Just imagine a couch, coffee table and a couple of easy chairs, 'k! They have a nice variety of beverage options and the two I tried, Sundance and aocha were both solid. They have a limited variety of pastries, nothing too exciting so come for the coffee, not the food. I hung out here with my friend about an hour. They had a decent amount of foot traffic. The staff was always nice and service was quick. If I'm driving by or in the area ever again i will happily make a stop here for my caffeine fix.

I understand that people lie all the time, that there are policies in place but she did not get the great customer service I received. She did not get the benefit of the doubt. The cashier did not even attempt to go higher up to ask for an exception to be made. As I was waiting for my drink, one of the baristas explained excitedly that this location was the most heaviest in all of DFW due to the location. As a store who is not struggling whatsoever financially and has such high foot traffic all hours of the day- I would expect more. Which can be frustrating. My go to drink at Coffee places is a London fog with a sugar free vanilla syrup. I stopped trying to get that here because they either have run out of earl grey tea or the sf vanilla. So I order the unsweetened tea. My friend got a smoothie which looked pretty delicious!
