I went to Burger King for a honey mustard snack wrap and a small onion ring it came to 6.62 . The guy at the window was very rude never acknowledged me faced the other way as he handed me my food . Handed me my card and was sh card and went to shut the window as I was asking for my receipt. I drove away the onion rings were fine hot ., but the wrap I went to bite into it and couldn't the chicken was not battered and so tough I couldn't break it off with my fingers . I opened the wrap to find a piece of of fried skin and another small hard piece of. It was absolutely disgusting. I've had them several times in the past with no issues . It was totally unedibl . I will definitely not be back there . Fast food or not take pride in your product and be nice the price of fast food is not cheap anymore. The only reason I gave 3 stars was that it smelled weird inside the restaurant. Also because they didn't have any frozen coke and that really disappointed me Anyways, service was speedy and the staff was friendly. Can't really ask for much else from fast food restaurants lol read more

In the process of trying to contact there customer support line / corporate office.. seems impossible numbers provided by Google. Do not work. I will continue to try via phone/ email / mesg. board whatever i have to do Because I'm so upset and this location is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ... these fast food workers gave me such an attitude at this location 159 washington ave. (10/8/24) @ 1:12 pm ... i ordered 2 sandwiches only that's it!! SIMPLY asked for condiments on the side ( didn't plan on eating it right away) .. once i got to the window i was greeted with a attitude the little women demanding "THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU CAN ORDER LIKE THIS". meaning I CaN NOT customize my order ... i asked and why is that ??? she replied Because they are to busy ?? WHAT??? Really? what happened to have it your way, what happened to standard costumer service?? of course you're busy you're at work, it's literally your job... These fast food workers are getting so entitled they THINK they can tell you how to order.. it's not like a complicated request, put the stuff on the side instead of on the sandwich.. how hard is that ??? then again i guess where not dealing with the brightest of all folks when visiting burger king ... .... {EDIT} 10/12/24 ...... customer service reached out to me. Went here on 9/2/17 about 3pm and the girl working the counter was the most sarcastic, unpleasant person ever. Yes, she was rude to me, but equally rude and sarcastic to the elderly people before and after me. I'm not sure what her deal was, but you do not speak to people like this. Her overall general attitude, I'm sure is not something that is representative of the all the employees there, but someone with this 'tude should not be working the counter where they have to interact with people. I'm not sure what her problem was and frankly, don't care. We all have bad days. I get it. But when you are working in customer service and are at the "front line" of customer service, you don't have a right to pass along your bad attitude to others. Shame on the management (who was walking around and assembling orders) to actually allow this person to continue to be there. If you don't like your job, or what you're doing... quit. Unfortunately, the store # wasn't printed on the receipt, so I couldn't use their website with my survey to share with the corporate offices. I'll be sure to follow up with them via email. I'm sorry, but this girl was just simply too much to overlook. You just don't talk to people this way and I have a soft spot for the elderly as well. I stopped here today on my way back to work and got my lunch. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and honey mustard on the side as well as a small sprite. Very grateful that they gave me some honey mustard in a container on the side , which was fine. There was nothing wrong with it whatsoever. I'm happy that they had a healthy choice for me. read more

At the North Haven Burger King I ordered at the drive thru using a coupon code number and I was given someone elses order which I did not notice until after I had left. I ended up eating part of what was given to me anyway because I was so hungry but was unable to finish it because the chicken sandwich tasted like it was drenched in salt and the hamburger had so much ketchup on it that it was ridiculous. I don't post for fast food chains, but legit every time I've been here the food has been amazing and hot. I never been a huge fan of Burger King, but their chicking came out and I wanted to try it. Big portions of crispy chicken, the bun remains unsoggy despite the amount of sauce. Fries are crispy and always hot. And something about the soda here is super carbonated which makes it taste better. Someone is doing something right here. Fast service and no complaints. read more

I never eat at Burger King, but decided to swing by the drive through after a nonstop day of errands. I ordered a chicken fry combo, but at the window was handed a whopper. I informed the girl that I had a chicken fry combo, and she got an attitude about having to get a manager to void the wrong order. The manager corrected, and I drove away. It feels absolutely pathetic to review a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT as well as add the establishment on Yelp but WOW was our experience bad. We ordered two whopper jr.'s with cheese, a whopper with cheese, a cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, and 3 small fries. They put FIVE small fries on the screen and the staff clearly didn't know how to operate the computer and took a while to modify the order as well as to put it in in the first place. When we went to the window to pick up our food, we were given a bag with fries and a whopper and were told to have a nice day. GREAT, that's a small tad of our order. We had to knock on the window and tell them we ordered more food. They brought us the whopper jr.'s and once again said "have a nice day." Left. We sat there. They stared at us. FINALLY they brought us the rest of the food. It shouldn't take them that long to realize what the customer ordered and paid for. Look at the order. Collect the food. Give it all to them. It's REALLY not that hard. And for the food itself: -Whopper jr.'s demarcated "with cheese" had NO CHEESE. -bottom bun of whopper looked like someone dropped entire salt and pepper shakers on the bottom. The one star is for the onion rings. They were the only good thing I got. I ordered the Big fish. Big?? No. Over cooked to the point u couldn't identify what little fish was left underneath the rock hard breading. If that wasn't bad enough, the sandwich itself was at least an hour old. It was located right off exit 12 on I-91. Fast and easy. staff was great, food was good! Bathrooms were clean, and they even had an area to charge my phone! So much better than anything else i've tried while traveling through the area. read more

I then went inside to get refund on burger I did not order so I reorder and got another bacon buger I asked why do they keep doing this she laughed said something in spainish or whatever she was speaking to co worker they laughed I told them to speak english that was rude of them gives me back some change that was less amount owed....was never given receipt mmmmmmhhhhhhhhhhh how much is the register NOT GETTING never go back there again. read more
