I ordered the $7 meal deal. At this location it was $8. It consisted of a cheeseburger, small fries, 22 ounce soft drink, and a small sundae. They were nice enough to serve you your sunday if you wanted after you finished your meal, They also after ordering, bring the food to your table. My cheeseburger came out piping hot, and was definitely a step above McDonald's and Burger King. I also thought they had better quality fries, and my hot fudge sundae was delicious. I love dairy queen, but their chicken tenders aren't the same anymore. Maybe it's just me. Also, I am making a review because I love their garlic parmesan chicken tenders. The sauce makes the chicken tenders so much better and it tastes amazing even as a sauce with the fries. It's my favorite thing here and it makes me sad because it's like the only thing I come here for. Now that it's gone, I get ice cream here and no meal. I'm very disappointed because I came here every other day to get some and I recently came and they are gone. read more

The manger is absolutely disrespectful. I did not receive my door dash order and instead of discussing how I can get my missing items that I paid for she exploded and told me that I was incorrect because she did it herself. Therefore implying I was lying despite only having 3/4 items and calling right away. Disgusting customer service. Thankfully the dasher went back to the store since I showed him 3/4 items and magically he came back with my missing item. Stopped in last night for the first time for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was inside. I had the iron grilled classic club sandwich with a side salad substituted for the fries. My bf had the grilled chicken salad. I also got a mini pumpkin pie blizzard. The service was super quick and I had the option of getting the blizzard made after we ate (so that it didn't just sit there during our meal) Totally will be back. read more

I come here all the time, my family loves this location. usually everyone is super hard working and kind. the last few times I've come I noticed the same worker not doing anything or just wandering the dinning area. he walked right past me away from the front register without even taking my order or at least greeting me. i finally was able to see what his name was, Nick. it seems that he does not ever work as hard as everyone else and does not want to be there. Stopped here a couple times for their Blizzards. The workers never seem happy working behind the counter and are usually preoccupied talking amongst themselves, nevertheless I'll always receive my yummy artificial ice cream, with their sub-par service, on time. Other than that, their interior is nicely sized, decorated well, and you may only occasionally have to sit at a sticky table since it seems like no one really cleans them down. read more

Out running errands a week ago, and lunch time rolled up. DQ Grill & Chill was nearby, so I went to the drive up to take my foodie booty home to eat. I bought a crispy chicken "Six Buck Lunch" combo that included French fries, a soft drink and a small "sundae". The "Swiss Mushroom Grillburger" looked intriguing on the menu board, so I purchased one of those as well. I ate the French fries on my short drive home (doesn't everybody)? They were pretty good. Got home, sat at the table and unwrapped the chicken sandwich. It was no more than 1/4" thick under all the breading. It was edible, but not more than that. Now, the Swiss mushroom burger was a different story. It was completely inedible. It was the worst burger in memory. It had an indescribably awful taste. Understand that I'm a fat guy, not fussy, was hungry, and I hate tossing food away. I was so disgusted after one taste, I tried to shove it down my garbage disposer. The burger must have been pretty bad, cuz the disposer spit it back out. I couldn't just flush it in the toilet. It would have clogged it up. I had to wrap it and toss it in the trash basket. At least the basket didn't throw it back at me. What they jokingly call a "sundae" was no more than a blob of soft serve DQ ice cream in a covered plastic cup. Not even a squirt of Hershey's chocolate syrup to give it the illusion of being a sundae. It's ice cream. How bad could it be? I ate it. Oh, by the way, for over a week after attempting to shove that excrement called a burger down my garbage disposer, I SWEAR I heard it say, "F**K YOU!" every time I walked past the sink. Stopped here for a couple of quick cheeseburgers while we were on the road. Thought this would be a better option than McDonalds or Wendy's. We ordered a Cheese Grillburger and a Mushroom Swiss Grillburger, both with onion rings. Received our order and drove off. Opened the bag to see that there was one order fries and one order onion rings. Not happy but not a huge deal. We then unwrapped our sandwiches and quickly realized that they had been microwaved in their wrappers. The tops of our buns had stuck to the wrapper and the sandwiches were 'fused' together. The tomato on the cheeseburger was translucent. In short, these burgers may have been the worst we've ever had. When you know a quarter pounder from McDonalds would have tasted far fresher, you know it's bad. We won't be having any more 'grill' from the DQ Grill & Chill!! read more

The food and ice cream were good as expected but the costumer service from the little blonde girl at the window was ridiculous. She gave dirty looks before even opening the window, and treated my family and I very rudely. I asked for some extra sauce, and she aggressively put it in the bag and gave it to me without looking even remotely in my direction. I've had a previous experience with the same employee that was very similar, and I understand fast food isn't easy and these kids are in high school but if you're going to work you should have to put in some form of effort. read more

It is hit or miss when you come here-most of the time it is good. I've only had an issue a once or twice-once I waited in the drive through for my burgers and after 10 minutes of sitting there I told them to just give me my money back. They weren't crowded. The kids that work here need better work ethic or else they need to not hire every teen that needs a job within the vicinity. Sometimes it's hit or miss but most of the time it's a miss. I've been to this location many times with the family. The interior is clean and the staff is friendly, the food is good and the Dairy Queen ice cream is the bonus. Last time I was there, they had five dollar lunch menu. I had the chicken fingers, the wife had the burger and the child had the grilled cheese sandwich. Stopped in tonight with friends for a late night snack. Had to try the monthly blizzard (salted caramel truffle blizzard). I like the size options DQ offers (mini, small, medium and large). We were a large group however the staff delivered our order promptly. This isn't your typical DQ. It's an upscale DQ. Place your order, get comfortable and they serve you at the table. There are lots of food options as well. My friend had the quesadilla and another friend had their mushroom cheeseburger. I accompanied my blizzard with a side of fries. We were pleased to learn that DQ also offers a Gluten Free Ice Cream Cake! Love this place. We will be back. read more

My experience at the grill and chill was good. For a quick meal it was nice. The toast that they give you really complements of the chicken tenders. The service here is good. The people are nice and kind. The seats in the booth are really soft. It's not too noisy. Although the toast was OK could've been a little bit better. The whole setting of the places nice looking. they even sell cake here. The bathrooms are a little small. On the outside with the tables could you some umbrellas. read more

Come here every so often with my daughter as it's location is convenient. The ice cream is always too soft, almost as if they're saving a few bucks on the electric bill by keeping the temp up a few degrees. It's that way all year long too. Also, whether it's sprinkles (shots) , their dip or toppings on other ice cream dishes you get less here than any other DQ I've ever been too. I hate this DQ. Every time I have been there my order was terrible. Last time I ordered a chocolate shake with A LITTLE peanut butter and when i drove away and took a sip i almost threw up- it's almost as if they pumped all the peanut butter into the cup! And they charged me $5 and change which is ridiculous. probably to account for all the peanut butter they wasted. This time i went and ordered a small caramel sundae with peacans. They gave me a kids sized cup with a total of 6 pecans on the ice cream. SIX. I will definitely be saying something next time I come and they screw up or don't even bother while making my sundae (if i even bother going back). This DQ is way over priced and their portions are way smaller than any other DQ in the area . I brought my granddaughter to get a kiddie cone which is 1.25 any where else and I get a small chocolate they wanted 2.35 for the kiddie cone ? I think the small was 20 cents more !! After shopping, hubby & I decided to stop for dessert.We were pleasantly surprised as this wasn't the DQ of our youth (or of any in our immediate area).It was so clean inside and staff was on top of their game.We ordered 2 desserts and while we had to wait a bit, the young woman who was making the ice cream orders was multi tasking and doing a great job.Completing drive thru orders for desserts as well as those for table service.Then we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed our treats.Was so relaxing and quaint.I highly recommend if you're in the area to stop for a bite or just ice cream.You'll enjoy yourself immensely. read more
