Drive thru line is insanely slow. Only been here a handful of times and each time the wait in drive thru is easily 10+ minutes. Half my orders have been wrong. Staff is pleasant but it's not worth waiting in line. Definitely avoid and go elsewhere read more

Of all the fast food places I've been to, this burger king in wyomissing is by far the filthiest eatery I have ever had the displeasure to eat at. Smashed bar b que packets on the floor, napkins and other trash on the floor. Trash cans inside overfilled with trash at least 2 feet high. There was even a dirty q tip on the floor where you wait in line to order. My grandson accidently vomited on the floor. We told the manager and she brought a yellow plastic triangle caution cone and placed in on top of the vomit. 20 minutes later when we were leaving they still hadn't cleaned it up. Another patron was irate and said how disgusting that was that the manager left the vomit on the floor that long. This was 3/29/26 at 8:20 pm. If I could give negative stars it would be negative 5 stars. Nothing but attitude. Then they didnt even get the order rite. Had to go back and sit in line just to get more attitude. The wait time is usually very long in the drive through or inside. The also usually always forget the bbq sauce. It's very upsetting.

Decided to go back, what a mistake. Start- stood there and nobody would wait on us. Used the auto teller board, that ended up being very miss-leading. Wanted single items, and checking out it shows single items. Receipt showed freaking meals on it. So I ended up with like 5 fries. And drinks that I did not want. While standing there a customer came in to try to get his money back. Apparently his wife got sick off of the food. Horrible thing is he also ordered food again from there that day. He looked like the specimen of good health.(not) So, next, all the food was cold. Fries and all. Still not seeing beard or hair nets too. Overall, I should stop and read my own reviews on this place when I get a taste for a burger. Will say this one positive thing, burger did taste better than McDonald's which was burnt. ordered online and I ordered Jalapeño poppers and a vanilla iced coffee, chicken fries with barbecue sauce and once again sauce wasn't in the bag and I even put that into my comments for the delivery driver and he said he asked them if the sauce was in the bag they said yes and got a mocha instead of a vanilla iced coffee if you don't have a item available you are to call the customer and ask if they would like a mocha or something else instead of just giving them what you want, What if they customer can't have Chocolate or allergic and they take a sip of that then you guys will be in trouble but this never fails with the sauces ordered they never give them read more

I've been patronizing this particular Burger King restaurant for over 10 years and more often than not, their food is delicious as expected. I'm a huge fan of flame-grilled burgers and most restaurants do not deliver this delicious taste when it comes to burgers. In the past year or so, this restaurant has undergone renovations and I like the new look. Sure, sometimes they're very busy and I have to park in the larger parking lot adjacent to them, but that's because others love their flame-grilled burgers as much as I do! The only reason they got 4 stars today rather than 5 was because: 1. This single annoying fly kept buzzing around me and harassing my Bacon King burger. Shoo fly!! It's only for me! 2. Their table top was quite wet after they cleaned it from earlier. A couple seconds for them to dry it off properly with a towel would've been appreciated. I took matters in my own hands with a few napkins. Other than that, I had a great experience and I really enjoyed what I ate. I found out for the fries, you can ask for half onion rings and half french fries, that way you get a taste of each. For the others that had customer service issues, although I don't doubt you, you should visit the local Dunkin' Donuts near here if you want to see the definition of bad service. This franchise has really gone downhill in the last year. It's not unusual to wait at least 15 minutes for your order. The workers are rude, always standing around talking. They never have anything prepared. And when you do get your order, your food is thrown together so haphazardly, you wonder why you even waste your time patronizing this 'restaurant'. Completely horrible, if you want condiments with your meal, your food cooked properly, the extras you pay for on a sandwich, or SAFE food to eat (brown rotting lettuce) SAVE your money to elsewhere. We took the grand kids to this Burger King because It was close to the hotel. But the service was horrific. The manager. Told me to hold on with his finger up to make me wait before he took my order. He then turned around. Took my order Simple. Chicken nuggets and three $4.00 meals. I turned around to check on the kids and he slammed my change on the counter. When I went back up because he gave us all burgers instead of burgers and chicken sandwiches he responded "You should have been specific". So after we finished. Told the kids they could have icecream. Gave my grandaughter 4.50 for 4 1.00 ice creams. The WOMAN gave her three and .22cents change and said that my grandaughter only gave her three dollars. The food was good but customer service was terrible. The young lady working on drive thru wasn't wearing a name-tag, hat, or hairnet. She also wasn't wearing gloves for handling foods. She had an attitude when we asked for our food fresh off the grill. The young lady had purple curly hair in two separate buns. They were playing loud music. The party of 4 walks in and waits in line. The cashier could barely understand anything that was said and was very confusing. As one got their food it was the wrong order and they took their time getting the right meal. As sitting down, one employee was very creepy and staring non stop. The employees did not seem to know what they were doing at all. There were people all over the place. When eating, the cook was seen wiping his nasty nose on his gloves used to cook and continued making food with the same gloves. The manager walked in late and said she had to stop at Starbucks first. As walking out, an employee flicked her cigarette at one of them. This place is disgusting and needs to be cleaned and looked at by the health department immediately. I have been going to the burger king in wyomissing pa for awhile now. It used to be filled with some really nice people but recently that has changed. The last few times I have been there I have been treated with disrespect. I've worked in the fast food restaurant business before so I do know how frustrating it can be so that is why I let it go the first two times but its like the people there just get more nasty every time I go there. For instants I was in the drive thru and a man name Felix was taking my order and the first thing he said was "whats your order" I was so appalled I said excuse me? and he repeated himself. Then when I was done he said 2 window. And then to top it off when I get to the window he says " Was I saying something you couldn't understand". I just couldn't believe how much of an ignorant asshole he could be. That was the worst experience I have ever had from there. The rest of the employees it depends who it is because they could be very nice or close the door on me when I am talking. I hope the management sees this and takes care of it right away because next time I will be taking this hire up in management. Thank you. read more
