Overall a crappy experience. Whenever I sat down the table was sticky and it looked like it haven't been cleaned in ages. The food was cold and burger was like a hockey puck. I don't suggest coming to this location, i don't know this specific Burger King is this bad but the one in Attleboro is a lot better. I would leave a zero star review if i could. The staff in there looked so overworked and tired. They took forever to bring my food out and when I got it the quality was awful it tasted like garbage. This place has THE worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I understand it's a fast food chain but despite how polite and patient I am the times I've come here, the majority of the staff, especially the older women, have the most disrespectful and rotten attitudes for no reason. I went here the other day with my daughter, the food was really slow. Whenever I got up to refill my drink, I noticed the soda machine was leaking at the bottom and the inside looked gross. The inside had dried up soda and looked all sticky, they were also missing a lot choices for soda, especially the diet/zero options. Whenever I went to the bathroom the mirror looked grimy and looked like it hadn't been washed in a million years. Whenever we sat down, the table was sticky and had crumbs all over it. I looked to my left at the window and found a bunch of dead bugs on the window sill. Whenever we got our food, the fries felt like they were on fire with how hot they were and were salted to hell. The burger was gross and tasted like cardboard. Overall, the place should be looked into by a health inspector. I would not suggest eating here or bringing your kids here. Place is still dirty...the drink machine is always sticky & the counter w the covers is never cleaned...unreal...today I saw an employee filling her coke bottle at the soda machine & she kept letting it fill up & it kept overflowing & she kept at it...WITAF?! When you go inside..they're always busy w the GD drive up...customers coming inside are not a priority! Then I see a father come in to complain about them not putting the proper amount of cheese balls in his order for his son...the 8-piece only had 7 pieces & the 12/piece only had 10...again...WITAF?! This place 100% gave me food poisoning. The floor is sticky, the tables were covered in crumbs and spilled ketchup, and the soda machine was disgusting. Went to Burger King to order two Impossible Whopper sandwiches, with two fries, no drinks, no meal deal and was surprised to find the bill was $17.73. Questioned it when I got to the window and the person said she gave me the "two for one" deal. I asked what that was and she said, "buy one, get one free." I was unaware that one sandwich cost $15. I asked her to run it again, she did and said, "Yup, that's what you owe." I get it...minimum wage employees at Burger King (who now make more money than some people with their Master's Degrees), but thought it was worthy of a one-star review on Yelp anyway. read more

they can never get the order correct. was there Friday ordered double whopper lettuce, tomatoes, cheese only at the drive thru window, they repeated the order incorrectly so i repeated my request this time they repeated my order correctly. Pulled up paid for it waited, waited finally got the order drove home only to find they gave me the sandwich with everything on it even though the wrapper it came in checked of the correct boxes. Ordered 2 "Chef's Choice" epicurean delights... sorry, the 2nd one will take 3 or 4 minutes.. 13 minutes later, its ready but burger #1's cold and stiff.. The bun tasted like rubber, and the mystery meat makes TACO-Bell's look choice ! At $5 plus for a stupid burger, go to TGIF's for goodness sake. I spent $21 at Burger King and feel like I should be receiving flowers.. This WAS a really good location for decent fast-food. No more. Never again. Most telling aspect of the whole experience ??? BK doesn't accommodate any e-mailed complaints in North America. If you're in South America, China, Europe fine.. US, apparently our opinion doesn't matter. Just went to this location for a first time in a while as I would agree with others the quality had gone down. BUT this time around I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure if it was the fact McDonald's across the street was closed. They were busier than usual and still accommodated me. I was charged wrong at drive through and they quickly fixed the mistake inside. My whole order was right as well, when I several food intolerances. The customer service was really good actually as I was approached twice while waiting to see if I needed help anything. Definitely stepping their game up! read more

Don't go here it's not nearly as good as McDonalds which is right across the street. I grew up walking to this place and 99/100 times I'd choose McDonald's over bk because it is just so much better. The chicken McNuggets at McDonald's are just so pure and textured when you chew them and you can just go there and relax with two or three 20 piece chicken McNugget boxes and you're all set for the next couple of days on food. Also whoppers are the worst thing that has ever occurred in the fast food industry and Big Macs taste like heaven so just avoid going to Burger King at all costs please. I really like Burger King, I think that they have the best burgers with Wendys a very close second for the major burger chains. This is the worst Burger King franchise I've ever been in. First, the place smells like spoiled garbage. Second, the place is filthy and the ambiance is made worse by the lack of sunlight. Third, the clientele is sketchy. Makes you think that there is a methadone clinic nearby. Fourth, the staff is inept. I visited at 6pm and this is considered rush hour. I actually heard the manager telling the person at the window and at the front counter to STOP taking orders! The poor lady at the register needed assistance and was yelled at in front of everyone. These people are very sneaky that work here. I have done a couple tests. I noticed that if you have a coupon they skimp out on what ever it is you bought. Example. French toast sticks. with a coupon they give you the bottom of the bag broken not even the right size french toast sticks. Won`t see me in here again. Not a nice place to eat. Service is slow. They have women at the front register who is mentally challenged. She is as you might expect very slow, difficult to understand and often messes up your order. I do not dine at this Burger King anymore because of her. I applaud the owner for hiring this women but she has no place being the initial person to greet you and even less being the person to take your order. I am sure that there is a better task someplace in the restaurant where she could be of value. read more
