After digging around myself, the last delivery driver casually told me: "The food was already taken by someone else." Taken by who? When? How? And why is there no way to contact the previous driver or hold anyone accountable? DoorDash immediately defaulted to deflection mode. Scripted responses, no investigation, no ownership. The food disappears and apparently that's just... acceptable? Burger King's own app is even worse. Their so-called "support" is nothing but a chatbot that cannot solve anything and forcibly ends the conversation every time. That's not customer service -- that's a wall designed to make customers give up. This is not a one-off mistake. This is a broken system. I do a online order because I work in the area it's the closest fast food restaurant to my job but when I tell you one of the lady's there is rude she's the older lady in the front man listen she will look at me and keep it moving instead of saying can I help you nope she talks crap in her language like that is so rude. Speak English lady. I don't know if you're talking about me or you just talking crap but speak English. You don't have to be rude. First off, I'd like to answer the question I know everybody reading this is already thinking: yes, I do realize the absurdity of taking the time to review a Burger King. It's not hard to understand there's NEVER going to be a situation in your life where you and your girlfriend/boyfriend/etc. are hungry, arguing about what you are both in the mood to eat... when all of a sudden you come across this new place on Yelp neither of you has head of before! Not only that, but the name of the establishment talks a big game; claiming to be the rightful sovereign of all burgers! Nope, the truth behind the new BK commercial script I am never getting payed for writing is that your most likely enjoying MA's new legalization laws and while it might be late, you can't help craving some late night post dinner grub. Let's not kid ourselves, nobody's expecting fine dining when we come here. Having the food taste like food is a good start, and waking up the morning after without food poising is a 5 star whooper extravaganza! So, here's the reason these charlatans of the late night munchies are getting my verbal wrath after I gave them a pass post several prior visits: Working in food service blows, I can only imagine what working in fast food service must feel like on your soul day after day. So, I really got no beef with any worker ever at any fast food spot. They have a right to be rude and hate their job. Don't like it? THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD. you have been warned. This is probably the slowest BK in the world. I just spent 30min in the drive through for 1 meal. There were only two cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window to pay and get my food there must have been at least 6 cars behind me also waiting. The people inside did not seem to be in a hurry at all and were taking their time to bag multiple orders instead of just giving everyone their food individually so that our time wasn't held up. Also they seem extremely understaffed always. This location would do amazing with new management and more workers to fix their reputation in the community. read more

How dare you call yourself "Fast Food". HOW. DARE. YOU. I am completely and utterly baffled at this moment by what just transpired at my local Burger King Location. I was not treated like a King, I was treated as a mere peasant. Allow me to elaborate. I left my home at 10:08 pm tonight. My wife was intensely craving a Reese's Pie and I a more traditional Hershey's Pie (do you know their recipe hasn't changed for nearly a decade?). In attempt to tip the status quo of our relationship to my side in hopes of once again gaining carnal knowledge of my wife tonight I decided to take a long drive to Burger King to purchase delectable desserts as she had cooked a scrumptious dinner. 4 minutes later, I arrived at your location. I was elated to see only 2 cars in front of me. Falsely elated. As I sat in 11 degree weather on a Thursday night pondering what my life had become, my vehicle struggled to produce warm air out of the vents as the drive had not been enough to warm the engine. I carefully and tactfully depressed the accelerator in a rhythmic manner that even the cast of Stomp would lust over. The moment came when the vehicle at the ordering telecommunication device moved to the next stage of pay and delivery. I glanced down at the clock and it read 10:22. I rubbed my eyes and yet it still said 10:22. Had it really been 10 minutes since this poor soul had begun his order? Was I stuck in a twi-light zone where fast-food takes an hour and you can have sub-par American fare at TGI Friday's in a mere 7 minute visit? I thought perhaps this individual had a larger-than-life heart and in fact had ordered enough food to feed a village of Hipsters in the Upper East Side. At last, the vehicle in front of me moved to the ordering telecommunication device and began to process his order. I prayed to all known Gods (trust me, I had the time) that he too was not ordering for a number of people many times the typical amount you would find in your economical yet laughable Toyota Prius. Who cares what the drag factor of that grocery getter is anyways! A mere (that's sarcasm right there, at it's finest) 8 minutes later at precisely 10:30, I proceeded to drive my vehicle to place my simple yet carefully calculated order. I was going to have 2 Reese's Pies and 2 Hershey's Pies - two of which were intended to be consumed tonight and 2 for tomorrow. I swiftly used my one-touch window operation to quickly open my window and give my order. Yet, there was no voice coming through the ordering telecommunication device and I sat in disbelief. Nearly 90 seconds later, I closed the window to maintain the heat in the vehicle and left just enough so I could hear the voice of the person who would soon be gracing me with the desserts I had traveled for. My stomach ferociously rumbled and I decided to also order onion rings to hold me over until I arrived at home, favorite dessert in hand and pick my wife up from her feet and swing her into the bedroom as I had done on our wedding night. Little did I know this was not what my night or your employees had in store for me. I was advised that you were out of Reese's Pies- precisely the reason why I made this journey in the first place. I opted for 3 Hershey's pies instead and would roll the dice with the wife. I arrived to the take out window at 10:36 where I observed 4 employees inside your location. To my disbelief, there were 2 people cleaning, 1 person placing orders, and 1 person cooking. That's right sir, there was 100% more people cleaning than there was cooking. Correct me if I am wrong, but you make money based on the amount of food you make, correct? Your Tesla wasn't bought by the amount of times your floors has been mopped, I know that for a fact. I figured that perhaps they were cleaning so they could leave on time at 11pm sharp but that does not account for the last 24 minutes that I had been in line. At 10:42 I was handed my order and not one single mention of the delay or apology was made. Had someone mentioned they had an unplanned Quincinera to go to, perhaps I would not have been so upset. Perhaps if you had Reese's pies in stock, I would not have been so upset. Perhaps if the transaction had not taken 30 minutes, I would not have been so upset. As I was driving out of the store, I decided that perhaps this would be the best dessert I have ever purchased, and that I could perhaps put this all behind me. I reached into the bag for the snack I had purchased for the drive back home, and low and behold, I grab the coldest and stalest onion ring in all of recorded history. This thing must have been cooked hours before my arrival. NOW I WAS FURIOUS! What do I do? Turn around and demand a new set of rings? I couldn't bring myself to it. I humbly continued on my way. I jolt the door open and OH NO! My wife is now fast asleep. DO YOU SEE THE PAIN AND SUFFERING YOU HAVE CAUSED ME? Drive-thru review: This barely qualifies as "fast food". You will spend most of your time idling your car in the drive thru. There's a full two minute wait before the person taking your order even acknowledges that you are there, let alone actually takes your order. I think their Burger King combo is great. It is reasonably prices at $5.69 and comes with fries and soda. The burger itself is good and I was surprised that it was that good . The fries were excellent and not soggy. Actually it was stiff and crispy. The soda was refillable which means you can go back to as much as you want. But most of all, the burger was great. It has 2 layers of beef with pickles and onions and lettuces in it. I think it was a great deal for $5.69. With the tax it ended at $6.04. Not bad for lunch. I went there twice on my way home from Legacy Place (Dedham). It was pretty slow (not too many customers, not the food service. The service was fine), The food was okay for a Burger King. The only reason I am writing this is because of the cleanliness. It was SPOTLESS. The men's room was clean and smelled like it had just been washed with bleach. I don't see anything bad to comment on. I don't know when I'll be back (because I am not at that end of town that often), but I do look forward to returning! read more

Let me first say that i have never complained about a restaurant before, but I will about this Burger King. I have been there quite a few times, but every time I have been there the service is super slow. All of the employees are apathetic including the manager. I feel like they were all in slow motion. There could be a rush, and they would never speed up their service. Everything they do takes excruciatingly long and they just don't seem to care. It's like they are not even working. I have heard other people in line complain about their service too, and the manager's response to one woman was to get her head checked.
