It was hot fresh lots of lettuce tomato's and cucumbers. Thank you so much for making it right. I love this sandwich. This is what I call great service!! Thanks again.

This is a new store in our growing metropolis. They opened last week, so they are still ironing out the bugs. I am a huge fan of Chick Fil A, so I know that once everyone is trained completely the experience and rating will be much better. In driving up, we found that they really planned well for the future and have a huge parking lot and a huge double lane drive through. As the drive through was backed up, we were pleasantly surprised to find the inside was not busy, and we were able to walk right up and order. The young man that waited on us was in training, so it was not very efficient (which was to be expected). However, he was very friendly and tried his best. We placed our orders and then went to find a table. Not all the tables were occupied and some of those that were open were a mess. A young lady working on cleaning the tables prepared one for us and welcomed us to the store. Our food came out nearly as quickly as we got to our table. My wife's order was just as she expected. Mine was incorrect, but I ate it anyway. The food was tasty, but I know it will be even better when they have some experience under their belts. Will I return? Yes, but I'm going to wait a month or more so that they get more experience.
