This is our typical location in which to buy KFC we have never had an issue or a problem in this restaurant. All the young people are very kind and friendly. They substitute when they don't have what you're looking for or they give you a free item if you have to wait for your chicken or something to be cooked. I don't think I've been to more friendly or Kentucky fried chicken then this one in Attleboro. Most times I really can't deal with young people behind the counter, but the ones behind the counter with this particular restaurant, I really, do a good job. Ordered online on Friday around 430 for 630 pick up- waited in line as if I was ordering for the first time and then still had to wait for my order while I waited for people who ordered after me get their food first. Then when I finally am given the food I was chased after by a scatter who says they gave me the wrong order- what was the point of order online if I have to wait addition time for order prep (ps 2 pieces were uncooked and Blissy by the bone )! I called corporate and then get this asshole- yea I said it. MIKE. Calling me after 8pm on Saturday and then again on Sunday so he can say I was lying- but "he's not arguing? Mike when you raise your voice - that's arguing- no apology just excuses and accusing me of lying - hey mike if I was lying I would have asked for a refund that corporate offered to me..... and if I was lying you would not be calling me would you? Oh and so the we are understaffed excuse- well I know it's the pandemic but your location has been leaning on that one for years- shit the online order down is you cannot handle extra flow of business. In a word, ** "DON"T !!" ** Not since some marketing genius decided to give the Colonel a new hair style has he had so much reason to spin in his grave. Now, we've all noticed how much the portions have shrunk, and how different the mac n "cheese" tastes since they changed the formula, but are you aware how many have closed lately ? There's good reason for that, and it ain't because this country's all gone vegan !! In southeastern Massachusetts alone, i can count 3 closings in as many years; Brockton - Gone, Walpole - out of here, and Sharon... adios ! The secret to their success is really no secret at all... it's the same everywhere... MANAGEMENT. Good managers are hard to find, but the right one can make cabbage sell like cheesecake. In the case of KFC, it seems whoever survives the grind floats to the top .. last one left turns out the lights and gets to call themselves 'the manager' Absolutely the single most miserable experience ever in any restaurant, or actually in any business of any kind. Sparing you the details I will simply report that upon arriving home, we discovered 5 orders were wrong. Not getting satisfaction on the phone, I drove back where the manager refunded my $50, dropped the food in the garbage, and turned on her heel and walked away as I launched into my 'responsibilities of a manager' speech. When I asked for the name and phone of the store owner I was told she didn't have that information.... what a joint !!! The moral of the story... for that same $50, we went to our favorite Chinese joint and had a wonderful meal without the 'tude ! I strongly suggest that you do the same. Your family and your blood pressure will both appreciate it. ** UPDATE ** - Although I complained bitterly to someone at corporate, and was assured I would hear back from someone 'very shortly', after 3 + weeks and no response, I've come to realize KFC couldn't give a soggy biscuit about you or me. By far the worst fast food restaurant in all of Attleboro, MA..... Poorly run management, always running out of food after they take your order, and when you do get your food, it is wet and runny..... rat not chicken ? This place is horrible! My first time will be my last time to this location. I asked for an 8 piece meal and asked for 4 breasts and 4 thighs. They indicated they could not accommodate this as they were so low on chicken. How is KFC low on chicken? The woman at the window indicated that because they were so slow in the morning they weren't prepared for the rush at night. How a slow period 8 hours prior impacts chicken that takes 20-25 minutes to cook is beyond me. I asked for extra crispy and got original and asked for an extra large side of gravy and got a container that was maybe a quarter of a cup. Hardly a large. I called the store when I got home to complain and got an answering machine. This store hardly cares about their customers. I am avoiding and I would recommend you do the same! read more

I ordered the "3 Piece Tenders Fill-Up" online. I ordered hours before I actually drove there to pick it up. I received the potato wedges, chicken, and biscuit but what they did not put in was the cookie, diet Pepsi, and honey mustard sauce that was supposed to be included in the order. Very disappointed. This place is hit or miss for food prep. I ordered a chicken pie about a month ago and it was perfectly hot and tasty. But this most recent trip, I ordered their new boneless chicken meal. I first had to settle for the dark meat because they ran out of white. And second, the dark pieces I got were dried out, like they sat under a heater for hours. Okay, always loved KFC, I think the food is quite yummy, but the customer service is awful. In June, I ordered 2 doublicious meals (among other things) for a family dinner. When I got home (which is about a 20 min drive) I found out the chicken in my doublicious meals were dark meat (yuck). I called, spoke to a manager and told me how sorry he was. Said he would mail me out 2 free meals and an extra side. Well after 2 weeks, I called back to say I never received anything. Spoke to a girl who was relaying what I was saying to her manager since he didn't come to the phone this time. She said she would send out the coupons again. Okay...it's now August, and I got nothing. Not expecting anything. I emailed KFC website directly told them what I just said here and never heard back from them at all. LOVE KFC I have since I first tried it. Saying that I have not had good luck at this Attleboro location. Very poor management very poor customer service and they always get the order wrong. Last night I ordered 2 family fill up. I guess the young man making it was new. Or the young man training him was bad. Because even though I ASKED before i left if it was correct and the "trainer" assured me it was. when I got home I had 6 mashed potato 2 gravy coleslaw and NO potato wedges which was a special order. ???? Guess I'm glad there was chicken in there because the first young man handed me the order and the other says "you didn't put the chicken in yet"!!!!oh boy.
