We went through the drive through Sept 25th around 10pm. When we got our order, one burger was wrong and the second one was totally missing. So back around we go. We offer to give it back and are told they can't accept them. They get the first burger correct this time, but the second was wrong. So back around we go. This time they take the wrong burger back, as if they don't trust us. The second burger was correct this time, but you can tell the burger and bacon had been sitting around. I came into the store and they were extremely rude the night people they refuse to serve me because the color of my skin I specifically heard one of the ladies said that the dude didn't wanna serve it because and I quote probably because she's light skined I have never ever had an issue ordering from Burger King. The staff at Burger king are very good and accommodating! They work so hard as there are so few of them! Please be kind and tip them! They are open late and have very long hours. They try their best. Be patient. Sometimes if I have a short order they come me out the side door to deliver so I do not have to wait for long orders! Kathy is a star and tries to keep it all moving! read more

Absolutely slowest fast food restaurant out there. Placed an online order and it was no different than just going through the drive thru.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. Since " expanding" their hours to 12am they literally are NEVER open that long. I have went 1 time every week since they're time change after work ( so 3 weeks now) and the first time we arrived at 11:48pm. There was 1 car in front of us and the speaker was broken ( no big deal) and to go to the window. Which we did. We sat there until 11:55 when the manager (raven) sent a EMPLOYEE out to tell us they won't be taking our order. Like isn't that managers job to do? Not very good leadership. Anyway we questioned it because we have been there waiting and it wasn't 12am yet so we said we wanted to speak with a manager. The employee said okay and went back in. No one came out so we waited. At exactly 12am they handed the car in front of us a small bag. Literally couldn't of fit 2 sandwiches in it. So now we pull up. The manager is standing there and we voice its not right that we don't be served since we were there before 12am. He then proceeded to say they have no obligation to serve us and if we wanna be served to speak with the general manager there since it was a staffing issue that they weren't going to serve us. We said whatever and left. About a week later I try to go back again with my sister at 11pm. They now are stating that their computer system was " being weird " and they were refusing to take orders. Whatever left. Now last night we tried to go back again at 10 pm and guess what? THEY WERE CLOSED. moral of the story don't expand your hours if you're not going to stay by them or get a better night staff. read more

None of the coupons are ever taken by my local BK #5987. This location it's self is horrible! Wait times are long and workers are rude, even the daytime manager is super rude. Had an issue and he wouldn't even try to resolve it then he hung up on me twice! They don't even deserve a star. read more

Since the drive through was taking a long time, I decided to dine-in. I entered the lobby and went up to the counter to order. It took 4 minutes until I was waited on. I could only see 5 employees. Out of the 5, only 1 was wearing their mask properly, three were using their masks as chin guards and the last had their nose uncovered. After ordering it took 13 minutes to get my food. (fast food?) The food was lukewarm. While eating someone started taking pictures and boy did those employee masks go up in a hurry. In conclusion this BK needs to raise their standards or they will end up out of business. read more

I stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered the the double cheeseburger meal and asked for fresh food and it was handed to me before I could even get my drink. The lady who took my order ask the man who gave me my food if the fries were hot and he replied yes and hands me the food. I go sit down and the fries were barely warm and the burger was cold. This Burger King is absolutely filthy. Our (4 of us) feet stuck to the floor, not just in one spot but over 1/2 the area that one would need to walk on. No special treats for the kid's meal...they were out of cookies. Several choices of drink were out and the manager on duty was indifferent to problems. read more

me and my husband and grandson went threw drive threw we ordered 5 tacos and onion rings and fries onion rings and fries were cold we sat in drive threw for 10 mins before getting our order long story short the tacos were greasy and cold and all they had on it was bad lettuce and a piece of sliced cheese deffinatly not like the pic me and husband eat only one of the 5 tacos and were in bathroom sick for 2 days i called manager she said bring tacos back and i only have till 4.00 pm i suggest Not eating here food is terrible and fries are always cold not a satisfied customer TY would post pic but i cant oh how i wish i could read more
