This was our 2nd time eating at this BK. Both times the women taking our order were very nice with smiles a-plenty. The first time our order was both taken and ready fairly quickly but this time there was a delay with both. it was clear the shift was understaffed since the manager was one of the two women taking orders at the front counter and she was apologetic for the delay in taking our order. Both ladies were friendly and personable and as I said, smiled. I felt like a valued customer. The restaurant could have been cleaned better (I saw an employee, a man at least in his 60s, sitting at a table which is the same thing I saw last time I was there) which detracted from my rating. Our table had crumbs on it and lettuce on the floor underneath. There were scraps of food and crumbs on the empty table next to us, again signs of understaffing with no employees available to clean tables and floors. The men's room, however, was neat and clean with the paper towel dispenser filled up. The first time I was here there were no towels at all. The food was typical Burger King food but our sandwiches were served hot. The French fries were also hot, nicely crisp and salted, as were the onion rings. Too bad the staff were unable to keep up with keeping the dining room clean even though only one or two other tables besides ours were in use. Trapped in the lane for 25 minutes with all of two cars ahead of me and no way to get around while the order takers and burger flippers tried in vain to find their butts with both hands. If your missing the "drive through rip-off" experience then go to Sequim Burger King. You'll get no ice in your drink and never get the burger you ordered. They also don't inform you of what you didn't get in your burger....lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion....SMALLER MEAT PATTY...you'll find that out after you've driven off. Don't ever go here...you could get very sick from the old food stocks too. Dairy Queen across the street give you less than what is advertised and represented on the menu board also. read more

I always get the best service and great food here in Sequim Burger King. Today, was not one of those days. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and fries and an order of nuggets and fries. Well. I did not get the double cheeseburgers but a sloped on hamburger with pickles and nothing else. That was both of them. Also I received the straws but no drinks. To make it even funnier the ranch dressing for the nuggets was open and all over the hamburger as it was underneath it. Okay, everyone has a bad dad but money is tight and this was my once a month treat which was just wasted. I wish they could actually see the food. Not familiar with the town, I defaulted to BK for a quick meal. Not too far off the highway and near the Costco fueling station made it worth trying. I was towing my trailer so the location was perfect sharing a large parking lot with a strip-mall. First thing was the cleanliness with empty trash bags in the washrooms and no standing water on the floor. The counter employee greeted me immediately upon my arrival and had patience as I decided between my usual choices, double Whopper meal with out mayo it is! It is so common for restaurants to miss my special order that the first thing I do is open the sandwich to assure it is correct. This location got it correct, GOOD! I enjoyed my meal in the dining room since I am not a fan of eating in my vehicles, plus I needed a break. The dining room was clean and tables were cleared/wiped down. There was a TV on news at a respectable sound level. The soda machine was fully stocked and all selections were available. Of course Coke is one of the most popular choices at the mixing side machines and I was pleased all choices were illuminated. When I was ready to leave and took my tray to the trash can, an employee was changing the bags. With a SMILE, he said he would take my tray for me. Many times, the employee emptying the trash will either ignore me or have me wait until they are done changing the bag for me to dispose of my trash and go on with my day. I don't live in this area, and I rarely eat fast food. However, I was in a rush and had to drive back to Seattle so I stopped in. Burger kind food is the same everywhere. The food is ok. This is funny...but I don't think I've ever rated a fast food restaurant, like Buger King - I am remiss in doing so! After a crappy meal at a local "Mexican" restaurant, food which we couldn't finish because of the crappy service, awful waiter, and super-bland, mediocre food - we paid our bill, walked out and had our "Dinner" here at the drive-through BK, to take back to our hotel. I really feel foolish. I waited in the drive-thru line at Burger King in Sequim, Wa for a half hour before getting to the loudspeaker where I could place my order. I was there for one thing, namely a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal. Did I get it? Nope! In fact, this is the 4th time I didn't get it. Once it was "too early to order chicken." Twice they were "out of chicken." Today they were "too short-staffed to be cooking chicken." Well, excuse me for ordering. It is in lights on their menu.
