Went to BK about a half hour ago, got a double whopper combo. Made it home when I realized the whopper was only a single. So I went back. I pulled in the drive thu, and pulled up to the window. Got somebody's attention and he said he would be with me shortly. Nobody came. They shut off the lights, and shut down the restaurant and refused to help me. Granted the restaurant was probably getting ready to close, but instead of helping me out, they completely ignored me and shut down the lights in hopes I would go away. So not cool. Not to mention the fact when I originally ordered, the drive thru employee was completely incoherent. I had to repeat my order 3 times, and she still read it back wrong. I will never eat there again after today. This was bad customer service all the way around. Let's just ignore our customers in hopes that they will go away. Not to mention I paid more for a double and only got a single. read more

Excellent service. You can't expect much from a fast food place which is understandable. Never order the tacos from here. I wish these tacos could be erased from my memory. I'm not surprised at how bad they were but today I made the lord very, very nervous. Wednesday couldn't come any faster as I have never needed Christ in my life any more than I do now. Stopped in to get breakfast. Approximately 10am. Waited in line behind one other person for 15 min. They kept telling us they would be right with us. After 15 min. I left. They still hasn't helped the person in front of me. The employees were acting confused and disorganised. The service was terrible. The kitchen and restaurant was dirty. I topically don't like burger king but my family loves it I only get two things when I go the tacos and jalapeno poppers and ranch mind you this burger king is always I mean always out of something or multiple something's I have lived in this area a little over a year and I have not seen any major changes in this BK tonight my father my husband and I went for a late dinner after the high school foot ball game and no only did they run out of tacos they had no dr pepper. Than made us wait around 10-15 minutes for our order and when we asked for two more ranches they wanted to charge us. Now usually I would be fine with paying but the way they responded after my father said he only wanted two more and they made us wait so that was the least they could of done was ridiculous. HORRIBLE! We went over to the BK by Del Taco, and left because they were out of tomatoes, onions, sprite, ranch, and salads, so why were they even open? So we went to the Riverbank one instead and we ordered a club SALAD and got a BURGER. They said they thought we said Burger not salad when there isn't even such thing there as a club burger. We also ordered a milkshake and they filled it up about 60%, not even up to the lid. We didn't even complain about that, lucky for them. They too were out of ranch. Seriously one of the most shittiest Burger King's I've been to in forever. Horrible service, I was just going to order some chicken fries and that's all. But no, I was waiting for someone to help me for about 10 minutes.... 10 minutes without anyone telling me sorry we'll be right there. So what if it's busy, don't they train these lousy employees about time management between drive thru, and lobby? One thing I do have to give them is that they were understaffed. Only 2 people. This one short latino man that just cleans, and god knows he can't even work the cash register, and this one 20-30 year old which looks like she recently dyed her hair into looking like a redhead but one can tell easily that that's not her natural color. This happened to this one family waiting to be served a month or two ago and the father said very loudly "Fuck this I'm heading to McDonald's." But yeah the employees here are bricks. Their main characteristics are slow, ghetto, unskilled etc. I'm surprised this place is still in business 10 years later with employees like these. To be honest, I haven't been to a Burger King in over ten years. We were in Modesto for a shooting match at Modesto Rifle Club and were looking for something quick to eat for the ride back to the bay area. The people at this location were really friendly and they were very quick in serving us our food. The restaurant and bathroom facilities were very clean. read more

Over the years I've started going here less and less now. Just earlier I decided to buy a chicken sandwich because I was in the mood. As always, there was old and browning lettuce in the burger. The staff should really consider changing their produce to fresh daily if they really cared about quality. But I guess that's what happens when you get what you paid for, except the prices have gone up lately which is exactly what I do not expect. Honestly the it's as if the BurgerKing foot lettuce meme is haunting either just this specific location, or all of its businesses. One last thing, the bread was somewhat hard and dry, while the burger was greasy. If I could give ZERO STARS I could. Terrible slow service, once again. I avoid this BK because of bad experiences in the past but was in the area today for lunch so gave it another try, will definitely be my last time to this location. I usually go to Sylvan & Oakdale Rd even though Riverbank is so much closer. Since the Riverbank location has opened, they are almost always super slow to prepare our order OR mess at least 1 order up, sometimes both slow and orders prepared incorrectly. Today, we ordered 2 whopper combo meals, waited 15 minutes and the incompetent employees still couldn't figure out what was missing. There was only 1 car in the drive through, we were inside and nobody after our order. 15 minutes to make 2 whoppers??? 4 employees working. One kept telling us it would be 'just a sec', as they continued to huddle up and figure out where our whoppers were. Wow, the manager of this location should be let go as for their inability to identify workers who can complete simple tasks. I will say that this location was actually clean inside for a change, so for that they get 1 star. STAY AWAY FROM RIVERBANK BURGER KING IF YOU WANT IT YOUR WAY! read more

One of the only BKs I've gone to where my order has been correct every time, gotten to me in a timely fashion and the workers were really nice. It can get a bit busy and slow down, but that's expected and happens anywhere. read more

I'm sick and tired of this place! We go in about once a month and the first few times they were great but the past 3 months they have gotten soo bad, from giving us the wrong order, cold food, not giving us all the food we ordered, not making the food right sometimes we have to go to the counter 3 or 4 times because they mess up so much, not to mention they are always out of stuff and the place is always dirty...but today was the worst, we placed our order and sat there as the only customers in there we shouldn't have to wait long, exactly 20 mins later I walk to the counter to see our food sitting in the warmer as they rush to help drive thru customers and the guy says rudely can I help you, I guess I was wrong for wanting my food I paid for and should have know better than to interrupt them, I then said to them that I've noticed that they have been serving all of their drive thru customers and asked if it wouldn't be too much trouble to have the food we already paid for and waited over 20mins for, he says I guess and rudely hands me my food. And as always our order was wrong. A big part of the problem with this place is when the boss isn't there the kids/employees act like idiots. They will help a line of drive thru customers so they don't get yelled at by corporate because they are timed at the drive thru, not the lobby. I for one started telling them no when asked to pull around because its not my job for them to get a good score its my job as a paying customer to get hot food in a short amount of time. If they have issues with time that is burger kings problem not the customers. Ive been to many other BK's around the state and this is by far the worst!!! Horrible customer service. I understand drive thrus are timed and sometimes when you place a large order you are asked to park in front of the restaurant until your order is ready but this place does that all the time. Even for an order of small fries. I've been there a couple of times and the people there are always rude. They ALWAYS make us wait in our car for about 15 minutes in front of the restaurant. I had an experience where they asked a homeless man to take my brother's food out to our car. Unsanitary, unprofessional, rude, just everything that could possibly be wrong with a fast food restaurant. read more
