I approached the counter for a cup of water, and the manager gave me a cup as I asked. I turned around to go to the machine to get my water, and the guy said, "Where are you going? It was like he was talking to one of his friends. He said the machine drainage wasn't working, so I couldn't use the machine. I believe he was talking poorly to me, and his language was inferior to an educated customer who didn't like someone talking poorly to me. Awful. Went to the drive thru - waited and waited . No response. Pulled up to the window. Two ladies were talking. One turned to look at me and just turned back around. Absolutely awful customer service if you ask me. So I double checked the time they opened. They opened at 7am it was now 720am . So I parked my car tried to go in - doors still locked. As I pulled off to leave - two other cars were in the drive thru now with no response from the ladies. It's really sad and again poor customer service. So I get they are short staffed but a drive through line that literally takes 25 minutes to get through and there is only one car in front of me and one car behind me needs some serious help. 0 stars actually. If you have 30-35 minutes to spare, I recommend this sad place. You should just let your order be messed up. There's no need for only 3 WORKERS to take their time to sit around and have a poor attitude towards customers while they get paid $9 an hour. Ordered Burger King through door dash for lunch. quality of these fries are simply disgusting and old. So I called the manger on duty 10/3 @1:30pm And was told multiple times that they were hot in the bag... which i knew from the moment she got defensive it was a lie.. These do not taste like fresh fries they taste like they been sitting for a while.. I asked to get new fries so I gave her my name and she STILL proceeded to say " I bagged that myself it was hot and fresh". Like women I AM LOOKING at these fries it's not hot or fresh.. At this point it's not even about the food... it's about her customer service and her excuses. She was rude and making it seem like I'm the crazy one and my food was right which it was not.. ..Also, I ordered a sprite and got a Dr Pepper... no dipping sauce for my 16 piece chicken nuggets. No stars. It wouldn't let me give you no stars, so you get one. But you don't deserve it. This place (one on Calumet by the Y) has always been pokey. And I totally get that not having the employees you need makes it more difficult. But I just spent 26 minutes in the drive thru waiting on a Whopper and a Diet Coke (and behind 3 other cars). And when I finally got to the window, it was 5 minutes before you even acknowledged me. That level of dysfunction means you close the damn doors. At a minimum, you should have warned me it would take a half hour. I didn't have that time to waste this afternoon and would have appreciated the courtesy of a heads up that you were not functioning as an actual fast food restaurant today. Shove your apology for "the delay." This level of (non) service kills the whole brand for me. Thanks for nothing. read more

This is a good clean location. The workers are friendly. I ordered one of those Impossible Whoppers. It was black/burned, but I"m not sure if that's how it's supposed to be since it's flame broiled and since it was my first time getting it so I'm not marking them down on that I guess. They have a nice variety on their menu too including many beverages from which to choose in their fancy machine. read more

TERRIBLE, some employees not wearing mask while others wore no mask and NO Gloves.. Tables were indicating clean, but you could see they're weren't. Nobody went out in restaurant and cleaned tables. THIS SUCKS BK!!! read more

I am a heath care worker, and went to this Burger King for a while while off work. They have an employee there who the first time I had her as a waitress, cashier, she spilled my coffee twice. her attitude has to be "perfect" but unfriendly, (no customer service,), no friendliness, which is why I to to a restaurant, and appreciate after working myself. She looks like she weighs about 80 pounds. The second time I went there She took my order completely wrong, and had to get help. Then when they told her to clean the dining room she acted "mental" very hyper. They tell me she lived at a place called "Housing Opportunities" (manager of the restaurant), as i complained. I had told this employee I was sorry for her situation, and she literally screamed me. I just really think Burger King is a good restaurant but they ought to hire people who are ready to be hired and employable. Its not he towns problem to he to deal with people like this.
