Made a Yelp account specifically to complain about this McDonald's being ran by a bunch of retards. There is more often times that something about my order is wrong or missing than times that there is not. Most recently being this morning. I ordered two of the KPOP breakfast meals which come with literally only one type of breakfast sandwich. The sausage McMuffin with egg. I also redeemed points in the app for an additional sausage McMuffin with egg. Not a single one of the three sandwiches that I ordered had an egg on them. The price difference between a sausage McMuffin (which is basically what I received) and sausage McMuffins with egg is $2.20 x 3 so I was overcharged by $6.60 read more

Fries are consistently subpar and the quarter pounders are always over cooked to the point of tasting burnt. Little to no customer service training or experience shown by most employees. This McDonald's is conveniently located within walking distance from the Red Lion and a short 10minute drive from my uncles house. No complaints about the food or wait time. There seems to be construction going on outside in the parking lot but there are other spaces to park and you can still enter the drive thru. McDonalds isn't usually our go to when traveling since we prefer to eat at a place that isn't in Hawaii. However, this one was an easy fast food joint during a busy trip! read more

Yet another crappy review for this place. I ordered 3 burgers and 2 med fries. They crammed it all in one bag, packing the burgers SIDEWAYS in the bag. I've been coming to the McDonald's on Washington Avenue in Sequim for over a year now at least twice a month, to take my 87-year-old mom out for breakfast. Michael is the manager at this store, and he is a lovely man! Michael will bend over backwards to get you what you need, even if your order is not exactly on the menu. He always serves us with a cheerful smile and takes constructive criticism very well. Do not go anywhere else for breakfast, Michael is your man. read more

We went to this McDonald's in Sequim yesterday. We ordered one plain hamburger, and were picking up curbside. We waited 10 minutes. No hamburger. My husband finally got out of the car and went inside. The hamburger was laying in the sandwich bin. He asked for the sandwich. When we unwrapped it, it was already nearly cold. The young person behind the counter mumbled something. There were a couple of young men, or boys, hanging around the ordering kiosk the whole time we were there, and appeared to be just messing around. Ok, I got it - it's a McDonalds. First the "Good" ; Download the McDonalds App, they have some "good deals" pop up (at this store) - the only reason I go, to get a sandwich & drink for $2.18. The "bad": they usually have 1 register going (out of two), and the order area is small. Although they have what appears to be a nice enclosed play area for the children. The "Ugly" : although drive through seems to flow, not so much to go orders. The last two times I have experienced wait times in excess of 20 minutes - so much for "fast food". The first time, my order was given to drive through staff, when the car with my order never came, the put the fries back in the bin. Needless to say, I asked for fresh fries, and the manager apologized & comp me an apple pie. Today, ordered a chicken sandwich- I guess those take 12 minutes to cook. Zack, the manager, was working hard to fill in the gaps in his staff, cooking, taking orders, and bagging food. I get it. But not a "wow, that took a long time - sorry", or an acknowledgement something went awry in the "quick service model". So just be forewarned- Drive thru gets priority, and if you go inside, be prepared to wait !!! read more
