter was screaming, yelling, singing.. and loudly. Had to record it on my phone. I think the manager thought he was on stage at a local theater performance of "Fast Food Follies"... and a bad performance at that! 3 families in the dining room ate and left before the staff could start up the next act. During the Covid 19 crisis an elderly couple drove up to the location where they could order dinner. The elderly gentleman asked if the employees were required to wear masks. He was concerned for his and his wife's safety. The male employee ignored the question and asked what he wanted to order. The older gentleman again asked if the employees all wore masks. Just had one of my worst fast food experiences in my life. It took over twenty minutes to get my food and then it was cold when it finally came. They were short staffed by at least two people, the best I could tell. The woman who took our order had a sticker that said "special" on her name tag. Now I understand why. She was clueless! Absolutely the worst Arby's (or any fast food place) ever experienced. 1. Filthy- EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. Worker with zero interest in cleaning 2. Bathroom was gross 3. Nice location near the freeway, I-90. Clean facilities. Moderately busy. Am here for the seasonal fish sandwiches which I think are the best especially at 2/$5. It'll go away at the end of the month and come back in the winter for some reason. Today I had the two fish sandwiches, a small curly fries (nicely done but it was mostly tiny pieces), and a glass of water. Bill was around $7. McDonald's is trying to go more upscale so prices are higher and the dollar menu's philosophy must be if it's $1.99 or less it's a dollar item. They have their place as does Burger King which I favor over McD because there is lettuce and tomato in many of their sammies. I still go to both for various reasons. read more
