This Burger King in Spring Branch used to be a decent place to grab a meal and let the kids play, but unfortunately it seems to be going downhill. During our visit today, the restrooms were in very poor condition. They were filthy, the sink would not drain properly, and one of the toilets would not flush. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be a priority, especially for a family-friendly restaurant. The employees were nice, friendly, and courteous, which is definitely a positive and the main reason this review isn't lower. The staff seems to be doing their best. Another ongoing issue is the indoor playground. The air conditioning in the play area was out again, making it uncomfortable for children and families. This has been a recurring problem and doesn't appear to be getting resolved. This location has potential and used to be a much better experience, but it clearly needs attention from upper management. Better maintenance, cleaner facilities, and repairs to the playground area would go a long way toward restoring customer confidence. read more

There is 1 Star rating because I have to. There is no option for "0". I just knew this drive-thru girl was going mess up the order. We ordered 2 sandwiches and thats it. No drinks, No fries...nothing else. A "Whopper Jr." And a "Cheeseburger". She messed up the Cheeseburger, the only thing I asked about the Cheeseburger is "No, mayonnaise". Once I get home it was just bread, cheese, and patty. A plain old Cheeseburger. Correct me if I'm wrong but a Burger King Cheeseburger comes with alot of other toppings and condiments. Unless the customer asks for a "Plain Cheeseburger", than everything else should be there minus the mayo that I specifically asked for. Do you have to give a star? Well they were actually open at 7 pm and they had hamburger with French fries. Yes. I've come to this store many many times. Mostly because I'm always intrigued as to what the outcome will be. Normally they are always out of something or closed. It's pathetic. On more than one occasion I've ordered two burgers plain only to have some random topping stuck to the bun. You know they made the burger realized it was wrong and then just wipe it off. I absolutely love this location in Singing Hills near the Walmart in Bulverde/Spring Branch area! Every time my family and I are here the employees are amazing and welcoming. The prices are great and they always have coupons! Stephen checked us out today and was so kind to us. Today was a very hot day here in Spring Branch and when we walked in, it was so nice and cold. They had a movie playing and the play room was open for my 7 year old to play in. I will always return to this Burger King location! read more

Just shot off an email to BK corporate office about the poor service and apparent lack of management at this location. I'm a big fan of BK and this has to be the worst location. Today's experience was waiting at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes (only one truck ahead of me at 2:30pm). No one ever took my order so I pulled around to the window (no one else ahead of me now) only to be ignored by 3 young employees inside. I sat there for 7 minutes and made eye contact with all of them. No one ever acknowledged my presence. This store has also pulled the "we're closed for cleaning" over an hour before closing time on us too, several times in fact. You'll notice though that the kids working are in the store with friends goofing around. Dining area has never reopened after Covid. I doubt this location will be around much longer. They've burned too many locals sadly. read more

My husband and I came in today and decided to use our free Whopper coupon from the BK app and when we arrived we found out our online order had never shown up on their system, the BK app is pretty confusing but Stephen helped up and took care of the mess up even though it was no way his or the store locations fault. This is the worst Burger King around! When it first opened I thought great finally a great burger place in our growing town. Nope. The burgers are cold where the cheese doesn't even melt and no matter how many times you go there they will never get your order right probably due to a high turnover rate. After waiting in line through the drive thru for 20 minutes when I was paying my card got declined not one but 2 cards and people's cards inside as well. You would think they would comp the meal instead of throwing it away because it was their card readers problem but nope the lady was like sorry. The right thing to do would have been to comp it then when people after should be told our card reader isn't working we can only accept cash but obviously the girl didn't know any better and they are poorly trained. All the lights on - vehicles parked in front of and around the building - both drive thru lanes brightly lit up and clearly open for ordering. Nope!!! When we went a few months back, the food and service were pretty good and the restaurant was clean. However, their idea of a play area is a darkened room with a projector on the ceiling making a hard-to-see pattern on the floor. We went there on 3 occasions, all 3 trips we found the outside extremely clean, but, the inside was horrible. All 3 trips the dining room was empty or almost empty of people, we still had to clean a table just to sit and eat, food on the floor and the beverage station was very dirty, syrup on the floor, on the mats, feet stuck to the floor, not one inch of stainless steel that was not covered with soda, flies everywhere, Employees were young and management seemed non present.
