The management and owners are RUDE RUDE RUDE! My wife and other various families we know have experienced this rudeness first hand. I have witnessed a woman manager (perhaps indian descent) treating her employees like rubbish and another man ( perhaps indian descent) chastising me for being friendly with his window worker "Teri" and window worker "Julie". And i dont mean in a intimate way but just a "good morning" & "how are you doing" way. Stopped by this 'wonderful' location for the 9th time in two weeks to get my very sick grandmother a fish sandwich. If there was an option for a zero rating, I would have selected that! This location is horrible. Out of my last 6 drive up window orders at the North Bend WA location, only one order was complete when I got home. This order was complete as there is one employee who has been there for years, Leone, who is very professional and passionate about her job and customers. The following five orders were missing items such as all the orders of fries for the meals ordered, one of the breakfast burritos, beverage for the meal, etc. Notified in person on the first order gone wrong to the manager on shift. Spoke with manager of importance to trust the full order is provided since you drive away. The next incomplete order I tried to call repeatedly for the missing fries to no avail. Contacted headquarters and amazing how quickly the local owner replied. Phone had not been working for a substantial amount of time. Management replaced the meal and apologized. Expressed she would work with the team to ensure accuracy on orders. Tried again this weekend, missing one of the breakfast items ordered. Called and phone did work as it was answered the 3rd time I tried to report the issue. Manager answered and said she would talk to her team about being more careful of completing order. Explained was not my first issue. Insincerely apologized and repeated she would talk to her team about being more accurate. Sad since McDonald's is an iconic restaurant. This location needs to be visited by corporate to get a refresh of basis requirements or closed if the owners cannot/will not get these issues fixed. McD is always a stop when in North Bend to quench my thirst. Those $1 large cokes are perfect to satisfy your needs before you cross the mountain pass. I'm not sure why the hate from fellow Yelpers for this location but hell they have a double drive through line, fresh cooked burgers & fries and yes COKE. Plus if you use the McD app you can grab other items for a deal. The North Bend McDonalds is a quality place for a dining experience. At least that's how I feel when I stop in. read more

This place was conveniently located near a gas station I recently patronized. I used the phone app and was given a code used for the drive-through. Once there, the process was super quick and accurate. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Parking was convenient to eat my meal in the parking lot. read more

Probably visited this McDonalds a couple of times whenever we're around the area for a quick bite. But it never is an easy drive-thru experience since the line had always been long. That is the stressful part, especially on the weekend when there are lots of people inside the restaurant as well as in line waiting at the drive-thru. Ordering was a breeze, but getting the food took some time. Then getting out of the parking lot can be a hassle as well. read more

Unusual for me to leave a negative review, but this is a last a straw thing. Such a typical experience that it transcends comical. You walk in, dirty. You mill around with other folks hoping they can talk to a human, nope. You have to touch a screen that hasn't been disinfected in quite some time. You have to struggle thru multiple screens to find what you want, they don't have it. You look around and realize that there is only half the staffing, they are all over paid, and the reason the McDonald's experience sucks is because they have abandoned the model that built the brand - young kids moving fast and making mistakes, but that's OK cause the food is cheap and hot, and there are 50 of them back there. Now there are few workers, they make the same mistakes, but because they are paid so much the food prices are ridiculous and you can't talk to anyone to correct the inevitable mistakes. If the customer only talks to a machine, it isn't customer service. Over paid entry level workers who think they are special because they make so much money, are still entry level, just with attitude. With out a human, you're just a machine, a tool, a resource. And here's the thing, as a tool user, when they become defective, I throw it away and get a.new one. You no longer fit in my tool box. Literally every other fast food burger place does a better job. This is my local McDonalds. As the parent of two kids under five, the Golden Arches make a more regular appearance in my life than I'd necessarily prefer, but when chicken nuggets buy domestic tranquility, you do what you have to do. Unfortunately, North Bend is home to the worst McDonalds on planet earth. Ask any local what they think of this location, but only if you have 20 minutes and there are no children within earshot. Slow service, crappy product, rude, drug-addled, slack-jawed and/or gross staff, the list goes on and on (and on). Simply put, it's where dreams go to die. Today's outrage: It was a three event day for our four year old. Gymnastics, soccer, and a birthday party. By the time we left the party it was 7:00pm and we had a wet, dirty, hungry toddler who was closing in on bedtime. In other words, exactly the kind of scenario where we say "to hell with the organic carrots, let's hit the easy button and get a brown sack of cheap calories." North Bend is a "travel" location in the lingo of the fast food trade--it's highway-adjacent businesses are particularly busy on weekends. Ski area traffic, campers, road trippers, North Bend is in the ideal location for anyone heading over Snoqualmie Pass who finds themselves in need of a gas and grease top-up. With this in mind we placed a mobile order. We pulled into a numbered slot, clicked the "we're here" button in the app and settled in for a wait (been here, done that). 10 minutes passed. 20. 30. There is a window of time a toddler will wait patiently for a chicken nugget, and 30 minutes is at least 25 minutes past the green zone. Desperate, I contemplated going in, but watched several fellow woeful patrons approach the door only to find it locked (another favorite trick of this location is locking the doors anytime they sense they may be pissing people off, which is to say, always). So we waited. It could have been that the kids were watching the second Ice Age movie in the backseat, but I swear I've seen glaciers move faster than the service was moving tonight. When at long last, a harried employee emerged from the restaurant with our little bag of crappy food, she breathlessly explained they were short staffed. I asked, "how short", and was informed there were a total of three employees working in the restaurant. Three. THREE. At dinner time. On a Saturday. In the summer. At the last exit on the Seattle side of I-90 with any services for 50 miles. Incompetence, plain and simple. The couple who own this McDonalds own a raft of Golden Arches locations. This one in particular should be a mint for them. Unfortunately they have literal morons running this place. If I was them I'd be considering burning the place down for the insurance money. But if they don't have the stomach for that here's an alternate idea: Sack every single employee and start over. read more

Over the past 1-2 years, the lobby is NEVER open...the drive-thru is always down to one lane and it takes 30+ min to get thru the Drive -thru.
