The grinders I purchased, were not only vast in size length-wise, but the staff there generously load your grinder with meats and your choice of veggies/condiments. Although the grinders may appear to be pricey (upward $15 or more depending on size) , you DO get what you pay for and the largest grinder they have is relatively large enough to feed at least 2 people (maybe even three). I definitely give this place a thumbs up and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to purchase a grinder! read more

This is being generous. I ordered Jersey mikes for dinner for my son, my husband and myself. The order comes from them and my sons sandwich is missing. He called Jersey Mikes and after about 20 minutes on hold they came back and told him the money has been refunded. He asked if they were sending the sandwich and they replied no we refunded your money and he could pick one up if he wanted. The whole purpose for online ordering is NOT to good out. I love this place but please clean the cutting knife after every sandwich !! I hate mayonnaise. The taste makes me instantly sick. Take the time an extra 3 seconds and clean the cutting knife. Personally I'm a fan of the Jersey mikes franchise but I have to say when it comes to service this location is the absolute worst. While ordering my food, I was dealing with one of the managers, went by the name of Brett, and was received very poorly and have never been more disrespected in my life. Simply asked for a sandwich and I've been met with nothing but sheer rudeness and bad attitude. Other establishments of the sorts are nothing but a reliving grace of kindness. I don't see why this location, their head of operations to be specific, couldn't match up to the Jersey Mikes quota I find everywhere else. I ordered an online pick up order. My husband went to get it and they told him it wasn't ready even though he was there like 5 minutes after pick up time. Ok whatever. He waits around for awhile and still no order. Finally he talks to someone again and they tell him that their printer was out of paper so they never got the order. Three more people had the same issue. They were rude and my husband waited for them to make it. No apologies or anything. there were only 2 people in line when i got there,however I waited nearly 20 minutes from time of placing order. Asked if it was started yet, told just a few more seconds, shes making it now... 5 minutes later had to get a refund.. if i didnt know better it seemed like phone orders take precedence over in person orders, because over a dozen sandwiches were made and put on the rack while i waited, and it appeared that tickets from phone orders were being made before the orders already on the ticket rack....It was just as well, I have nothing against dreadlocks, Its just unappetizing to see them dangling over the grill from the head of the young lady cooking.... There are effective and elegant ways to contain the hair while working the grill, the uniform visor is not cuttin it. We got the steak order the large. 15.95 would have been good if it was a good quality steak. Extremely salty could only taste the salt and cheese. Subway or Dangelos way better steak. Enjoyed the Italian sandwich but you can't get it hot. Again subway or Dangelos will cater to you. Do they ask if you want veggies. Answer is no and being our first time at one it would have been nice to know all my options. So Jersey Mikes only wants to make it their way. So my Waze will not look for this chain. read more
