If I could give zero stars I would. Worst BK I've ever been to. No matter the time of day, the staff is incredibly rude, the wait ti.e, whether drive thru or I side is unreasonably long. You order 2 whoppers, 2 chicken sandwiches & 4 fries, comes with thw coupon, tell me why you wait 20 minutes. My order was #19, #22 walked out before me. The old guy trying to get my order walking in circles telling everyone he needs no help. The old lady just shaking her head, no clue. Yup, my bad, I dropped my sodas in the parking lot, (out of frustration). Same old lady hung up on me when I called to let her know the service was unacceptable. Never again. read more

I have to give at least 1 STAR because Yelp requires it -but this has to be my first "0 Star" that's NEGATIVE-- review I have ever given and to A BURGER KING for goodness sake!! I JUST CAN'T!!!! Stopped in here on the way back from visiting my In-Laws that live down the street. Had Mini-Me with me and we figured quick eats since well, we hadn't eaten all day. Walked in and we were the only ones in line. There were people in the dining room but they looked miserable. We walked in and the young lady that should be on front register was stocking the fountain cups, straws lids etc.. that's cool, I mean that's part of the drill and if you work in fast food WHATS THE #1 rule? when customers walk in you stop restocking and take the order WITH A SMILE.. okay 10 minutes later -- tick-tock-still waiting ..... and Ya NOPE. Not here-- in fact she looked at us 4 times full on & just kept turning her back on us. I wanted to say something but frankly I wanted to see if this visit was salvageable. You would think that when she saw the manager walk to the register she would have walked back around to the counter -- again-- nope. So the manager a frazzled older lady - not old but older than the staff that was working from what I could see-- Who was seriously and I give her props--- trying to fix the EPIC S***show going on in drive-thru with order mix up and drive thru staff talking back to her with some mighty big attitude -which was not only beyond ridiculous, but shows absolute lack of respect for their shift manager and I was embarrassed for them, since they didn't have enough sense to have any themselves. Anyway- she (the manager) smiles at us and starts taking our order (there are now about 8 people in line behind us waiting to order). So we pay, get our pop and head to go sit down, as we are doing this a very upset customer walks in and he is pissed because he placed his order in drive-thru and was told to pull up to the waiting area and his order would be taken out to him. Evidently the BK drive-thru staff (SMH) felt 25 min to wait for a simple burger order was completely acceptable and A-okay and for the order to be wrong- so what! and frankly the drive-thru staff slings attitude and eye-rolling wayyy better than burgers-- As the customer he obviously didn't get that they are doing him a favor- go figure. This is sarcasm not to be considered a compliment- get it?! Our order-1 large drink , 2-whoppers, med onion ring and 10-pc chicken tender thing. Suffice to say the burgers were slapped together like I don't know what!! ughhh terrible- we didn't even finish them. The rings (which I usually love!!) were over cooked and salty-- what in sam hill are onion rings doing being bathed in a salt shower??? couldn't finish-- OK- the tenders were dry and I mean DRYYYYY! like suck down a huge sip of pop to wash that puppy down! and not 1 packet of sauce was given, if we didn't have the packets of ketchup the whole meal would have been completely inedible. Get the act together!! yes its fast food! but it is Burger King- and The BK has a standard of service- I would expect or I should say I have come to expect from eating at The BK since I was a kid. The staff at this particular location needs to get a grip- if you can't handle burger orders- you are in for a rude awakening in any other career choice. Never. Ever. Again. Ever. read more

I love Burger King, but this store is the pits. I don't go all that often, but when I do, the food is cold, has probably been sitting out waiting for someone to order it. The shake machine is always broken. Yesterday I waited on the drive-thru line for 15 minutes, finally get to order my shake "sorry the machine is broken". Again. And then she's nasty to me when I complained about having waited so long, not to get what I came for. Can't they put a sign up for things that are broken or that they're out of? Not going back to this one ever again. read more

The service was very friendly. They were cautious about my allergy and made me feel welcome. The food was also pretty good. The ceiling looked a little run down, but that's the only complaint I can think of about an overall very positive experience. read more

I never had a bad meal from this BK. My only complaint is that the prices are a bit high. Guess that's more of a corporate issue. Never waited too long at drive-thru. Always fresh hot and yummy. read more

Got my food from drive thru, waited 5 minutes, when I go home which is around mile away, food was ice cold, person should have felt that when placing the order in bag, plus I ordered 8 piece mozzarella sticks and did not get it, got the sauce but no sticks, even when you were allowed to eat inside it was very disorganized., will never go back. read more

Slowest drive thru in the history of mankind. I mean it's even slower than the pathetic, grimy Boston Market on Route 37. The staff looks unhappy and I never hear "Thank you, have a nice day." Not only does BK suck in general, this place is horrifying. My some wanted a kids meal. Drive thru lady asks if I want to add mozz sticks, I say yes. We drive away and of course, no mozz sticks in his bag. Aside from that, raw fries and cold nuggests. This has to be the worst run fast food joint I've ever seen. I had an issue with a drive through order, called and they said no problem, next visit they'll handle it. That's perfectly acceptable. However when I went back I had to explain to them four times what happened and what they agreed to give me, and they actually still didn't get it right. The real issue is this place is absolute chaos. Employees all seem confused, yelling back and forth what they need to the kitchen, no food is prepared ahead, everything coming from the pitching is piled on a shell and cashiers sort through it looking for what they need. No wonder they can't figure out how to get me a Whopper - the item they messed up. Yes, a Burger King that couldn't get a Whopper right. Stunning. read more

This Is A 0 Star Review! Here we go again! Everyone who follows me knows I do not like giving bad reviews. I always try to take things into account before I write a review. As I pulled into the parking lot and thought to myself, this is going to be quick due to only two cars in the lot. I pulled around to the drive thru and there were 4 cars ahead of me. Here's where things go bad. I order my 2 original chicken sandwiches and the female cashier says drive around to the second window. Only problem was so is everyone else. 5 minutes went by, 10 minutes went by, 20 minutes went by still sitting in the same place. Cars started beeping in line like rush hour traffic. The 5 cars behind me left yelling words I can't repeat. I waited a total of a half hour before I got to the window to pay. Frustrated I asked the cashier "can I ask what took so long, and what was fast about this fast food". She with an attitude looks at her manager and says Do I have to take this guys money"? She repeated what I had asked her to the manager. The manager got nasty with me and said " We only have one cook and we are taking care of customers in here also"! I then told her that there were only two cars in the lot and 4 cars in front of me when I got there. She could care less. Anyway I left without my sandwiches and came away with a horrible experience from Burger King! My money will be better spent elsewhere! read more

I live 5 minutes away from this Burger King. I have stopped there several times. I have tried the drive through as well as sitting in restaurant and unfortunately there is always a problem. Experiences in the drive thru are horrible. Every time the order is incorrect, and the wait in line is ridiculous. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with meat only got an egg no cheese either. Next try I ordered whopper with cheese and fries. Got home they had given me a whopper jr and of course no fries! Won't do drive thru anymore! When I experienced inside found register person very rude , acted like she was doing me a favor to wait on me!!!! Again order was wrong had to go to the counter and wait for some help, said they would bring my food out , after 20 minutes from original ordering did I get my food!!! The bathroom has never been very clean! I think the manager needs to be more of a manger, this restaurant needs attention! Will not ever go back, I have heard other people in my neighborhood expressing same complaints!!!!i wouldn't even rate them 1 star out of five! read more
