As we pulled into the drive way and made our way to the ordering microphone, the team member quickly asked.....WHAT DO YOU WANT!!! The team member yelled out the total before we could even ask for anything else. We told the team member that we also wanted two sausage biscuits with out eggs. He quickly again yelled out the total. We would also like a large coke. His reply to us was Oh OKAY, and he again yelled out the total. Once at the window.......No hello or anything. He just repeted the total. You can understand a lot of bad reviews for a Burger King at a gas station. Unfortunately, the poor quality of this place is only underscored by the fact that so many new, quality restaurants and shops are now being built around it. This is never my first spot to stopover when travelling the Jackson Highway, but with a hungry son it has sometimes become a necessity. On our last visit to the drive-thru they were apparently out of nuggets and the person on the intercom was very curt and phoning it in. The fries were cold. Go inside and it won't get much better. The whole place is sort of crammed into the side of a general store and unclean. It may be the only fast food option in the neighborhood, but I still advise going elsewhere. read more

We go to this Burger King as it is very close to where we live & granddaughter loves chicken nuggets. Seems like they are always out of something. Yesterday, they were short on ice at noon when we went for lunch. They gave us each 1-2 ice cubes for our drinks. There was an ice company delivering ice to the attached Mini Market where they sell bags of ice. After having my first warm drink, I asked the cashier at the Mini Market if I could get some ice. Thankfully, let me use his machine to grab some ice at no charge. It should be noted in the past when going through the drive through, we were out of burgers Husband has been there several times before 0930 & he said they're always out of biscuits. They were also out of the cherry icee recently which is what my 3 year old granddaughter loves with her chicken nuggets. The staff appears to work hard. However, looks like they need new management to keep the placed stocked with what's needed to effectively run the place! read more

I received everything except the sandwich this time, discovered this back at work. Drove back for refund and to share my experience. They recognized me and knew what I ordered, but refused to refund me. I have the receipt, but felt nothing to prove to them. Do not stop here unless all you want is one of the side orders of cold nuked tater tots or stale, cold, hard fries. They often times do not have burgers, so they should change their name to Chicken King. Except their chicken sandwiches are awful too. Cold, dry chicken with brown lettuce and nothing else. The grill is usually 'broken' meaning they either didn't have enough $$ to buy more hamburger or they have a bunch of leftovers they need to sell first. Technically - what they are doing is illegal. This is the worst Burger King in the entire universe. We seriously waited over 5 minutes at the drive through before I said "hello?". Then a girl says hold on please. There was two other people in front of me that had already ordered, and 3 other people behind me. After another 8 minutes I said "are you there?", then I get the some sassy response of "sure, what do you want?" We order our meals, which were pretty simple. Two #4's with cokes. Not too hard. Then we roll up behind a truck sitting at the window.... and waited another 5 minutes until they were done. Then when we get to the window, we pay and then again... waiting another 10 minutes. At this point we've been in the drive through for damn near a half hour and to top it off... when she finally comes back to give us our meals.. we ask for a receipt (because at this point I don't even trust this place) and the girl messes with the machine... opens it.. clearly sees there isn't anymore paper in it, closes it.. and looks at me and says.. "it won't print." Who hired this girl!?!?!?!? Are you freaking kidding me! "It won't print"?!? More like "You won't work". If you can't figure out how to change the receipt paper in a machine, I'm not trusting you know how to prepare food or even care for that matter. It says the drive through is open and there's an asian guy inside with black hair with blonde streaks walking around, seemingly just touching things. Starving, I walked up to the window to order some food because there's a cone blocking the drive through. He told me I can't order food and they're closing early. Rather rudely, I might add. Extremely understaffed and the bathrooms are horrendous plus when I asked if I could have my cheese cooked on the patty they straight up said "no" with no explanation. My family and I used to come here all the time living in Rancho Murieta but now the business has changed completely. The food has been stale, old, has had a burnt greasy taste to it. Late night dinner and stopped and grabbed the only thing open in this town at 8:50pm. My evpierence was not what i expected. The dinning area is small and was not clean at all. Dirty tables fountain machine was very dirty and the condiment section was very dirty. I ordered dinner for my family and was told that I'm sorry but you're ordering a Whopper meal but we no longer have french fries we can substitute them for onion rings. that is so crazy it's 8:50 p.m. on a Thursday night and Burger King runs out of french fries. So I had to change my order and get only Burgers because my family does not like onion rings and decided to order ice cream for my little one and guess what their ice cream machine is broken too. Ths burgers were good, the customer service can use some improvements. read more
