The did away with the coke freestyle machine and only have one soda machine with 3/4 of the drinks out of order. No sugar free drinks offered and tables were dirty. Staff was not friendly, didn't care about long waits and in general just voiced that they didn't want to be there. The manager needs to replace the soda machine and get staff who care about their job working there. Poorly managed location! Would I go to this Burger King again? NO! This is probably the worse Burger King to exist. I could go on and on but yesterday I went there via a mobile order cause of t mobile perks, and they took 30 minutes for a whopper and fries. I watched my ticket on the screen sit there for 12 minutes. First time at this Burger King. It was lunch time, and I went through the drive thru. Only 1 car ahead of me, and it went through within 5 minutes. The lady at the window was very friendly. The only problem was that they said they didn't have one of the items I had ordered. It was the Fiery Chicken Fries. They were heavily marketed, with signs and photos all over the store and menu, so I was a little disappointed. So they offered me the regular chicken fries, which I accepted. Besides that, it was relatively quick, and friendly service, with everything I ordered in the bag. By far the worst BK in the area. The staff was very unprofessional and did not have any patience. I sat in the drive thu for over 20min and only because i couldn't get out so many cars. I asked for chicken tenders and the attendant said this is not Checkers. the cars were pilling up so i didn't make a big deal. just need my food and to be able to go. once paying at the first window and arriving at the second window, I sat for over 11 minutes waiting for my food to be handed to me. Young lady came to the windows and me moving into the parking spot right ahead because you've been sitting at the window for over 11 minutes and I will personally bring you the food. that was okay, but why is it taking so long this is not fast food. this place needs to close down and train the staff on how to operate. The absolute worst ghetto Burger King ever. All the employees are young, disrespectful, unprofessional, and lack any customer service skills. They stand around the restaurant playing on their phones all day or smoking outside (mind you with service gloves on...unchanged when going back into the store) instead of making I mean warming up whatever food they have. Always 30-40 minutes waiting in drive through for food and add 15 minutes plus if you decide to go inside. They won't even acknowledge you if you go inside. Maybe once a month I visit this BK. It's usually fast n fresh. It's a good go to for lunch. Today I tried the new Impossible Whopper and a classic Whopper. Both are excellent. We are all enduring a pandemic, so when I arrived at the window to pay for my food, I was shocked to see 4 employees without masks on properly, mask only covering their mouths. As a result, I requested a refund since they are operating an unsafe environment.. With attitude, the lady ask me why. I explained that no one was wear their mask properly. This place is soo inconsistent!!! I went through drive thru and placed an order for a Bacon King Triple ( just the sandwich). Normally the bacon king comes with 2 patties. I know it's not on the menu but all they had to do was add a extra Patrice and charge me for it. Well first the drive thru teller told me that the bacon king doesn't come with two patties?! I just got food poisoning from a whopper. Cramping and throwing up for over 2 hrs. I ate only 1/2 of the burger at most.

Cashier was young. He was friendly enough. Two young dudes working in the back making food were very slow. The manager even asked them why did they move so slow. It took my food a long time to come out. Workers were very unorganized. Ordered an impossible Whopper and it came cold. I stayed away from this location due to bad food and service for at least 4 years. Only reason I came in was to try the impossible burger. What a bad experience. I had a coupon for 2 cheeseburgers ,a fry, a 4 piece nuggets, and a coke. first , the cashier had a hard time putting in the codes. she didnt seem to know what she was doing. then she gave me the wrong drink. when i brought this to her attention she gave me a coke which was only 2/3 full and flat. the burgers were absolutely nasty. they were cold , the pickles tasted sour like they had been sitting out for a while, and the bacon was burnt.
