I've ordered here a few times.. while I haven't experienced odd operating hours or rude employees, which I'm super grateful for(though I've only been doing mobile orders) I do consistently get incredibly small sandwiches! I normally only eat a 6in, but I load it up with veggies and sauces, I do almost everything but no olives, I get extra lettuce... it's almost like they give me less lettuce when I ask for more. It's disproportionate to the meat, which is strange! Places normally skimp on the meat, but I felt my sandwich was all meat and bread, very little veggies. So I pull up with 20 to 30 minutes left before closing and the long haired guy had locked the door and I knocked on it and he pointed to the sign and said were closed. I said subway doesn't close til 8 he stood there and started being loud and obnoxious about it all and I had said this is a all the time occurrence at this location that I would like to speak to the manager and he replies with attitude I am the manager and instantly knew he wasn't gonna do anything about it so I said I would like to speak to the owner so he calls the owner and I explain to him what's going on and the owner says im sorry go online and order your food while im trying to order online 3 other customers walk up and I tell them the owner said order online and they get on the app tells us its closed by the time the worker got done arguing he had wasted time that he could have made sandwiches. Don't get me wrong I love subway. However, the owner of this place is the most sorry excuse for owner I have ever seen. Not only is awful to employees, will tell you, he is to his customers as well. Many times I have been craving a sandwich and went to order one online 3 hours before their posted closed hours and it won't take my order. So I drive there to check out why yep closed early again and there is always at least two people in there sometimes even the owner and I am pretty sure he is capable of making sandwiches too. It's a huge pain in the ass and I don't want to hear about staffing issues. If the posted hours say 9 your doors better be open till 9 even if the owner needs to come make sandwiches. Please don't use this Subway. The Papa Murphy's next door told me he notorious for this. They don't deserve your business. read more

Lately this place seems constantly closed early due to "NO BREAD". Seems like, for a sandwich shop, having bread might be a priority? If it isn't NO BREAD it's "we're out of meatballs" if you order a meatball sub. The hours really need updating. Don't count on being able to order when you want. It says they close at 9pm, but at 7:30 on a Thursday I can't place an online order and they don't answer the phone at the store. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have had this experience with not being able to online order from them before and have also gone inside 40 minutes before closing and they have put everything away and turned me away. PLEASE update the hours so we know what to expect. read more

I would give a less than zero star rating if it were possible. We placed an order this MORNING for a 6pm pick up. 12 subs for my granddaughter's birthday party. We arrived, only to find that they had closed. We are not only out the $120.00 we PREPAID....birthday party totally screwed up!!! We did not receive a phone call, email or notification via the app that this store was closing early. Bottom line: Disappointed nine year old girl; one angry grandmother...and the major fact that the store owner is basically a thief. Beyond upset. A simple phone call. An app notification. Terrible service, dirty store and rude employees. I ordered a plain turkey sandwich. There was a woman in front of me with two complex sandwiches so I waited patiently because few people on duty. One young woman came from the back and started making my sandwich. All of a sudden she stopped making my sandwich and started a man's sandwich behind me. It was much more involved ( meatball with a bunch of goop and toasted), so there I stood for another 6 minutes while she helped HIM. I asked her at the register why she did that when I had already been waiting for a long time. She said they do this all the time when it's busy. I didn't accept that. My sandwich was just sitting there and could have been finished in less than a minute, to which she replied, "I'm not doing this!" What? How rude! No apology?! She rang me up for $9.01. I gave her $20.01. She gave me change of $10. I said wait a minute. You owe me another $1. She said, I rang the wrong key you got what you are owed. I looked at my receipt and the only thing she did wrong was not ring up my $20 bill. All of a sudden another employee came out and shoved a $1 at me. Still no apology. The last several times I have been in this store, the employees are standing at the counter gossiping or bitching, making customers wait until they are good and ready to help. The floor is dirty and sticky from drinks spilt. Tomatoes are mealy. Then there is the unprofessional unfriendly and downright rudeness of the two newest women working there. I am so disgusted that I will be contacting their regional manager and the corporate office. This used to be my go to Sunday dinner place but not anymore. read more

I have to say i was a little scared to go here after the thing i have heard, but we were craving subway, we had the most amazing experience and the best service. Gabby is a rock star, her customer service was out of this world, she made our sandwiches exactly like we wanted even tho we were a bit difficult and wanted mayo on bread first, I cannot give Gabby enough compliments. This is one of the best Subways we've ever visited in our travels across the US. The manager is friendly, sweet, and has a glow about her that just leaves a person feeling happier after having interacted with her. The staff all had a clean and attentive appearance, and seemed very present, which is unusual these days. We'd just fled the horrid Taco Time nearby, and so were greatly relieved for some good, simple fresh food. There was a short line which moved quickly, and our food was absolutely fantastic. We wish we could take this Subway with us back home! So far, this is the best and friendliest restaurant we've found on the entire Olympic Peninsula. Such a relief!!! read more
