Hmmm something is amiss here. The place was recently renovated and looks lovely/modern from the outside. And it even seems modern when pulling up to the drive-thru window and a computer screen takes your order. But that's where the modern part ends and ancient wait times take over! The drive-thru was full of cars but we still waited much too long in line for something that's supposed to be "fast food." I think it has something to do with the new automated ordering system... Anyway, our food was hot & fresh when received and our order was correct except for the missing honey mustard sauce the computer screen asked us to pick (we didn't ask for it but it was still missing!). Poor service the Ai order taker is just useless and the attendant soulless like you're not even there and to top it off they lie. I asked for and orange soda I got what the attendant said was sprite instead turned out to be plain soda water after I returned to my office. I order a reg size said no to the large size got a large size soda water. get rid of the AI and hire people who care a little. read more

Stopped by 2/18/25 at 10:30 pm. We ordered unsweetened iced tea. The guy at the window gave us sweet tea. When we told him, he said he couldn't take it back. We said we didn't order it and we don't want it and he still would not take it back. Never said he was sorry and acted like he didn't give a shit. Which is the worse part. So we were left holding this sweet tea that we didn't order, driving around the parking lot trying to find a trash can to throw it away, and finally had to go to the dumpster, get out of the car and throw it away. A I ordering system and ignorant employee at the pickup window. Winning combination. Opened the window and said 7.49 and just stared at me. Not a "that comes to" or a "7.49 please" or even thank you". His parents must be proud of what they have accomplished. There is nothing worse than going to the drive through, spending over $10 for a burger and drink and not getting a straw. Plus, a burger chain that sells itself on hot, juicy burgers should give you more than one napkin. I was at the same store on 4/5/23 and they completely screwed up our order. I ordered a baked potato with cheese online. Paid by credit card. Drove to Wendy's during my lunch hour and went in to pick it up. They told me they had no cheese for the potato. Apparently they ran out. (I guess they don't update the website when you order something they are out of). I realize later that the backed potato with cheese cost $1.10 more than the plain one. We went to go have breakfast while we were headed this way and the doors were all locked in the building even though online it says they open at 10 o'clock I checked on yelp as well as Google and both sides say they open at 10 AM. However when you call the persons very like nonchalant they like nope the doors unlocked at 10:30 and I'm like yeah but online everywhere it says you open at 10 AM so you should like open at 10 AM. He didn't seem to really care one way or the other one he was open or not and when he got business tonight so you know what we don't go there we go somewhere else. I have come to this place many times and have always been treated poorly but today was the last straw. I went through the drive through and ordered two meals both with fries. I added a chili and nuggets. When we got to the window the manager gave us "our food" rudely and started yelling "THAT'S ALL". We politely asked him for our nuggets and missing fries. The manager got heated and started saying that we had replace one of the fries for the chili but that wasn't the case. We tried explaining him the situation and he continued yelling that we were "wrong" and wouldn't let us talk/explain. One of the other employees closed the window on us without letting us finish. We understand that it could have been a miss communication and were willing to pay for the extra fries but we did not deserve to be treated this way. After this situation (12:45pm) they closed the store and were only accepting drive through orders. Wendy's needs to seriously consider their staff in this establishment since they are not a representation of their values. We will no longer be coming back to this location since the customer services has always been terrible but this experience was beyond disrespectful. read more

This is the rudest staff I have ever seen, You are admonished by the guy taking orders that the drivethru if you dont order a chocolate chip cookie. And then when I ordered a plain cheeseburger on a pretzel bun, I got one with bacone, onions and mayo. Didnt realize it till I drove away, so I went back. I have no idea why this place is getting hateful reviews. I am a chef and my wife is extremely "discerning". Last night she had some coupon code to use on their app and she has been talking about the strawberry salad since she saw your sign. We decided on our items - making custom suggestions on I think just about everything! A chefs nightmare! Left our house in Hingham for a beautiful early evening drive to pick up our food. As instructed by the app, when we arrived at the drive through -we announced our presence. They told us Welcome and to pull up when able. They had the order perfect. Every burger modification was done, there was a difference between a lite avacado addon and an extra portion size (sadly no reduction in price or I guess addition so it must even out for you because your guac is so delicious!) Anyhoo, excellent app it was seamless, well prepared food - both hot and cold items from condiments to frosties my wife ordered them all! My suggestion dear reader is to try it yourself. Maybe we hit them when the stars were aligned and the clouds fluffy -hopefully everyone will have such a great experience because that part of Rockland really needed another quick food place. read more

We couldn't hear him through the drive-thru speaker and then when we could hear he started just mumbling "uh" like we were stupid.
