Everything is clean finally! The woman who took our order was very respectful and nice. She was also the one cleaning!

We stopped in this location for a quick lunch (so we thought) while traveling through. I ordered the new Smoke House Burger with a small fry. My wife ordered the Big Fish Sandwich. With both ordered a hot apple pie. Will; they forgot about my wife's big fish!!!! We waited 15 minutes. My wife walked up there and asked and the staff said oh..... And then asked for Big Fish to be dropped in the fryer. I think they gave it out to the drive through and just forgot about us! I was also disappointed that they never apologized to us for forgetting or over looking our order!!!! My wife was talking with a lady in line that lives in the area and she said it's common and according to her you must stay on them and keep reminding them about your order.... That's crazy. That sounds like a management issue in my opinion. In any case our food was ok. The new smoke house burger was just ok and I wouldn't write home about it! My wife said the big fish sandwich was huge and was really good! The hot apple pies were warm and barely had any apple filling inside. I would skip these next time. Side note; I could remember back in the day BK would have actual small apple pies that were full of flavor; not the rectangle shape apple pies they have today. Ok, so where to begin. I know things have been tough for the fast-food industry. They are running on limited food options and a lack of people wanting to work. I know from personal experience within my own extended family that many people refuse to work for minimum wage at a fast-food joint. That said there is still a certain amount of pride one should take when running a restaurant even a fast-food one. So when I arrived and walked into this establishment it was to see trash and dirty tables everywhere. Now my first thought was wow they must have just gotten over a rush of people. But no. I walked up to the counter to place my order only to see several employees talking and giggling. I placed my order and went to get my drink as I walked away I notice the counter by the register was filthy as was the drink area. There were no tops for the cups and no napkins. I got my drink and went to find a clean table there wasn't any. I asked an employee for a rag to wipe down a table she said she be right out to do it. She never came out. I finally took a wet wipe from my purse to clean a table. Food arrived quickly but cold. I mentions this to the employee she said everything had just been cooked. Of course, they were out of sauces of any kind and ketchup. No napkin or ice. As I said at the beginning I can forgive the lack of supplies but the lack of pride not so much. This place is filthy and lacks customer service. I was there for 30 minutes and n that time not one person came out o clean the dining area. They spent the whole time behind the counter talking and giggling. I can safely as It will e awhile ebeforeIam back. Service was very slow, but I am thankful to have fast food options on such a long drive. The woman who took the order was friendly, immediately apologized for the delay, and handled our order as efficiently as possible. As I waited, the obese man in the LabCorp vehicle behind me ordered 10 hamburgers and 20 cheeseburgers (for hopefully more than just the two people sitting in their car) and disapprovingly rolled his eyes when the cashier informed him it would be a wait. Given the fact that so many fast food restaurants are still severely understaffed right now due to everything still going on with the pandemic, I have incredible empathy for this team working their asses off to try to get orders correctly as possible in a timely manner. The last time (last year) I went to the drive thru I was given another person's order. When I informed them of this, they told me to keep the food and they gave me part of my order. I left and immediately returned because my order was incorrect. Upon returning, they gave me the food that had been missing from my order and said I shouldn't complain because they had given me free food. The food they had "given" me did not contain what other people asked for in my original order. They were rude, asked for the food back which I gave back to them. I probably should've reported them to the health department for that move!!! Then, my debit card was charged for both orders. I will NEVER return to that location again!!! This store is one of the worst fast food stores I have visited in my 67 years on the planet. This past Saturday September 30th my wife and I placed a drive through order online in the BK parking lot. Time was 12.51 PM. I recieved an online receipt at 12:53 PM. There were 4 cars ahead of us in line. This store's service was so poor they were making the cars ahead of us wait 4-5 minutes before taking their drive through orders at the Speaker. My wife and I were both able to take walks to stretch our legs while inline at the drive through. They obviously were making cars wait to take their orders in order to hide their drive through service order times. My understanding is the BK Stores order clock starts from the time they take the order to the time the order is received by the customer at the Drive through window? To make a long story short we recieved our order at 1:21 PM. Almost 30 minutes from the time the order was placed. To top it off the Food was terrible. I threw away my burger after the 1st bite. The Fries were cold with no salt on them. I complained online to Burger King and they offered me a whole $5 food voucher to make me happy. I declined their offer. I did not complain to get something for free. I actually asked BK to have the Franchise owner contact me about our terrible experience. The reply I received was they were not able to do that? Completely unpleasant visit. We went through the drivethru on Friday morning about 9:00 AM. When I first tried to order the person apparently didn't hear me because she barked (seriously) ARE YOU TRYING TO ORDER?. We went through the order again and she told us the total. My husband drove to the first window but moved to the second because no one was there. He said to the server, you should have a sign to let people know to go to the next window. Her response was "we don't use that window and I told you to go to the second window!". She most definitely did NOT tell us to utilize the second window. We paid and got our food which was greasy and unappetizing. We will not be returning to this place. I understand that good help is difficult to find but this Burger King should look harder. read more

Staff was wearing no face coverings at all, the restaurant itself was disgusting. Signs all over the place saying guests were required to wear masks but it wasn't being enforced. If you want a good fast-food burger done right, DO NOT COME DURING LUNCH HOURS. They will mess up a drink order. While it's understandable they want people to get their food quickly, they sacrifice accuracy and friendliness to do so. Come during evening hours. Very friendly and attentive crew. Smart. Extremely efficient. But avoid lunch, not because of the rush, but because chances are you'll have to go back to correct part or all of your order. And even after they "correct" it, something will still be wrong. read more

I don't even know where to begin with a complaint about this Burger King location. I know that everything has been really rough for a lot of restaurants and fast food chains during this pandemic, but this has to be the worst place that you could ever attempt to order any food from! First of all every time that you pull up to the location around 6:00 PM as soon as you drive up to the speaker you are told to please come back in 30 minutes that their systems are down for maintenance. This is almost every day. A couple of times I left and went back a whole hour later and as soon as I pulled up to the speaker before I could say a word someone yelled and blurted out please come back in 30 minutes the systems are down for maintenance. In my opinion they might as well just close down right after lunch! A few times my family has pulled up through the drive-thru during breakfast and there is just a piece of notebook paper with a note scribbled with magic marker taped on the front of the speaker that read we will open as soon as we get a full crew. I had not attempted to return there for the past three months. This past weekend I decided to give them one last try. Me and my children went through the drive-through and as we pulled up to the speaker a woman came on and told us that they could only except cash. I only had my debit card with me at the time so I was going to go over to McDonald's instead, but my kids really wanted chicken sandwiches from Burger King. I went across the street to the Dollar General and bought a few items I need it and got cash back at the register to use for their Burger King order. This took all of about 10 to 15 minutes. We Drove right back over to the drive-through, literally across the parking lot and as soon as we got up to the speaker the same boy said we can't take your order at this time we are down for system maintenance and I replied that I had went and got cash money because we were just told that they could except cash and the woman said again that they were down for system maintenance.
