I frequent this BK quite often and they are very consistent with order accuracy and also very quick to fulfill orders. The food is on par with what you'd expect from a fast food place but in terms of quality and price it out paces McDs by a long shot. read more

This Burger King was not what I expected for the area, which seemed to be a higher class type town (generally speaking). The order screen was dirty and old, it also was not up to date with Burger King's new deals/menu. I did not see the 4 for $4 anywhere. Their outer appearance once I pulled through the drive thru turned me off by itself. Their service was decent, I don't really have too much to say about that. It wasn't memorable, but decent and the line moved quite quickly so that was a plus. What was a little frustrating was the fact that they had no trash cans outside of the building for those in the drive thru or eating parked in their cars. We were stuck scrambling to make room for the food and drinks we had just gotten. Everything was alright in the food department, however me and my sister both noted that our sodas did not taste like soda at all. They weren't completely unbearable, but definitely did not resemble Sprite. I expected better, hopefully this Burger King can improve in the future. read more

Impossible burger ?? Possible and delicious!! All the flavor of Flame broiled with the deliciousness of The BK and the goodness of the Impossible Brand! We purposely searched for one on our road trip... Stopped in and although it was not a part of the 2 whoppers for $6.. It was indeed $6 on its own, so it's not an inexpensive healthy sandwich but I really enjoyed it especially with BK's signature mayo/ ketchup and onions combo. But what's happened to the sesame seed bun?? Maybe I'm old! I regularly eat the Impossible at another pricier restaurant in DC, so it doesn't look like that $16 meal that I eat there. It's slightly thinner, less texture but I would absolutely order it again if I'm out and about and hungry. I'm all for one more healthy choice at an FF restaurant. I don't ever right reviews but my experience was absolutely unforgivable. I went to Burger King today with my grandmother. As we walked in we over heard a woman asking the man behind the counter calling out orders, to "please have a smile next time". By this I assume there was some problem before we even walked in. I lost my voice the previous day and asked my grandmother to order for me. She ordered extra sauce packets which came on one of the meals (that she had ordered with light mayonnaise). After the lady taking the order seemed confused my grandmother repeated herself in a clear way that was very understandable. This was the least troubling part of the meal. Once we had gotten our food my grandmother approached the counter to ask for the mayonnaise packets again, the lady at the counter looked away from her and dropped the packets on the counter and walked away. This actually caused my grandmother to start crying as she felt that she had done something wrong. After we sat down, I observed a couple walk in. I don't mean to be rude but it was clear that there was some sort of mental disability. The person at the counter who was calling out order numbers for ready food called a number and no one responded. He in a very frustrated and annoyed tone, asked the challenged woman her order number (it's displayed on the receipt in small print). She didn't know the number and he asked what she ordered. After telling him what she ordered, he told her it was hers in a way that made her sound like she was being stupid. I get that everyone has bad days and that's fine, but no one gets to take it out on others. read more

It continues to amaze me that this place remains open. Food is your standard BK menu...the service inside & at drive-thru is pathetic. Getting something the way you ordered it -- is somewhat of a roulette wheel !! The staff always appear annoyed, disengaged and quietly rude. I went on thinking maybe she's having a rough day. got to the window and the gentleman with the General Manager tag gave me attitude at the window for asking for honey mustard, when the lady said to ask at the window when I asked at the drive through. I've been going to this BK for years now, and I'm sad to see that it's going south. I got the 2 for $5, original chicken and whopper. The chicken had WAY too much mayo on, the mayo also tasted different, it was disgusting. I asked for the whopper no onion or pickle, and both were on my burger. The whopper wasn't drowned in mayo, which was a relief. I've just had better experiences with this location. I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

This BK is also always very good when we come in. My dad has a weak stomach when it comes to fast food and BK is the only fast food joint that won't make him sick. So whenever we do our shopping for school, or house, this is where we eat. Bathrooms, tables, floors are always very clean. The staff is all nice, and the food is always piping hot and made right. The manager who used to work here (I haven't seen him in a while, he may have moved to another job) was always nice and remembered us and greeted us every time we came in. This BK has a nice play place for kids, and does Birthday parties too. read more

I took two of my kids here the other day so they could play with in the playscape. I ordered a happy meal for them and a whopper for myself. I had no issues with the food but the customer service was just eh. Not very friendly, not rude, just eh. The play scape area though... wow!!! It was completely disgusting! My one year old started to climb up the platform steps to try to go up and when I went over to get him, I was at eye level with the steps and got a good look. They were so grimy(almost black) that you could tell they haven't been cleaned in awhile. I could only imagine what the inside of the play scape where I couldn't see looked like. The tables and chairs all needed a good cleaning and they weren't even busy. There were barely any people in there and plenty of people working so that excuse is out the window. I went to get a high chair for my son and they were all dirty and grimy. This whole entire place really needs to be scrubbed down good. I left feeling I needed to throw myself and kids in a tub of sanitizer. read more

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with cheese for roughly $4.5 only to find out a few minutes later that i could actually have bought 2 sandwiches for $6. On asking if i could buy another one and get 2 for $6 the person at the counter said he could not give me that deal because the transaction was already over. When i finally got my order they forgot to add the cheese and when i went up to get a slice of cheese they actually threw away my sandwich and made me one with cheese. I HATE throwing away food and would have been happy had i just been handed a slice or two of cheese. They could have easily told me to have my non-cheese sandwich and made me another one but throwing it away right in front of me was rather rude especially that i had asked me about the two for $6 deal a few minutes earlier. I give this place no stars!! I went on June 24,2016 with my 2 year old niece and my 17 year old niece for lunch. We sat in the play area and while sitting at the table eating there was a few bangs above us and my 17 year old niece said there was stuff falling from the ceiling like fuzz and then a minute later was a Big Bang and a round metal cover came crashing down just missing my 2 year old nieces head! As a mother of my own child imagine what my reaction was? I took her out of her seat and moved her. I then opened the door to notify someone of what happened. The manager came in the room and saw the metal ring on the floor. I explained what had happen and that also there was several more bangs right after the incident which the windows were shaking. Omg if that hit her head from that hight would of hurt her real bad. I told the manager this area should of been closed off. All he had said to me was have a good day! WTF!! I stormed out of their with my 2 year old niece and my 17 year old was gathering the food. She came out and told me two ladies asked the manager what was going on and the guy replied "THERE JOB!" Meaning the guys on the roof! Really!! Before all this I used the bathroom with my nieces and I had to change her diaper, do you believe they have no changing table and it's suppose to be a kid friendly place!! Seriously. While I was trying to get a hold of customer service a mom drove beside me and I told her what happened and think god she took my advice and left. I did get a hold of old saybrook building inspector they should have went out there and seen if they have closed play area off. Can anyone say LAW SUIT!!
