Ice cream shakes, and slushies were all out of order but of course they didn't say that until after you have already ordered and then can't figure out how to issue a refund. I just wanna start out the customer service was amazing. the lady at the window was extremely welcoming and very friendly. But I ordered some food which came out great very warm and Well made. The drinks on the other hand wasn't, I took a big sipped of my coke and it was very bland and very color oriented. I threw up immediately and opened the lid and saw this. The speed of service at this location is HORRENDOUS. You need to have food ready at Serrano's lunch rush and stop parking people. When you park people, it is not so secret code for "this is going to take forever" and there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for this to be a consistent practice during the lunch rush! read more

This is literally the worst place ever. I've been 3 times in about 6 months because I crave frozen coke but every time I go they say, "we don't have the machine running right now". So, I don't know why it's on the menu. Then you get employees that have the nastiest attitudes. They give you your bag and slam the window shut at the same time... The service I received here was pretty good, unlike that received by others posting before me. The lady at the drive-through even helped me with their app coupons. Burger King was my absolute favorite fast food place for many years. It seems like they really don't care anymore, at least in the SoCal places I've been to. What is their problem? My order took a while to complete, and I had to drive back when I discovered they left two sets of onion rings out of my order. Both the fries and onion rings are basically guaranteed to be overcooked, you'll probably have to repeat your order twice to make sure they get it, and the restaurant itself is shabby inside, almost like they got to the last ten minutes of a renovation project and then said, "You know what? I pulled into the drive thru here today and the person over the speaker told me the drive thru is closed even though they served the person in front of me. I explained that there was already a customer behind me and I'm blocked in. They refused to take my order and I had to ask the person behind me to let me out so we could order inside. Why can't I give them zero stars? This restaurant is a complete waste of time and space. I visited this establishment this morning and after my experience with their lack of customer service I will never return. Incompetent doesn't even come close to an accurate description of the young man operating the drive thru window. I hope he enjoys his current position because unless he stops huffing glue he will work there for the remainder of his life.
