I like the food at this McDonald's. It's typically always good at the lunch hour. Better than other McDonald's. What went downhill is: customer service. Staff completely ignore you. They want you to order at the kiosk. The won't help you or ring up your order at the register. They also ignore you for drink refills. They took away the drink fountain so thats ridiculous. They remodeled this McDonald's and took out the drink fountains and cash registers. Why can't you have staff help people ? Why are we forced to use the kiosk? I'm so over it. I used to eat here all the time until the customer service went downhill. The food is overall still good compared to other McDonald. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I've waited over 20 minutes for my food multiple times. If you go to the front, there is no one there to help you--you literally have to yell toward the back of the store just to get someone's attention. The teenagers working seem more interested in serving their friends first while everyone else is left waiting. On top of the terrible service, the food is wrong most of the time, and the fries are ALWAYS cold. It's frustrating to wait 20+ minutes just to receive an incorrect order with cold fries. This is really sad. The service was really bad here and the way the food comes out from the kitchen is just not OK. Very disappointed in spending 18.38 for one order. This order is in the photos. Then went an bout more in hopes it would be better and for 23.36 it was not worth my time or Money. It seems that there are no standards in quality, or how things are made by these employees. The other bad part is the ordering. They have gone to a touch screen and check out system were you can't even order from an employee. What doesn't make sense is, I had an employee walk up and tell me that they would help me go through the screen instead of just taking the order. I would give this zero starts but unfortunately can't. I hate this McDonald's and the people who work here. Breakfast used to be 11 but now it's 10:30 to prepare for lunch and dinner hours which is fine. But I put in an order at 10 for breakfast and they don't even look at it or acknowledge it because it's gonna be lunch soon. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Not 10:10 or 10:15 or 10:20. Just went there 20 minutes before closing and they were completely out of all drinks because they're cleaning the machines before the closed. I got a $6 meal deal and my chicken nuggets only came with three nuggets rather than four. Got a 20 piece ask for sweet and sour got nothing but barbecue. Had two different people doing my order went outside beside the menu and then someone inside and they still got McChicken when I told him McDouble. The second time they also asked to pull over and wait for our order.
