Jorge was so nice! Numerous people welcomed us into the restaurant. Then, Jorge welcomed us & offered to take our order when we were ready. It was a quick & easy transaction. He was very friendly. Our food was so fresh & hot! The fries were crisp. The only place I order fries is at a Chick-fil-A bc they are the only place that ever serves fresh, hot, crispy fries! The grilled chicken sandwich & fried chicken sandwich were both so good that we ate them before I even thought to take a photo. Oops. The restaurant was clean & the employees were all great! The playroom sounded like a bunch of velociraptors were in there but it was just a few rowdy kids. read more

The food here is so mediocre that it's a wonder they are able to stay in business. People say they like the waffle fries the most, but you can actually get a whole bag of OreIda waffle fries in the frozen food section of the supermarket for the same price as one serving of fries at chick filet. And don't get me started on the sandwich. Bland, flavorless. Salt is not really a seasoning. It's a flavor enhancer. But when there's no flavor to begin with, what are you enhancing? Gross. I love the fact that this location is easy to get in and out of. New Braunfels did something right with this location. I have only ever gone through the drive thru so i can't say much about inside but the drive thru moves quickly and the workers are always so friendly no matter how hot it is. The food is amazing as always. I always get a number 1 with a lemonade and my fries are always hot and my sandwich is perfect. Worst location I have ever been to! Ordered ahead thinking it would be faster, big mistake! Absolutely no parking, regular people also parking in curbside. No service, had to walk in to check in. Took forever to get someone to help. Went back to my car to wait, like she asked. Had to go back in since was taking too long. After standing there for so long. I see my drink and bag on the counter yet they still are moving around and even hold it while helping other customers. I eat CFA often because I like their healthy choices. The kale salad as a side option is great. I also enjoy the grilled chicken nuggets. But, at this time of year, I can't help being bad every now and then to enjoy the peppermint chocolate chip shake. It is so good! Not just 2 lines thru the drive thru anymore, with the addition of manpower, they have figured out how to utilize every square inch of lot space to run 3 lines thru the drive thru & funnel to the pick up window where my food is nicely packed, hot and ready to go! I come here almost every Saturday. Everyone is always super sweet and friendly. In fact there is a closer one to my house but I prefer this one because of how nice everyone is and the food tastes better IMO. They are very accommodating too, I always order the same thing every time. This past time I'm sure it was my fault for just saying 12 count and not 12 count grilled. We live close to this location. Seems like a lot of fake reviews in here regarding the wonderful service at this location. The reality is that the ownership/management need to stop making their "stats" more important than customer experience. I get that your time at the window is timed but pulling a person around to the front to leave them setting for a long time is not good service. We live close by and you always pull us to the front to wait and we wait forever and end up coming in and then the order is usually wrong. I'm sitting here at the front of the store supper irritated with how I've been treated once again. Our order isn't particularly large or complicated. We get two kinds meals and two regular combos. But your precious drive thru times are more important that my family and our satisfaction. I downloaded yelp just to leave this review because I'm so irritated with this place. Go somewhere else if you can. This location is run by short sighted management who care more about stats than customers. I'm in the food service industry so I understand the strategy but it's not something you should do as regularly as you folks do it. A 30 dollar order isn't hard to fill. Found a hair in my food. I have blonde hair and as did my table of family I was with, I felt as if they didn't believe and they only gave me a refund for the fries, not my meal. I no longer wanted my meal since I had already found a black hair in the fries. Not the best. I understand mistakes happen but it could have been handled better. read more

Disappointing visit. My nuggets were lukewarm at best. I ordered fries with no salt. Some tasted undercooked, all were lukewarm at best. Special order fries should be hot/fresh. I'm not a fan of food & warming lights which is why i don't frequent fast food restaurants but chick fil a is usually ok. The less than warm nuggets has happened at home too. The Chick-Fil-A restaurants in San Antonio can be 1/4 the size of this location and work 10 times faster. I really cannot believe how slow it is. No apology for the long wait. No customer service AT ALL. What a disappointment. What a shame for all of the other locations that are ALWAYS fast and ALWAYS courteous. This location brings shame to the Chick-Fil-A brand. This is probably my favorite Chik-fil-a l, anywhere. Got diagnosed with the flu and bronchitis last Thursday night. I hadn't eaten anything all day, I was in the ER, and my husband asked me is there anything I felt like eating. He looked around, and said what about chil-fil-a? I'm not sure y'all's fries ever sound like a bad idea to me! Anyway, because y'all were open til 10p, he was able to go get me the one thing I'd eat! Everything tasted so fresh for being so late. Slowest and worst chick fil a line I have ever been through. Could've gone through McDonald's drive through twice in the time it took to get through this line once. They gave my the wrong salad. This has the worst drive thru service of all the chick fila's in the area. They ALWAYS, yes I mean every time, forget something in the order. The staff is clearly moving faster than they are capable and don't have anybody checking the order is correct before pushing it out the window. Nothing is more frustrating then getting home to find they missed a sandwich or a chocolate milk. My last visit I ordered a water bottle when I asked about it they just said we're out. They were just going to not give me a water bottle and not say anything. They also missed my chocolate milk, which of course I didn't see until I got home so there's money down the drain. Food wise. I love this chick fil a so much! I would never be daring enough to visit in person because of how consistently busy it is, but I get chick fil a from this location delivered quite frequently! Our orders are almost always perfect... and even when they're not, chick fil a still makes it right! I ordered an 8oz ranch bottle but received a chick fil a sauce bottle. I just got done speaking with the manager, Jacob, and explained how I had ordered delivery previously and the issues. He rectified the situation and is giving us the missing ranch in our order tonight! 10/10 love this chick fil a and LOVE that they do not hire a third party to deliver to my house :) read more

Worst chick fil a ever. I have worked at one before. They always mess up my salad every time I come. Waited in line for 10 minutes and it just turned 10:30 and was told I couldn't get breakfast. They could do way better just saying. Don't think I'll come back to this one anymore. When I came back one day to get my salad replaced the girl outside was rude and not just that they forgot about my salad they had me pull up and forgot that I waited so long my milkshake was melted and all my other food was cold. Love love love their food and when I have a craving for a spicy chicken sandwich I am happy to grab one from here. I love their ice tea lemonade too as it tastes fresh and I drink every drop. In addition, they are S-L-O-W, especially at the drive thru, which takes a minimum of 20 minutes, while polluting the environment. No biscuits? Drove through the drive through. Ordered a chicken biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Get to the window and I'm told there is no biscuit for one or the other. I thought they use the same biscuit? I'm told to drive around to the front of the store and it'll be 3-4 minutes. 5 Minutes later another girl comes up telling me there are no biscuits.
