The french fries were a little potatoey. I like my fries to be more on the crispy or well done side. These were not in that category. When he drove ALL the way back to let them know that he did not get those items, the MANAGER on duty rudely told him that she did give those items to him. I work on the same street as this Burger King so I have been here dozens of times, the food is what you would expect from a Burger King but the service is beyond description. It's like the staff in there aren't expecting you to order food. If you go in store and order for just yourself expect a wait time that puts a shame to the term "fast food". Multiple times I've gone over my 30 minute break from ordering my food and waiting for it, and I work less than a 3 minute walk away. If you see more than one car in the drive thru expect a 20+ minute wait before you'll even get to the window to pay. Slowest fast food place I've ever seen by a long shot. This place has THE WORST customer service..the employees are so rude and seem so miserable every time I go. Tonight I went and all the lights were off but they were open, the girl was very slow and rude. My entire order was freezing cold as if the food had been sitting there for so long.
