Food was amazing and everything seem great we ate the train your dragon whoppers x2 meals with the ice cream got a 2 kids meal with nuggets and also a regular whopper with cheese and the new mozzarella sticks and a double cheeseburger meal , when we left a girl put our sprite that we left on the table outside the door I decided to go get it and asked her why she would place it outside , she replied with we don't even sell that here and why would I leave it on the table I told her we forgot it she then said I needed to clean up after my self and I told her is that the way you talk to customers I know I'm not at a five star Restaurant and I'm at a Burger King but she should not talk that way to customers I ask her what her name was she replied with BROOK and I AM THE MANAGER BY THE WAY I asked her if she was serious and she had 100 different looks on her face I told her she should lead by example and be a good roll model for her employees she immediately said I should be a good example for my kids and clean up after my self . It was me my wife and our 2 year old child plus her sister and her two kids and there other younger sister . We all cleaned the table and left a sprite and an unopened ranch . Well, we went there for lunch. Girl started to take out order, then she was called to the back. We were left standing there. We waited a few minutes, not one peson said "I'll be there in a minute" or "be with you shortly". We left, went somewhere where the employees actually are happy to see you. BK staff needs to realize that it is our patronage that helps pay for their wages. This is not the first time we have issues with this particular store, employees just don's seem to give a damn about customers. I went there today to dine in & door was locked. No note on door to explain why although there was 3 cars parked out front. I looked inside nobody in sight at all. So I went to drive through to see if I could get a reason why of all this. When the lady came to speaker first thing that was said is we only have chicken so can I take your order I said no just wanted to let yall know when you close the dining room you need to put a sign on the door as why it's closed during business hours & communicate with your customers like you should. I just get an ok no sorry no nothing horrible customer service. Been here twice. First time was the through the drive-thru and I had no issues. Second time was dine-in. There were four girls putting orders together in the back, with a line forming at the register. A worker with red hair was slamming the fryer baskets and complaining that everything was getting too hectic, not aware that the line could both see and hear her. Drive-thru orders were prioritized over dine-in except that the orders were being made wrong and workers had to give everything to the driver who parked bc it was made late. Jessica was sweet and took my order. Wait took awhile which stress most. While eating inside, two people arrived to order. The workers were still making orders in the back and even though interacted with them, didn't say to wait or that they would be right with them. They ended up leaving without ordering bc they were waiting for 10 minutes. This location either needs to hire more people, or split prioritization so those dining in can order and get their food in a timely manner. read more

I am new to the area and I have the need for fast food, as my housing situation is still somewhat fluid. As such I have hit this BK a few times, as I prefer BK burgers to MCD burgers, and my dog agrees. This BK has to be the WORST BK I have ever been to. The manager is an idiot. The service is as slow as molasses. And to top it off, they will get your order wrong. The triple whammy. read more
