Just moved to the area and I'm in the middle of RC and Quinlan. I usually go to RC because I didn't know about Quilan until I decided to go exploring. Quilan is definitely my go to from now on! 98 degrees outside today and I wanted to get a meal and sit inside and relax in a nice, cool atmosphere. I went from my nice, air conditioned car into a muggy, HOT dining room. My thoughts of having a meal went right out of my head as I was perspiring just waiting to give my order! I ended up getting a small cone that I ate in my CAR because it was cooler! I ended up getting my meal elsewhere. Staff were friendly, although, how they could stand to be near the grill or fryers is beyond me. The OWNER is losing business because he's not thinking of his customer's OR employee's well being or comfort. What a CHEAPSKATE. !!!! I won't be back until it's 60 degrees or cooler. read more

Stopped in for breakfast this morning, and as I'm in the middle of pouring my bad cup of coffee, a large mouse ran right across the counter in front of my face. the lady at the window proceeded to not take our order at the machine due to having a conversation with a coworker considering we witnessed it once we pulled up to the window , even then ; she continued to move onto the order screen and take the order to the car behind us. not to forget , she was rude as hell when she did take our order and a still was overly socializing to where we heard her full conversation even from outside the restaurant . ++ she didn't blend our blizzards correctly , it turned into vanilla ice cream once you scraped away the top layer . read more

This dairy queen did not have two of my blizzard flavors, their dining room isn't open, and when when we got our three blizzards they flipped the first two but did not flip the last one. As soon as I got the last blizzard in my hand it spilled all over me. It was not frozen at all and I ended up using 10 napkins just to clean up the mess. The point of a blizzard is to be frozen but mine wasn't frozen at all. 80% of it was liquid. We were also missing an order of fries and they didn't give us a receipt to see If we paid for it or not. Very rude employee at the window!! He was rude to me on the speaker, mumbled under his breath and got snippy when I asked him to repeat himself. I even apologized when I got to the window that I couldn't understand him and he didnt even say a word back. The ladies in the day time are great so I'm giving 3 stars but if I had to base it off of the experience I just had, I would have given 1. This used to be a great family oriented place, but not happy with the service tonight. I know fast food is tough, as I worked it for 13 years, but I certainly wouldnt tolerate my employees treating a customer in that manner. He didnt even greet me at the window. It's alright... Been to better locations. Some girls there are usually snotty and rude to me when I correct them when been given back improper change (which happens often) or when I ask for condiments. Food is always hot and right though. Not too much to chose from in Quinlan so I continue to come here. Probably wouldn't if there were other places. read more
