We then realized that we had handed them a $20 bill, and only got refunded $16.65 for the breakfast items. I walked back in, and let the cashier know about the mistake, she nicely went and told the manager in the very back of the kitchen, and all the way from the lobby I could hear the rude manager yelling that there was a drink on the order, and that she's not going to refund us ect. The cashier then lets me know and I ask to speak to the manager. She then comes out and asked very rudely what the problem was I told her I came for breakfast not a soda. She then storms off with the drink dumps it dramatically and starts being aggressive with the cash register in the back getting my change. Oh and I didn't even get my full $20 back THE MANAGER SHORTED ME MY CHANGE! ‍ COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF YOU ARE REFUNDED AT THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!! this is not how a manager should treat loyal customers. I waited 10 minutes and they were just starting to make a new one so I asked for my money back. The manager acted like it was my fault. I will not make the mistake of returning to this KFC/A&W again. The owner needs to step in and fix this place or close it down.
