I ordered the sponge bob combo, they were charging me 16 and at the window someone there said it was wrong price and they were arguing at the window about the price and charged me 20 for the combo. I get my food, sandwich cold and had no cheese, tots were cold and they also gave me everything is a separate bag (as the picture from BK the combo should come in a pineapple box) and the drink was sour like it was expired or something. It was a drive through order and every time I went there the food was never good and I gave their last chance because I'm pregnant and the picture of the food looks amazing. Wow. My first fast-food experience since the whole Covid-19 shutdown. I went in with low expectations; so low that it didn't phase me a bit when the employees told me that I still couldn't eat inside the restaurant. But this Burger King surprised me. It used to be great, then it entered into a period for the past year or so where it was average. However, today's experience was fantastic. The food was hot and delicious. But there's a different vibe in there now. Five months ago, it was depressing as heck to eat there - and that was when people were sitting in the dining area and eating. Today with no one in there, the employees were fantastic. Credit for that rests with the manager Taylor. You'll know her because she has purple hair and has her brother's name tattooed on her left forearm. Not only was she great in my interaction with her, but also I witnessed several interactions she had with the other employees, and she's exactly the kind of steady presence that businesses look for in their managers. The workforce has also become diversified. It used to be almost exclusively Brazilians working there, but now there are also Haitians, Latin Americans, and Asians. I think if the world could see how well it works at this Burger King, it would remind people of how a peaceful melting pot of ethnic groups is key to thriving in life. read more

This experience could have been a 1-star, easily. Multiple cars waited for quite some time before anyone even came to the drive-thru speaker, then car by car, filed through and placed our orders. For me, a spicy chicken JR and a value fry. When I finally arrived at the window, the cashier said my total was $11+, when my order was only a little over $2. I politely corrected him and told him what I ordered, to which he gave a new total: $8+. Again, I gently reminded him of the items and told him it should be a little over $2. Finally, the amount was correct. I waited at the drive-thru window for-- no joke-- probably 10 minutes, before he pops his head back out and explains that they're short staffed and the cook hadn't dropped fries in the fryer. Would I mind some onion rings instead? Sure. No problem. "What else did you order?" A spicy chicken JR. Several more minutes goes by, he hands me a huge, heavy bag. Inside are multiple hamburgers and the onion rings. I'm all about karma, so I let him know that this must be someone else's order, and attempted to hand it back. "What did you order again?" The spicy chicken JR. Several more minutes, finally a chicken sandwich is given to me. He tells me to keep the burgers since I waited so long. And he gives me a large drink, too. So I got 2 pretty hefty burgers, a large order of onion rings, a chicken sandwich and a large drink for a little over $2. I appreciate this guy working hard while short staffed, and making amends to his customers. Problem is, it still wasn't a spicy chicken sandwich. Sigh. read more

Someone need to teach the employees there how to properly cook their specialty chicken sandwiches. I've gotten 3 in the last 6 weeks and every single time the chicken is either cold or barely warmed. Fortunately the patties are pre-cooked and all they are doing is microwaving them, so it's not undercooked. But it would be nice to eat a a chicken sandwich that's a bit more than cold in the middle. Bumping up the stars. These guys have really gotten it together. There are new staff members behind the counter. Fast, efficient and polite. They don't give you a hard time if you want an additional BBQ sauce for the fries. The food now actually tastes good! Fries are hot and well seasoned. Way to go BK. This branch needs improvement. I've been here twice with a similar experience. Pros: clean, modern interior. Flat screen TVs to entertain kids. Friendly & polite staff. Free public Wifi. Cons: poor organization. General confusion and chaos behind the counter. Takes a long time to get food. Repeatedly got the order wrong. Food is mediocre compared to nearby fast food competitors (and other Burger Kings). There is a lack of the advertised flame broiled flavor on burgers and the burgers are overly sauced with ketchup and mustard. The toy in the kids meal was weak and not worth getting. read more

Food is typical Burger King fast food. Nothing more or less. Service inside is standard. The Drive-thru on the other hand is something else. Bring a book to read because even with just one person ahead of you in line, you are looking at a 10-15 minute wait...maybe even more. 925 pm I went inside, didn't see anyone, went to the bathroom, came out waited for 5min at the counter no one around. Then some guy starts yelling at me from outside saying no one's allowed to be in here "no more" while smoking his cigarette. I said the sign says 10pm, he said oh ya well the coke machine is broken so I'm closing the dining room you have to go through the drive through. Then seeing someone pulling up to the drive through he yells across the parking lot still smoking saying "what can we do for ya!" As he runs toward the car, mind you he's in a bk apron and other customers are trying to walk into the dining room. I won't be going through the drive through or coming back here. FYI bk you should be a bit more selective of your staff if your going to raise the minimum wage, this nonsense should not be tolerated by management. read more

Probably the most dreadful fast food experience ever!! All the staff are in the dining area eating when I walk in and when they saw me I could tell I ruined their day because now they have a customer and have to actually work. I order my food and my chicken sandwich looked like it was dumped in motor oil it was so greasy and over cooked. I'm guessing it was cooked hours before I got there and they just heated it up again. The guy in the back making the food would look at the order screens and get really upset with what he had to make. At one point he picked up something off the floor (gloves on) with a sweeping motion and threw it away. Never put on new gloves and went right to the onion rings to complete a drive-thru order. The kitchen floor looked like a piñata of condiments, bread, beef and chicken exploded on it. The staff is nice, the food was fresh, and though it isn't the busiest BK in town, the place only ever has maybe one dirty table at a time. Then the woman had the audacity to accuse us of already getting our food. First of all who sits in a BK for 45 minutes for no reason, not me. 10 minutes went by and after a confertation with the woman because she swore we got our food. After another customer vouched for us, she finally put in a new order. Maybe she thought we were just "kids" and she could have thoughts she could treat us like that but this is unacceptable. I'm here to defend BK too! It used to be really bad a couple of years ago...I never got the right food and things were always missing. I stopped going completely because it was a waste of time and money. But as of the last year or so they've really improved! They have really nice employees and they all seem to work efficiently. This is probably the worst BK. in the south shore. My past two visits were in the evening and the staff treats you like they are doing you a favor by serving you. Im now here at 2pm Sunday and i ordered a sandwich and soda and somehow got charged for 3 sodas. No big deal, but as i wait for my food/eat. 3 people have come in from the drive through to get there order fixed and one guy came in a second time as his replacement sandwich was still wrong. As i am about to conclude this, a pair of ladies are trying to get a refund as they were too overcharged for their meal. The staff seems polite but they are not qualified to work here. I never thought I would give a 5 star review of a Burger King, especially when you look at the previous reviews of this store. The management must have changed because my experience here was otherworldly in how amazing it was. I was greeted by the GM Anthony and the assistant manager (I feel bad for not remembering his name) and I ordered the Triple Stack meal with a bottle of water. Anthony and the Assistant Manager were both very engaging and friendly, and the place actually looked clean enough for the Virgin Mary to eat at with pride. The meal had been given extra bacon aside from being made by someone in the kitchen who actually takes pride in what they do. To top it off, I had told Anthony that I walked here from my work for lunch and on my way out he gave me an extra bottle of water for free, saying "it's hot as hell out there. Take this." I never expected anyone to care for their customers the way he did, and I will definitely be back here again for more lunch breaks to come. Keep that management staff there, because they're phenomenal! read more

My farther and I own a small business and was doing work down in situate an hour from where we are from. We had to stay until the job was done. We finished around 11 at night on a Thursday. We were hungry so we got off exit 14 and saw a burger king. The inside was closed so we went to the drive through but the maximum height was only 8 feet 6 inches. We were in our box truck so we parked and I walked to the first window hoping to order something to eat for my father and I for the long ride home after a long days work. I got about 15 feet away from the window when an employee extremely rudely yelled out "we don't take walk ups, get out of here!" He then closed the window and walked away. So I walked up to the window and said "what?" He said in a mean rude tone " we don't take walk ups its company policy so get lost" I tried to explain to him I've been working all day, we're in a box truck and we just want something to eat. He said " I don't care". I then said " well you don't have to be an a-hole about it." He was stunned by that reply. I said " well now I know its company policy but you could of been a hell of a lot nicer about it." He thought he was the "Burger King", you know what I mean? Surprisingly he stopped and restarted the whole conversation by shaking my hand and nicely telling me that they can't take walk ups because of company policy and he said sorry. I said that I did feel a lot better and thank you. I walked away and went to McDonald's up the street. Bottom line it was nice of him to apologize but you don't talk to customers like that. He must of been cranky because it was 11:30 at night and past his bed time. Ill never go back there again. And I had the whole ride home to write this bad review. NOW I feel a lot better! read more
