I had a free Whopper survey code on my receipt to use, and I was hungry after work, so I came in and waited in line. I saw that the two people in front of me were also using the same survey code, but the Mexican employee helping them had the worst attitude and clearly didn't know how to properly ring up a customer using the code. He had to ask a supervisor to help him, but clearly, there's a training and/or management issue with this location. I walked out after watching him get more frustrated with each customer. It's by far the worst BK I've ever been to. Why do they offer the free Whopper for doing the survey if their staff isn't trained on how to ring it up? What a horrible experience. read more

Service was very attentive and professional and patient. Workers are very welcoming and joyful. The worker keeps the environment super clean considering its location. And they continuously disinfect door handles as customers come in, which i love. The food is also very fresh and made to order. Highly recommend this location. read more

But their credit card scanner at inside counter don't scan gift cards I have been asking for 2 months to fix it no results I just tried again today didn't work have waste time as and bring my card to drive through scanner. But found out when I got home received no reward points.so won't support Delta Park burger king. No other burger king has had this problem for me. I hate to bash a place but this is less of a review and more of a warning. Spent the day at Portland Raceway and the Wife and I needed a drink and a little something to get us by for dinner, and a restroom. To say the neighborhood has gone downhill would be an understatement. This is, of course, not Burger Kings fault, but it sets the tone for the depressed area around the restaurant. It adds to the rundown feeling of the building interior and exterior. We walked in, it took two tries, they have one door open for entry only and another for exit only that you cannot open from the outside. Not bad, but odd. The first thing that strikes you when you walk in is this place needs a remodel, badly. We asked for the codes for the bathroom which the server at the counter told us. Let us just say, if you can avoid using either the men's or women's bathroom, do that. We ordered a little burger each and a drink, it was a hot day and we wanted something cold. We walked up to the fancy Coke machine with all the variations and went to get a big helping of ice. Nothing came out. No problem, we asked at the counter for some ice and we were told, they are out. All the ice machines are broken. We vended our cool, not cold, drinks from the freestyle machine and got our food. As we sat and talked we started looking around. Every trash container was overfilled. The children's booster seats were next to us, and they hadn't been cleaned since before the pandemic it looked like. So, I would not recommend bringing your kids. The freestyle machine was not wiped down anytime recent, and the windows were so badly in need of soap you had a hard time seeing out. On the upside, the people behind the counter we very nice, and apologetic. We realize that the problem is above their level when they are understaffed like this. And yes, understaffed is a problem, but it is a restaurant and things have to be cleaned. I hope they get their issues straightened out. read more

Speed and service great. The 2 duo whopper Jr's were terrible again. 3 times a charm. Old or very cheap bread makes for a horrible hamburger, and you're called BURGERKING! It's a Burger King so this is relative to other fast food establishments. I get lunch a couple times month. I've never had an order messed up or dealt with any rude employees. Two hamburgers, large fries and a medium diet coke, $10.58. $3.00 more than any other BK because they refuse to believe that there is a value meal for one burger, one fry and a drink that all other BK's honor. While the fries were hot and fresh, you could tell that the burgers were made long ago and that the buns were not the freshest. This was a place I would stop for a snack while on long drives between Portland and Woodland. I will be seeking another BK in the future. read more

When I went to this Burger King it was kept pretty clean and I can see the employees cleaning. The service was friendly but they gave off a vibe like they didn't want to be there because who would. Food is the typical fast food. I found my burgers very salty and left me dying with thirst even for a while after I have left. It made me regret coming to eat fast food and my stomach didn't feel very well. I was thinking why I had to go cheap on myself. Dollar menu is good for some quick food, but not worth it for my taste. One thing about this place is that a lot of homeless and weird looking people come in here. Might make some people feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The quality almost never changes, though there are at times more careless employees. So you may end up with lettuce or pickle outside the bun, weird but that's about as bad as it gets. I like their veggie burger, and I haven deviated much other then to try that Halloween burger. By the way, the Halloween burger isn't bad but it's not worth 8.00 bucks. (Just get a whopper and put A1 sauce on). No matter what you get though, I feel good about saying you're not likely to get a side of food poisoning here. Almost always nice employees except for a few bad apples. Unfortunately there are way too many transients in the area asking for money both inside and out. As we had dinner we were approached twice by the same transient asking for money and then our daughters sodapop. The manager was aware but did nothing about this man inside the lobby. This is by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Working nearby, I used to eat here several times a week, not because it was good but simply because it was convienient. However once I had to wait 22 minutes to be served tepid food, it became easy to vow that I would never set foot in this restaurant again. When I tried to complain, I was told to call the number on the receipt. I was more than happy to do that however no one answered. I left several messages none of which have ever been returned. Frustrated, I sent two emails to Burger King corporate neither of which has received a response. I can only conclude that this restaurant, its management and its corporate fathers are indifferent to my business. Fair enough, I have no need to support any Burger King anywhere at any time. I know fast food isnt a 5-star restaurant anyways but I have had some of the worst experiences eating here. My co-workers and I have visited this location on Delta Park several times in the last year, and we've finally had enough of the lack of customer service: we've received the wrong order on at least 3 occasions, and each time was referred to the 'manager' Michael: with each interraction this person has had a serious attitude with us, from deflecting the complaint back to being our fault as consumers to acting annoyed that we had the nerve to even complain in the first place. Today, February 25th at 9:49 am (check #666), Michael decided that we were not using the coupon we received correctly, ending the conversation with 'Whatever, it should be more but I'll do it anyway'. When asked why he was behaving this way, he simply walked away from the conversation altogether. We have asked on several occasions who owns the BK, or if there is a District Manager, and each time were told 'I'm as high as you'll get, there's no one above me'. Having a manager type of any sort in a retail store / restaurant act with impunity is simply not acceptable. We have decided that our store (Retail), along with our drivers, will NOT patronize this location unless this person is not working on the day we go in. In closing, we would really appreciate a response from someone ABOVE this Michael character. The worst Burger King ever! I have given this place so many chances because I live close, but I will not go back. Over and over they put ketchup on my son's burger, which he cannot have. But what really bothers me is when I try to order breakfast before 11 am (the cut-off ) and they lie to me and say it's "too late".
